As already mentioned, we were in a family room with a view of the sea, nice bathroom, mini bar (free of charge), safe (free use), satellite tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan Very spacious, also for three persons.

Restaurants: a large main restaurant 'magico', here amongst others breakfast and dinner, three theme restaurants: A mexican- argentininsches, a mediterranean and a spanish (always one day in advance). In the all in all concerning hygiene and cleanliness also here no complaints. In individual cases were maybe cutlery and dishes not 100% clean, but forget it. Quality of the dishes: overall very good, there really was very rich offer, to only some ' delights' to list : for breakfast for example fresh waffles, for dinner for example prawns, fresh fish, steak, suchi, as a dessert fried apfelringe, quarkbällchen u. u. Also here no complaints, on the contrary for the number of guests a real feat, so much to offer. The dining room in the main restaurant was very big, but about 2000 guests must be accommodated, rather train station atmosphere, but also no reason for a review, the the quality and the quantity of the food more than just made up for it.

Friendliness: the staff was all in all friendly Foreign languages: nearly all of them could speak german, if not then english; if one spanish masters, one has naturally right no problems. Room cleaning: took place daily, it gave nothing to complain about. Dealing with complaints: no idea, there was no reason, about something to complain! As it on vacation should be.

Entertainment was top, even if you early enough with the sports activities has begun, one could not try everything, but there were just too much offer, amongst others Tennis: real lessons, good equipment, play even under floodlight and the without an extra charge possible Cycling: also very good bicycles, have a one-hour tour to Morro Jable made, really worth it beach volleyball: found every day held twice archery: great introduction and introduction to this for many still unknown sport Spinning: i for the first time at all in my lifetime made, because in the other courses nothing more was available, i have only the advance-price, super tough, so do the beginners course to take. ☺ magnificent view on the atlantic ocean. In the evening in the theatre different shows, shows : for example zorro, cinematographic film, african beats, then further in Plaza bar with live music or karaoke, oldies etc. From monday to friday each from 11:30 p. m. disco, if one raustrat also with a view of the long, dark sea and stars. :-) Gym also available. Was also good. Entertainers really friendly, never pushy, always appreciated, if you have a sports with them has adopted. Praise amongst others at edi, Andrea Pool area very nice to look at, but we didn't use, are here sufficiently available

Overall the hotel offers, if it is booked, probably capacity for about 1900 guests. We had a family room (a double bed and an extra bed ) with a view of the sea, very spacious, clean. All-inclusive, wi-fi was fee, one needed however also not, since we had the stationary computers with a code, the one before at the front desk in/out privileges, free internet. Nationalities: mostly german, but also french, british, austrian Age: all ages were represented, from the baby to the pensioner

The hotel was directly at the beach, the one over stairs distance. If you stay above was, you know but also, what you got. :-) Distance to the airport: by bus about 80 minutes Shopping: on-site shops available, otherwise in the immediate area no further purchase possibilities or restaurants, ' only other hotels. With the taxi or by bus you can for instance to Morro Jable drive, we didn't bother.

Rooms are clean, very spacious and the quality the furniture is ok. The small crt has a certain nostalgieeffekt. The closets are big enough, the safe and the mini bar ok. To possibility one should the booking rooms in the blocks 20 and 22 avoid-before a large construction ruin and a quite actively driven on road.

The main restaurant is huge but the layout of the buffets is good, so that you easy access to the diverse food finds. The dishes were fresh and abwechslungsvoll. The hygiene is alright however it could be very long until the tables were cleared-it out to staff, to clear allocation and the management (these gentlemen are only at the entrance and greet friendly). During the whole week was the weißweinzapganlage broken and the last 3 days also the complex for the rose wine - it's not dramatic but also here was missing the commitment of the management... These gentlemen were at the entrance ☺ The theme restaurant please avoid-as far as possible the same food like in the main restaurant however very slow and cold. Basically you forget a walkway... Mostly the soup.

Very friendly staff, there were really always pleasant and dedicated staff, great! The check-in and check-out without any problem, fast and friendly. It is nice with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival to be greeted! You can in the whole complex very good in english and very often also in german. Very good travel agent TUI (Andrea), great tips, very competent and friendly - it has our vacation enriched. Any complaints-but there are only very few were quickly addressed and quickly fixed.

