Hotel BKR Grand^{(3 stars)}

The room was cleaned only at the first day. In review that made sense because on this day the staff checked my luggage and took away a piece brand clothes. After claiming this to the reception manager he firstly wants to explain me that nobody was in my room. After arguing that some had have to be inside because it has been cleaned, he promised me to check this with the housekeeping. He confirmed now that the room was cleaned and someone in, but the person didn´t took away anything. At least also the managing director joined the conflict. But ... he only stated that something like this never happened in his hotel before. He even wasn´t able to speak directly to me and also left the conversation without any solution or an apologize. Never much such an unfriendly and incompetent person for a leading position! read more
