Today, there are once again a report on a hotel, which i recently used. I was at the invitation of israeli company in Tel Aviv and the company had for me the hotel 'Hilton' there, a really large hotel. Data Hilton Tel Aviv Independence park Tel Aviv 63405 Www. Hilton. Com Tel. 00972 3 520 222 Location The hotel is situated right on the beach in a small green area. From the airport ben guerion it was about 45 minutes. To the beach one must only cross the boardwalk and already one was on the mediterranean sea. Who the hotel ... surrounded park is however not very big, so that the transport, the in Tel Aviv absolutely metropolis level with its congestion has, clearly to be heard. In addition i found also disturbing, that within sight another airport is, on the apparently only the loud planes, because propeller aircraft taking off and landing and the very high frequency. Lobby The lobby is huge and typical for a hotel of this size. Right from the entrance is the front desk, the is always full. English is host language. There is in the switch busy, but because of the nevertheless quite numerous staff at the counters, you don't have to wait for to long. If you like i, the lucky, on the floors the vista clubs to be, can also the front desk in 17. use floor. This is less busy and it is quieter. Oh, you can pay with shekel, but also American Dollar and credit cards. On the way there is a the luggage whisked away, in return one got a coupon, you at check in have to give. A short time later the luggage in the room – excellent. In the lobby there were the usual stores, such as jewelry and souvenir shops and barber shop. There is also on the ground floor the 'lobby lounge' with seating inside and outside. Where you could by drinks and snacks at the time from 09:00 until 05:00 o'clock enjoy. However only, if you are prepared, the high prices pay. So costs for example a small Cola 5 American Dollar, a beer 8 American Dollar. There is also the ' yakimono', a sushi restaurant. This is 12:00 until 24:00 o'clock open. I have used it but not. Same goes for the 'king solomon' restaurant, in sunday until thursday between 19:00 and 10:00 p. m. mediterranean specialities. These prices are doing from 13 to 16 American Dollar for pasta, pizza for 18 American Dollar to fish on 20 American Dollar. Room I had as already mentioned a room in the 'vista club '. This is slightly better than the 'normal' rooms. The price for my room fraud 450 American Dollar per night (!), very nice steep, but the israeli company has paid. On the internet i had time looked and offers for 'normal' room, the 160 American Dollar were. If the difference is justified, is time debatable. Although the room was a little dark decor, but felt still friendly and modern. In the room a double bed, a desk with chair, an armchair with providing table, a bureau with many drawers, a large closet and a mini bar with electronic safe. The mattress in bed was from the hardness just perfect for me, so that i could sleep well. On the small table were a bowl of fruit, and two bottles of water than attention of the hotel. These free offers, i have used, because the beverages in the minibar were everything but cheap with 5,50 American Dollar for a Cola and 9 American Dollar for a beer. You could but also with a vending kettle tea or coffee cook. With the large flat screen tv were about 30 channels, most of the english speaking, but also three german (ZDF, RTL, dw-tv). The room had also a small balcony with two chairs. And because the hotel designed, that one from each room also the sea, but also the city can see, you have a nice view, if the quite loud traffic noise didn't bother us. In terms of cleanliness there was here nothing to complain about, since the cleaning crew twice per day came. The bathroom was quite large and seemed new, but what it probably not was, because there were some signs of wear and en fixtures, in particular in the shower, to discover. In the bathroom were a toilet, a bathtub, a sink with large sink and a shower. Moreover, there were also a magnifying mirror, a Waage and a hair dryer available. The kid-sized towels were soft. Moreover, there was a large number of cosmetics. There were also in things cleanliness nothing to moan about. Fitness/wellness In the hotel there is a fitness club, but from an outside vendor powered. That meant, for use 15 American Dollar be required! I thought that was a joke, if one considers, what the room cost. The interior was but very good, because there were many devices to work out the different groups of muscles can are available. The opening times were from 06:00 until 22:00 o'clock. Massages were also there, of course, naturally, it also cost extra. To the hotel also has a sea water pool, the 05:00 until 19:00 o'clock could be used. The beckenlänge is 25 metres and therefore ideal for swimming. Two things were but disturbing. The loungers are very close, so that you feel very cramped happened. And second, with the tidying up short after 18:00 o'clock begun, so, if you the guests distribute and the pool really at 19:00 o'clock close. By the pool there is as well a pool bar, in the next to drinks also grilled at the time from 13:00 until 17:00 o'clock order. Breakfast Usually there was the breakfast at the time from 06:30 until 10:30 o'clock in the 'cafe med' instead. The buffet offers everything, what you need, and the usual range of cold and warm hearty (sausage, cheese, egg dishes, sausages, etc.), sweet (jam, cake etc.), fresh (fruit) and cereal. However, what was a relatively large lines, what is logical, if you the size of the hotel consider. I have therefore taken the lounge of the ' vista club ' on the 17. floor used. There was for guests the corresponding floors also the possibility for breakfast. Also you could until 23:00 o'clock other snacks and drinks free of charge to. The advantage here breakfast was of course, that there wasn't a lineup. Furthermore, there was the much nicer view. Downside was however, that only kosher food was offered. That means, there was no meat, thus no sausage and for example no fried bacon. The selection was so much smaller, but still sufficient with fish, cheese, sweet, scrambled eggs and cereals. Other Also the use wi-fi, you have to pay. So costs a 24 hours-ticket 15 American Dollar, a 3 days-ticket 30 American Dollar. Conclusion I would even have to pay, i would have been upset, because all the ' extras' cost extra. read more

We loved the Hilton Tel Aviv: attentive service! Being a frequent Hilton guest we had access to the Executive Lounge which was lovely with a balcony for eating breakfast and enjoying the evening appetizers and deserts. The staff seemed to consistently go out of their way to ensure our stay exceeded all expectations. Because of elite status we were provided a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Highly recommend!!! read more

The Hilton in Tel Aviv is for me still the best hotel the city: direct at the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the port with the many restaurants, in a nice, green park, all rooms have a balconies with a view of the sea, lovely! the Usual downside by Hilton: Internet costs 22 US dollars/day and applies only to a device! read more