Excellent entertainment, also for children (12-15-years-old). The entertainer Ivan has the children with its good mood motivated and was very popular. Also all other entertainment and sport offers were good. The gym is older but the devices are okay and the view of the ocean made up for it, that from time to time the river precipitates. The pools are very nice, there are enough chairs available (although the hotel to 90% was fully booked ) the showers are clean and in a sufficient number available. In this regard a truly very nice hotel!

An older but perfectly nice hotel, all major facilities and attractions blocks are all within easy reach. The rooms are clean and spacious - you should the accommodation in block 22 avoid-this is located between a large construction site and the main road. The hygiene is ok, the friendliness the staff good to very good.. The dishes in the main restaurant are always okay, a lot of variation and fresh dishes. The themed restaurants are not recommendable. Great animation team, very friendly and welcoming. The guest structure very mixed, it is estimated that more than 50% of the guests come from England and Scandinavia.

The arrival from the airport took 1 hour, it was ok. Nearby there is no infrastructure but you can for 7 to 8 euros with the taxi in the neighboring place drive, so was okay, too. Beach is unfortunately nil return-a very small stripe of sand, the gezeitenabhängig can be celebrated. But only 100-150 meters away there are two very nice and broader beaches.

Our room, the balcony and the bathroom were very big and we had a great view over the pool on the sea. The furniture was already somewhat older, but clean and functional. Order and cleanliness in room and bathroom were always given. Unfortunately the mini bar only on the way there with 3 minidosen and a bottle of water filled and then gave it to nothing more.

We only used the main restaurant. Everything was relatively clean and hygienic, but also loud and hectic. Drinks and food all in self-service. Only the service at the clearing away and left a lot to get, so again self-service. The breakfast was without fantacy and every day the same choice, never an extra. The quantity of the lunch and dinner buffet was alright, but not the quality. Often poor quality of meat and tasteless, often cold. Side dishes and salads were ok. Always only soup without investment. We know that from Magic Life different! The food at the we didn't use the pool, as it is on offer and hygiene was missing. Also in the bars, you were not served. The quality and selection a drink was with drawbacks alright.

Friendliness, service and cleanliness were average.

The pool areas were very big and everything was clean, but only one is heated. Chairs were abundant, but nevertheless there was also here the famous reservers. There were two pool bars but only one was open, so that depending on where one had his beach chair the way to potions very far. Animation boring and unfriendly-all played just the same site. Pirate-white party, we know that from Magic Life but much better, also the evening entertainment.

Older medium-sized hotel area in a bad location on a rock plateau. Evening no shopping or go for a stroll, in the environment only other resorts. Condition and cleanliness were ok. The age of the guests was a colorful mix from 0.5 to 80 years. Englishmen had with 70% the largest share, the rest were mainly german and austrian. Slow internet was available however correctly expensively. -

The drive from the airport takes about 80 minutes. Friendly welcome, fast check-in. The location of the hotel is nothing special exciting, all around nothing going on. No access to public transportation. The narrow beach is only a steep staircase to reach. Depending on the tides at the beach you can to Jandia walk (not barefoot you must often over stones go) and with the taxi back to the hotel go - circa 9 Euro. In Jandia there is actually nothing to see, apart from hotels and the usual tourist shops. Only the beach is here very nice - wide and without limits.

We were in block 11 room 128 this is on the first floor from the inner courtyard, but was almost at ground level from the balcony with a view through the palm tree to the entertainment pool, main pool bar and out to the ocean. The room was cleaned every day and we certainly had no complaints with fresh towels every day. With 3 in the room, you would normally be expect to use the sofa bed, however our son is 6 foot 4 inches and the sofa bed came up too small. A smile and a friendly chat with the receptionist resulted in a full sized bed being installed whilst we were at dinner that night. Not bad when you arrived at 22:30. Even with an additional full sized single bed there was plenty of room for us all. The bathroom was clean and functional with all necessary equipment including hair dryer. The shower was over a full sized bath and even at peak times we never had any problems with water pressure or hot water, which is something we have suffered with at more expensive hotels in the past. We used the safety deposit box in the room, which was included in the holiday cost, although we never heard of any theft issues. Only problem we did have was with the key swipe cards, which in the early part of the holiday were intermittently successful. Again a chat with reception resulted in an engineer actually waiting for us at the door in the time it had taken us to amble directly back. A new battery was diagnosed for the lock and we had no further problems for the rest of our stay.

