We were for the first time in the wasnerin and we were really happy! Although on the website nothing on children is confessed, we had our 2 children forward. And we were definitely not disappointed. The hotel is very family friendly and good for children equipped! Crib, high chairs, kettle, games room, in the summer a außenplanschbecken! It is not a typical children's hotel, but felt both of our (1 and 6 years) very comfortable! Especially they slept very well! read more

    As a family with 2 children we booked a suite in the traditional basis, the larger it was was ideal. Our 6-year-old daughter had the sleep-couch in the living room, on the very slept well! The crib was in the bedroom set up, with the small preferred, with us in the large bed to sleep! He has battled through, what home not always the case! The room was furnished nicely, the bathroom with a shower and bathtub, also a pleasant size! Small suggestion: brighter light in the bathroom would have been nice!

    The lots of small stuben of the restaurant the entire atmosphere much more comfortable and homey. You had enough space between the tables and also the paths to the buffet from all rooms short. Very nice service and the kitchen is a dream! One finds everything what you want, there is something for every taste! There is also a special children's menu with typical kids meals!

    Although the hotel was full on the weekend, there was in the pool area, no drängerein! Enough sunbeds, pleasant water temperature-also for the children - scvhöne size of the pools (there i in other hotels higher category already much smaller pools!). The sauna area was really an eye-catcher, very nice decorated, great quiescent areas with unique beach chairs ( hängeliegen, reading chairs, double daybeds, etc.) , sanarium, steam bath, infrared cabin, outdoor wooden sauna with jacuzzi and a gigantic view of the surrounding mountains. The construction really paid off! Compliment!

    -die wasnerin is good and within easy reach, it must always in the direction golf course-not to Bad Aussee move in! About minutes distance are ski resorts and directly behind the house start the cross-country ski runs, or some hills to the down-slip for the children!

We were already 4 times in this hotel, however the last time was the best. The hotel was at the right moment and is really classes better than before. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Especially the wellness area is now a dream. A further advantage is, that the hotel guests by the host possibilities in the area so spread out, that never lots of guests at the same time pool, sauna or steam bath. Also all treatments like massages are top the staff very competent. For us it was a succesful short trip we certainly still this year ... repeat are. This hotel offers for couples an excellent time for romance! The feel good factor is very high: the warm welcome at the front desk with the excellent champagne is from the start all make forget! Our room was very generous with a balcony and the mountain view was indescribable! In the spa area you will find everything, in order to forget your worries: indoor and outdoor outside pool, various saunaräume, a small vital bar-a teahouse and the highlights of which are the stone pine-foreign -sauna and the dark bedroom with the hammocks! The breakfast buffet offers everything, what you need ... for a well-balanced breakfast needs - starting at selection verschiedendenster freshly prepared egg dishes, with a range of muesli's, marmelade, honey and even a honeycomb! You could even between normal breakfast coffee or freshly ground coffee select-not bad! The afternoon snack with soup and cakes was a good hungerstiller for in between! The dinner designed very according to our wishes: one could between 2 soups, 3 main courses and 2 desserts decide, in between there was a rich salad buffet and afterwards a large plate with various cheese and pastry. At the kristallbar can you then the day with a good cocktail - big praise to service and kitchen! For us it was a very pleasant and relaxing vacation and we will definitely come back again!     The hotel in Bad Aussee - the geographical centre of Austria - is located on a small plateau on the edge of town. For the hotel is a golf course, the in the winter as cross-country ski run is used. On the one side of the dachstein, on the other the lofer. Conclusion: gorgeous scenery, peaceful location, centrally located, great as a starting point for excursions.

The hotel 'the wasnerin' is the lindner and is now purely styrian possession. After fünfwöchiger lock for a complete renovation, it is again opened and has atmosphere and quality improved. The location on the edge of Bad Aussee is unique. read more

    As i have already mentioned the rooms are quite generously dimensioned, with a balcony and views provided. Parquet floors, a pleasant colours, sofa and chair, writing desk, minibar, wardrobe with sufficient hängern, tv, telephone, heating, sufficiently bright bedside lamps. A large bathroom with a shower and extra bathtub, hairdryer and toiletries, as well as a separate toilet make the stay very comfortable.

    The restaurant, the several rooms and a winter garden, works very comfortable. The kitchen the bonnets the chef mr for managed and presents a modern, upscale but local line using mostly local products-both the lots of different fruit juices, even eingekochten jams etc. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, even boiled eggs to order freshly prepared. The half board offers a salad buffet and a four course menu with option. In the afternoons there are in addition as a part of the half board at the bar sweet and savoury delicacies. The prices i feel than adequate. The staff seemed very professional, is however especially very friendly and attentive. I would like to highlight the following fact: as i a pancreatitis suffer and is currently very strong eingeschränte diet to live, leaflet mr for by prior arrangement for me two wonderful menus in the evening, the highest requirements were!

    Already the reception is extremely friendly. After checking in you get from the hotel to the room. The rooms arouse a very homely atmosphere. Room and bathroom and the entire area are very clean kept. The extensive spa & wellness Areal with an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool (both temperature and with massage jets) offers a lot of comfort and lots of possibilities: massages, a salt-water steam bath, sanarium, infrared-sauna, stone pine-sauna, sensation showers, vital bar, sleeping, reading and relaxation rooms, modern equipped fitness centre, an active and space to move around, a kids room. In addition there is an extensive assisted active programme with sport-and entspannungseinheiten, guides hikes, readings, rides, etc. The three-story lounge with reception, bar, two fireplaces, a pool table, a library and gesellschaftsspieltischen complete the deal. The restaurant by a young, dynamic team, and thus supports the culinary delights of the kitchen.

