Very beautiful hotel, big clean room with a balcony, plenty of storage space, beautiful bathroom with double sink, shower and corner bath ( komfortzi. -elfer). The staff were very friendly, helpful and almost always with a smile on the way. The abemdliche 5-course menu was always a highlight, varied and very tasteful ( the eye eats with). Special requests were always friendly fulfilled. Of the sauna- and wellness area we have really enjoyed, especially the saunävent's with Norbert ( infusions, rub with franzbrandwein, oil.),but also massage and hairdresser ( my wife looked great from). Very commendable is the ... free shuttle bus-service to the slopes or to the 7 kilometer night tobogganing at all times. Many thanks to the whole team! We are definitely coming again. read more

Very pleasant hotel the middle class with flair, to be comfortable.
Only unpleasant was the strong smell of chlorine in the pool. read more

The hotel offers a very good home page, unfortunately look at the reality different.
Over the cleanliness in the room we could us not deplore and also the food was good.
The waiters whereas was very unfriendly and not tried hard to please the guests.
In short: we just didn't feel comfortable and will definitely not again! read more

Very beautiful hotel, luxurious room, excellent food and additionally child-friendly! The child care by Kathrin our boys very good. We could easily the glacier again, although our boys are not used alone somewhere to stay. Kathrin made a huge effort and the children completely quiet and totally personally cared for. Can only be recommended! read more

Hotel room very good (with stone pine room, since new!), different rooms that is questionable.
Big hotel, many different guests ( families, Pensioners, coach parties staying lines, international), clear orientation of the hotel not recognizable.
Wellness area underground (both steam baths during the stay broken and not repaired, sauna oK but no appropriate resting room ( a few loungers in the corner, not more.), it was the first time, that I with a wellness hotel the own bath tub used. ( according to staff daily wellness complex summer 2013 rebuilt ), pool of children occupied
Dinner very good both ... in the variety as in the taste ( kitchen had just changed, very good, such as comments from other guests close)
In short:
As long as wellness complex improve definitely no recommendation read more

We, couple 75 and 74 were the first time in this hotel and surprised by the size and generosity.

The location of the hotel is in a rather quiet environment, but it is not disturbing, as you in 150 meters bus stops and with the stubai card ( very recommendable) we have many a time the bus use it. The beautifully equipped sitting areas behind the hotel with a view of the mountains we in the morning and also to the dinner often visited.
We booked half board. At the time of our stay were many modern represented. We love this very much and we may children very. read more

The hotel is beautiful. The service and the staff are very friendly. Predominant guest structure: Eastern European ( however not negative!). The bathroom is rather small, but more than adequate.
The food in some days from a 4-course menu, which in the morning accordingly can be chosen. The quality of the dishes, the taste and the presentation of the plates are really great!
A bit disappointed we were then on the second day, as it 'only' buffet gave. That was not so amazing. Unfortunately. But it something for everyone - but not so great as on the first evening.
The ... breakfast is good and everything sufficiently available.
Really great was the booked luxury Stone pine room (number 121). This is the room, the you see in the catalog (with a tiled stove ). The bathroom is great and modern with bath tub and large shower. The toilet is separate. One could feel here really well!
In general one sees, that the hotel gradually modernized. There are places, where off-but one can in my opinion overlook.
A bit annoying was, that in the bar and in parts of the reception smoking was allowed-that should in a hotel for families not be allowed. read more

We booked a room of the category Stone pine room and are absolutely not disappointed been.
The bathroom convinced, of course, absolutely. For our son was of course the pool and the care in the evening the hit. Our family can this hotel with quiet conscience recommend.

the shuttle bus service to the winter sports regions worked very good and the individual wishes to be fulfilled.
the breakfast buffet is very good and the dinner with salad buffet was sufficient and delicious.
Still in the bar area smoking area is not so nice, no separated non-smokers area.

Once again a great skiing vacation in the hotel Kindl, you will always warm welcome.
I also love the children's corner was a bit, but it is even more.
the shuttle bus to the winter sports regions (Glacier and schlick 2000) I find great, they say and is then. The rooms very nice and big and also always clean. the hotel is with the largest in Options/neustift in typical Tiroler style and architecture. It appears in recent years renovated left a lot to be desired; the various dining areas are very nicely furnished, clean, bright and friendly! There is a large lobby with fireplace, as well as a swimming pool with jacuzzi, children's pool, swimming pool, and water fall (where you at the front desk before use have to activated), a sauna area with two saunas (90° and 75°), a steam bath, an infrared cabin, and a Inhaltionssauna (this was however not business). Everything was clean and very well ... kept.
our room ( normal double room) was not yet renovated, which however not bad. Solely the bathroom was very small. At the shower rod missing screw, the however having regard to complaint immediately is replaced. We had on request a room at the back -it was dreamlike quiet! The mattresses were great, the walls however very thin, so that one could hear, if the neighbor snored has ☺
the food was 3/4-guest house. Sufficient breakfast buffet with all the bells and whistles. There was even a cappuccino on request from the espresso machine. Afternoon snack consisted of very delicious warm apple strudel with vanillin sauce, two different soups and bread/rolls with sausage, as well as coffee and tea. Evenings there was a very good Choice menu, salad buffet, cheese board and you could order still. The portions of the main course were quite offering a clear view, but great for the eye! Mineral water in nice Decanters free. On Saturday there was a Tyrolean buffet, which also was very good! Every request was fulfilled.
since we were out of vacation period our vacation spent there, were little children -a few younger. There were a lot of Rumanians, and Poland there, as well as German tourist middle Ages. A pleasant audience!
what particularly beautiful was, that a hotel's own ski bus every morning to the glacier drove! read more

We are regulars in the hotel Kindl. For over 20 years and we'll come in winter sometimes also in the summer to this hotel. Price-performance ratio was 100%. We feel very comfortable suggestions will be adopted and if possible implemented. The staff and the junior are very friendly and accommodating. The young, friendly, it is hard-working staff 85% from Eastern Europe was. The language skills of the staff were pleasant good. The room was great clean and large. The hotel is more on the Austria-rural serious, warm style equipped. The guests were mixed from Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Holland. The location and views from the hotel are great. The food was always very delicious prepared, as well as decorated, however for the large Hunger more too few.
A small Minus was it from me for the somewhat stronger Zigarettengerunch throughout the hotel, as the lobby and all general areas ... allowed to smoke. In the summer this situation is probably due to greater opportunity to ventilation not so noticeable. read more