There are 4 restaurants, although we chose to eat in the main buffet for our meals. The choice of food was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and salads, which complimented the wide variety of hot dishes. We found the best thing to do was to walk the whole area first, deciding what we wanted to eat as is was not consistent where we would find what we were going to eat each night. Example on the Easter Friday, there was an awesome selection of fresh fish across the restaurant, but my son wanted meat and was looking dejected until we spotted the freshly cooked sirloin steak on the fish station! I personally enjoyed the lunch time buffets the best, but that may have been as a result of there being bread and butter pudding on the first day. I thought i had gone to heaven! My son tended to lunch at the pool bar, which always had snacks available and tended to have a different speciality meal each day. He certainly had no complaints.

We always had good service, and a smile and a friendly word always resulted in reciprocation and friendly service. The bar staff seemed to be good at identifying those that were waiting, although the arrogance of some guests did make it difficult for them at times. Tip: - If you get frustrated by having to wait, i would suggest that you get your drinks before the end of the show in the evening or just give time for the rush to die down, as everybody piles out and straight to the bar! Reception was always friendly and we had chats over music and buying stuff on e-bay whist they sorted our minor issues with room keys, etc. Trips to reception regardless of the reason were quite enjoyable, especially if you smile and treat them as equals!

Well you are spoilt for choice: Archery, aerobics, tennis, mountain biking, road cycling, spinning, reasonably equipped gymnasium, exercise classes from 9 till 18:00, aqua fit, the list goes on, but all in the glorious sunshine. Personally I did the spinning classes (outside on a balcony overlooking the ocean - Awesome!) every day with Andrea, who has got to be one of the most positively focussed people I have ever met, she was for ever smiling and went out of her way to make sure everybody was involved in her classes. Then on her walk to get refreshment after the class you would see her stopping and laughing with most guests both there and back, a 3 minute walk was never completed in less than 30 minutes and leaving a trail of smiles. Whilst not a dancer, Andrea was in almost every show, she told us that she did it because she just loves it.! well I tell you there should be more people like her, yes she was out of time and often seemed confused as to what she was doing, (almost like the two Ronnies wrapped up in one body) her enthusiasm shone in bucketful's and brought a smile to our faces every time! My wife particularly enjoyed the archery with Izzet, every morning she would be there being Maid Marion. He always kept it interesting with different challenges and games for each day and always a smile. Around the resort we would often see him, and he always had a smile and a chat, even when I was not with my wife! In an Evening he was always there getting involved with the guests, always seeming to know whether they wanted to just talk, or were looking for encouragement / a partner to dance. My son also did the Archery, football, volley ball and Aperitif games/dance, morning and afternoon. In fact between activities and his new German friends we hardly set eyes on him during the day. He then joined us for dinner and the show before disappearing to dance and join in the entertainment and then the disco till 2am. Whilst we never did any of Gracie's classes (one of the dancers) she also added significantly to our holiday, always smiling and positive, chatting with us during the day whenever she saw us, discussing the other 'Magic Life' resorts that we had visited and some of the mutual acquaintances we had made in other entertainment /dance teams. In an evening she was always there to encourage us onto the dance floor, but not to the exclusion of others, she was just a bundle of fun and always made us laugh.

A big hotel but never felt over stretched even in the peak Easter week. The hotel has a central area containing reception, theatre , two large bars and 4 restaurants (one main buffet , and three themed), outside of this core area are groups of interconnecting guest room blocks usually over 3 floors with a central courtyard. There are two walkways down to the beach, we always used the steeper steps from behind the main pool bar and it never caused any issues, but appreciate it would be quite a pull if you are out of condition, or slightly infirm. One guy was using the steps for interval training when i was coming up one morning! Swimming pools could be a few degrees warmer, but I spent every afternoon in one of the unheated ones and it was very pleasant.

