The furnishing of the hotel is very good, only the safe in the room missing. Free internet is only in the lobby available and minors (under 21) to hotel bar not even with with a adults a mineral water order respectively %%BLANK%% in the lobby with adjoining bar area stop.
The key shortcoming is the employees at the reception. Our room was first at 16 o'clock ready. When we (3 adults persons!) to the room arrived, there was already the first surprise. There was just 1 Bett for 3 people and not even a sofa, the be rolled out could. ... Back at the front desk apologized the front desk employees more or less friendly but, that we 2 hours the check-in for a room waited, which was not for 3 people was suitable. We were a different room run and you promised us, immediately to ensure, that we delivered keys and that the luggage in the next 10 minutes brought up is. 15 minutes later came the key. 30 minutes later we decided the luggage to pick up. The Bell ( the only really friendly and courteous staff this hotel) did not know, that we have already a new room had. This information was not passed.
For information like for instance walk to the space Needle or walk to the train station was the reception overburdened ( the front desk employees claimed there is only 1 train station in Seattle-wrong!) read more

Beautifully located hotel right at the waterfront and nearby the pike place market. Pleasant furnishings and beautiful rooms. Only point of criticism: the relatively heavily driven street in front of the hotel. read more

The hotel was our Starthotel for a USA. It is easy to reach from the airport and is very centrally located, but is still in a quiet right on the waterfront. You can walk many sights (Pike Place Market, Neddle etc. ). The room was well appointed and clean. valet parking is very expensive and breakfast could only to order room service. Unfortunately, it was typically American - just sweet. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful read more
