If you are looking for a 4-star luxury is expected difficult be disappointed. The food is of inferior quality and not diverse, the beverages as Cola or lemonade with too much sweetener sweetened, the spirits rather cheap but the beer and wine delicious! All of the staff at the hotel tried friendliness and most of them speak German. Handling of complaints went very quickly ( the air conditioning in our room was immediately after loss repaired). The complex and the room itself nothing special clean. Pool beach chairs uncomfortable, for several wonderful pools! Great fun factor by fantastic entertainment! Quiet ... corners you have to however search only times. Whoever his time outside of the hotel spend drives with the small railroad after kiotari center (or around 30 minutes away on foot the beach road along). There, there are mini markets, bars and fish spa for little money. In the late season is of course a lot closed. We have here a nice holiday spent, again the hotel I would but do not book. read more

This four star hotel its requirements and we can this as a couple 56 and 59-years-old, would be happy to recommend. The complete staff -> front desk, kitchen, waiter, bar, kiosk, cleaning staff are exceedingly friendly, helpful and give their best! Especially the entertainers with its Boss Bob a full 'very good' rating and are well worth the money! read more

The animation was really great, for children a great program every day. A relatively informal relations between the entertainers and the guests. Every evening mini disco and afterwards an admirable program the entertainers themselves. From fakir show, on comedy evening dances in the entire world. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the floors were not even cleaned. The complex whereas is however great clean and tidy. The Volando -animation team at the beach heats up the guests daily half an hour neat a & dancing with them some songs. However it is only a Italian team. But the communication in English, no problem dar. The food and the ice at the beach bar are very good and a worth a visit definitely. Still information to the hotel room: towels are only available, if the charwoman one for you appropriate price ( daily about 8 €). The pool is very clean and everyone is tomorrow cleaned. The food is okay. In the morning there was always the same, however evenings the choice was but excellent. Otherwise are the snacks in the tavern until midnight available ( directly on the hotel entrance). These are partially even better than the dinner. On the whole it was a very nice vacation, but I will the island not again visit. read more

The hotel is very recommendable for families. It it didn't get boring and our son had a lot of fun.
The front desk is with a complaint (air conditioning) handled very well. The problem was within a very short time fixed, although it 22 hours in the evening was.
A big compliment to the animation team! Babou, Alex and Bob are unique! There was a varied program and we had lots to laugh about. read more

My wife and two sons travelled to Kiotari and Miraluna for a relaxing sunny holiday and relaxation, the Hotel was good the food excellent and staff in tha main that we met warm and friendly, there were many pools and a lovely clean beach, travelling on an all inclisive basis for the first time was ideal for food and drink as and when required without fuss, there were many rooms and guests and it was busy but bever felt crowded or cramped oodles of space for everyone. this year saw many UK residents shy away from Greece but the gap ... filled by Russian and Polish and other European guests added an interesting yet pleasant mix, hotel was clean, I will moan about my room though it was very hiot and stuffy and the airconditining unit was ill equiped to deal with the heat. the furniture was a tad tired and the main bedroom we had no bedsight lights? if this wwas revamped and upgraded we would be looking a top marks read more

The complex is big and beautiful, steep and partly very uneven ways, nothing for disabled. It is really in need of renovation. Cleanliness the complex was OK. In October were a lot of French people there. The age of the guests was mixed. read more

every time we would go back to this resort again, we found the quality and facilities for those South very reasonable-at least category four stars those who wanted more had to book five stars! Second time round to this resort. Everything was as good as the first time. Food and Drink always plentiful and lots of varity. The animation team especially made it this year for the whole family, the kids loved the mini club with Stefan, Lorraine, Daniel and Carol, where as the adults enjoyed the daytime activities of darts, volleyball, water polo, aerobics, salsa etc etc with Alex, Barbara, Kay, Harry, Bob, Eddy etc etc. Well done to them for working so hard day and night to entertain the different nations that occupy the complex. The hotel is located at hillside. All installations are very clean. It has several swimming pools (with but also without animation), an amphitheater and minimarkets. The complex is well arranged, however we got with, that some people in a hotel two hotels further stayed, but still our belonged and thus had this people far to restaurant walk, we had however a perfectly located room!
There were a lot of nationalities available, that however it didn't bother us! read more

We were now the third time in this hotel. Recommendable for families with children. The food in the restaurant was changed to negative. Without a car you are in kiotari to the crowded buses bound. If you want to enjoy your holiday, should book this hotel under any circumstances. Mass release everywhere. One occurred oneself like cattle before. Staff did not greet. I have never felt myself so misplaced/unwelcome. (Exceptions among the staff bestätgen the rule).
We are 2.5 days into another hotel. Should have been at check-in cried. Helpless staff at the front desk. Cold food (verschrumpelte peas and dryer dough, the loose for about six hours in the buffet were) before you get into the room. Of cleanliness of the restaurant was found to Saturday Monday afternoon was no one from the ... management for all the guests, complaining (no matter, whether British, Italian, Russian, German, etc.) to speak. The poor receptionist inside. The staff are neither guests or fun. (Children's) animation which is a total flop, evil the rooms, the food. Cannon. We just wanted to go away. The so-called Mira Luna garden, in which we were housed, is a staff house (for staff, tour guide. and overbooking is also for guests). Is pretty quiet, but the shuttle was already 25 minutes off. The garden is according to our Rep not into the Treaty with the Tour operator! The hotel praises the guests as part of the resort. Guests are idiots. Change in the main we did not after two days there wanted, would be neither possible nor desirable been. The bad food/entertainment/etc. front desk should have followed up there. After 2.5 days started our stay at a different Hotel (mitsis) finally arrived. This was only 2 kilometer away, but worlds and between! A final detailed description of the many ills would blow Rahmne here unfortunately totally.
I can only comment on all, most kiotari beach 'Mira Luna' is, advise you not to go there! read more

I would not stay here, the food was very monotonous and tasted rather bland. However, there was a 'noodle chef' the very delicious sauces, however, we ate almost exclusively, and it was this very monotonous, since it was about eight sauces cooked. For the children it was very beautiful. our children are two and five years old and therefore I can only praise the child day care. The pool areas for the little ones were great and very large-however much too few beach chairs.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms and ... the public toilets were a lot to be desired. The furniture and room doors are very worn and partly by humidity very damaged. former there was some small mould places.
Therefor the entertainment was great. The entertainers were very nice, helpful and spoke several languages. Furthermore, the entertainers at night there was always a great entertainment.

At the beginning of the presentation of a room. Only reference to the nearby tavern, then to allocate a worn out room. But the next day we had a new room (Hotel booked miraluna garden). The alternative hotel complex (1,400 beds) and by a shuttle (about 2-3 minutes.) connected to the main building (within walking distance about 5-7 minutes.). Some employees were helpful, but a mountain full work across the street, the staff could have been more.
The activities were only in the evening of our children in the mini disco.
The furniture had a very worn ... out impression (pictured loop his seats in the foyer, rickety chairs in the restaurant, head big holes (only provisionally) in Kletterkäfig for children). It seemed so, that many tourists complained. The food was at the beginning of a rather appalling impression (fish in the rancid fatty, fried eggs in a water-fat mixture, not as variant rich selection). At the end we were generally satisfied. Conclusion: The vacation was relaxed, the children were all happy and it is essential to letztgültig.