Lovely gardens surround the central public areas and make for a pleasant walk from your room to the restaurants or pools. The beach goes on and on with good sand and there is a steady stream of people walking along the waterline. Watch out for the tides as some bits become impassible at high tide. Whilst there are naturists on the beach, most tend to reside at the top of the beach where they have used the stones from the beach to build windbreaks/screens. However you will see some walking along the beach.

Our room in block 20 was very worn out and as i have already mentioned with a view of a construction site facilities. Mini tv with frequent bildausfällen, loose shower heads, broken bathroom furniture. No slatted frame under the bed, instead any frames from wood. Beds were very hard. Extra bed was a aufgeklapptes sofa bed... Also broken. As we did not use however it didn't matter to us. Generally very run down and not worth 4 stars.

A main restaurant like a train station hall. Quality rather below average to poor. Huge selection, however always the same - and as i have already mentioned of poor quality. Stay away from the argentine specialty restaurant. The was not done... Tapas... Burned meat and a gummiartiger calamari. Under an à-la-carte restaurant we understand something else as the choice of 2 meals. Cleanliness during the meals was very bad. The tables were slow to not at all the dirty dishes were cleared. Cups were morning hard to get (we are at 9 o'clock generally for breakfast %blank%). Style of the kitchen... Hmm difficult to say, kunterbunt. Time not at all seasoned times became very monotonous.

Service, just bad. Friendliness at most coworkers there a foreign word. We have rearly seen such poor hospitality experience. Motivation at work zero. The cleaning of the rooms was done well. At the front desk you have to be lucky an employee to get the good mood.

Pools were sufficiently available, even a heated pool in the entertainment area. The pool chairs are also very dated (the blue) the greens seemed new to be. Kids disco was nothing. There must the entertainers time practice drive. We didn't take advantage of the sports facilities on offer, but the board was offered-it fits so.

The hotel, particularly the rooms in block 20 (since we stayed) are very in need of renovation, with a view of a construction site where from time to time a builder to the boater migrancy. According to the front desk there is the building site already for a very long time... No note in the catalog! Cleanliness of the room was ok, in the hotel itself, especially during the meals a catastrophe. Wlan-wireless internet is, but costs correctly! 7,00 Euro on the day, the week 35 Euro... Tip: you can 20 minutes in the lobby to aberockten computer's surfing-but then with guests. Guests were multicolored mixed, british, german, french. Etc...

Transfer by bus to the hotel 1 hour. The was okay. Badstrand (if you can call it, at the hotel) Walk to Jandia the shopping mile around 45 to 60 minutes at the beach. However with children not to manage. Be careful when floods. That was it with sightseeing in the corner. There is nothing. Although you can evenings from the hotel for walking go, but the question where? What should you look at? There is nothing there.

Furnished in a style typical of the region. Rustic, comfortable beds, clean decor, small crt tv, bath/shower/toilet/hairdryer /...

Here are gourmets their moneys worth. Recommendable is the pizza in the La Baia. A good pizza i have in my 24 years never eaten. Here is this Magic Life outrider! Drinks (Sprite, Cola, Cola Light, Fanta naranja, Tonic, water, various cocktails, champagnes, wines) all inclusive! Usual tips for cleaning lady at zufriedensein (10 Euro per week). But also the waiters in the restaurants also happy about a tip (we were the whole week right from him recognized, and courteous, he knew immidiateley, etc.)

From the cleaning lady, the gardener, the duty manager to the waiters every friendly and accommodating. Large part of the staff is multi-lingual traveling (german, english, russian, polish, ukrainian...). We traveled at 10 o'clock in the morning and could directly a beautiful room with a view of the pool and the sea relate.

Gym is more than large and should for every sporttyp have something to offer. Football field, tennis court, etc. Is everything available. Entertainment (body work, whimsical, belly peine po. Etc..)

We have already been in the Magic Life for the 4. time and are still enthusiastic than before (2 times on Fuerteventura 2012 and 2013). The hotel makes is very well maintained. While we were there (04.-11.03. 2013) the hotel was to 90% booked. The weather were the temperatures every day near around 24 to 25 degrees. What food and entertainment is concerned must one believe i don't have to mention. Top marks!

On the complex there are many small souvenir stores and shops from the label fuerte action. The shuttle from the airport in puerto took about 1,5 hours. The hotel is located raised on a cliff. The beach access is for 10-50-year-old i guess without any problems to master, here you can wonderfully with the rich all-inclusive program increased calories digesting. For seniors and handicapped people is the beach access was actually impossible...

The sports offer was super. Thousand thanks in this way again to levi and Adam from rennradteam these guys do a great job! And one should absolutely times a tours. It's also worth mentioning Andrea the spinning of the finest quality with view of the sea-amazing. But also all other the entertainmentteam make a great job. Beach chairs are more than enough available

Room in block 10 was clean and spacious, the food can't find the is definitely not more to help! If you some comments look at-hostel, bad food and so on. We understand really the world not anymore. The staff is always super helpful to help and friendly.

Very spacious room however are somewhat older. The tiled floors is although it is very hygienic but on our last visit our neighbor with their high heels some nerve klickklack, klickklack, klickklack... The tv has about six german programs is however an older model. Each room has a balcony or a terrace - very nice for a small glass of wine at sunset ☺

The offered food is varied and there is something for everyone. Certainly is the quality the products not always the best, but value for money is okay. There is every day another motto, for example italian evening, oma buffet, and so on. But unfortunately this is also for several years the same-dear team, don't let yourselves for the regular guests nevertheless times something else chime in.

We are, in principle, very satisfied. One gets surely times a staff members, with the wrong foot up, but with so much staff, not avoid. Basically, all very hard. When we last return is unfortunately our transfer bus and only after multiple requests one has told us we would have to go by taxi, these pay and costs at the airport refund. After our opinion must the hotel and the travel agent have to worry about, that the guests to the airport will-so if you booked a package holiday?! The we our airplane nor have achieved, we have our taxi driver to owe, a racing is lost ☺

We want the radguides a big compliment-you do your job really great. Thanks for the nice service, the great service and the a week with you on the wheel spend could! The 'bike station' offers enough mtb and racing bikes, on request also with klickpedalen. Helmets you can get or bring your own. Radflasche from home not forget, otherwise one can locally bottled water-but only to unscrew. Beach chairs are always sufficiently available and with the numerous pools, everyone would find their favorite spot... With music, sunny, shady, quiet, and so on.

We were already several times in millilitres furerte. Unfortunately, you can tell the condition the hotel every time a bit worse, still we love the location the hotel, the state, the persistent climate and the possibility in the winter tidy to soak up the sun! So please, operates, contrary to rumours the complex continue and investments but just a or other Euro at this location! All six times we had great weather and the concept of Magic Life, that a lot of entertainment and leisure activities on offer we, but no one was forced something is, like us really! The guest structure is seasonal completely different, but it is always a great atmosphere.

The location the hotel for our taste great. Direct at the beach, only a few steps from the pool area to the dream beach. You can take a walk along the beach in about an hour the next purchase possibilities or with the taxi for about 5 Euro go. Very nice shops are on site, Zara, supermarkets, jewelry stores or some tourist tant. However there is something for everyone.

The mini bar was not restocked the room service was very superficially.

The restaurants go not at all!

Foreign language skills were good, very many germans british and dutch -very pleasant.

Good nice, but dirty wellness area.

Max -2, 5 stars! The complex is beautifully located and in need of renovation. The staff are friendly-more but also not. The rooms are spacious but with dated decor and it is not clean. Defective mattresses are not exchanged. The pools are nice you but i would at least in february freeze. There is no hotel beach, which is to the left or right hiking around sandy beach to find. In the showers and changing rooms of the wellness area it smells strongly of feces-the saunas are dirty. The restaurants are the crowning. Dirty cutlery and crockery -the dishes are varied but of poor quality and seemingly from day to day processing-one so again and again. Coffee and tea are because of the processed below average inedible. The rotweinflaschen on the tables from remainders of the vortag atmosphere-smeared labels and open screw-top capsules absolutely borderline! Fuerteventura-gladly again-but magic live -never again!

Nearby is nothing else you can to Jandia on foot-this is good.