    The sport or entertainment was not used by me. The sauna area is in my opinion big enough and most modern dimensioned, very clean and with sufficiently many towels. In the room you'll find a (geflochtene and very attractive) beachbag with hand/ liegtüchern and slippers, and a bathrobe. Noticed, that for children even bathrobes in the the age appropriate bathrobes ready placed. Over several floors extending swimming and spa landscape like but for disabled be a bit of a problem.

Very nice wellnesshotel, for relaxing days. However not suitable for children. The spa facilities were newly refurbished, the guests distribute themselves very well in the area. The offer of the kitchen is in the morning and in the evening excellent. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Around the hotel there is a magnificent alpine backdrop with appropriate facilities. read more

The handicapped room is also for a blind, reversible beinamputierten wheelchairs ideal. The bathroom and toilet are easy to use. The whole hotel with the large wellness area are clean and lifts easy to reach. The types of people are interesting, the hotel arranged and to simply feel good. It is not only the staff, but also really excellent cuisine near. I have unfortunately many diets to, but also this is not a problem at all. It is everywhere helped. It is even possible, that i alone in front of the fireplace seats and my wife can relax in the ... great spa area let yourself be pampered. Nevertheless i the wheelchair couldn't leave, was i with a neck massage, spoiled. After such a weekend my wife and i always a piece of 'normalität' in our life returned. We can only recommend it. read more

    We have the only handicap accessible rooms in the hotel. It is really good to use. Around the bettanlage you can take the wheelchair comfortable drive. The bathroom and toilet are easy to use. The shower is for my wheelchair a bit cramped, however in the spa area are also enough possibilities to a shower to enjoy. This applies only for me, since i come from medical reasons necessarily help in need.

    We were already three times in the hotel waserin and we would have never a complaint found. The staff is friendly and nobody had a reserve, whether my damage. It was always helped and also small changes in the menüplanung because of my many diets were never a problem.

    The hotel is located beautifully nestled at the foot of the mountains. Through my disability we are on the hotel and their terrace limited-need however also nothing more, since we our needs as well can cover. Bad Aussee is a very scenic place, for the wheelchair but unfortunately not navigable.

The stay was very nice but a completely comfort wanted not regulate. A less disappointing was the spa area with little wohlfühlzonen. No towels in the sauna area. Also the food wasn't very exciting. Partly very tasteless. The staff in turn could some compensate for. Also the healthy alternative for the food missing. The without meat dishes are only in the main course vegetarian. Vegan alternative is completely missing. The selection is also at the breakfast buffet rather modest for this kind of hotel. read more

Our first stay in the wasnerin was fantastic! The unique picturesque location of the hotel, the modern yet comfortable furnishing of the rooms and public areas, the great wellness area, especially however the staff's hospitality and the anwesenheits of hoteliers itself (it helps also energetically with the abservieren with, no matter, was very positive on) pleased us well and make-die wasnerin certainly a fixture of our numerous wellness stay in Austria. Only small point of criticism is the absence of light appetizer during dinner, there is the salad buffet daily a small variation, the however still expandable is. The quality ... of the meals is very good. read more

Very nice recently renovated hotel in which we like to come again. Room: And large, with bath, extra couch, very nearby the wellness area, very good good mattresses and blankets. Wellness area: And very big, pool to swim. Unfortunately no comfortable are ( beds) in the resting rooms, so that one can sleep well, unfortunately no cushions on the chairs. Staff: And very friendly and hard-working, regards, very good knowledge of German. - if you are looking for domestic staff ( vA in the restaurant) set, then they are wrong here. read more

Pleasantly surprised from the very nice, clean, bright and warm hotel may we except for discrepancies at the check-in ( you had our vouchers not correctly classify and wanted us a room in the old building give, after some discussions but then a new sunny room get) nothing negative to say. The staff are very good trained and especially in the restaurant very attentive and friendly. The award-winning cuisine does what it promises, we were very satisfied, there were always 3 different main foods to the selection, served on fine plates, napkins of course. Nice designed, very well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff, beautiful Lounges. Big pool, great wellness -program. Terrific views of the dachstein. Room very attractive and well designed, large windows, private, separated balcony, sofa, Bench. Bathroom great, very modern, with a bath and shower. Small minus: the hotel bar closes very early (and then one could only go to the handle of the as usual expensive mini bar...) , and the WiFi is very weak on the chest. read more

We had a Zirbenstudio in the historic part of of the hotel booked. Big Foyer, living room and bedroom with doors separable, large bathroom with a bath and shower, toilet separately. Unfortunately have the beds squeaky. If one has shot, was the other awake. A 3. Night I would in this bed not want to spend. When checking out this complaint as' only ' dismissed. The food is excellent, the tables are unfortunately way too narrow together. The wellness area is huge and the appliances are really great. In the minibar there is neither wine nor sparkling wine. Room service ... does not give it. In the hotel bar there is also no small beer or small bottles of wine to carry out into the room. Recommend the hotel I would only guests, the no high Serviceansprüche have. read more

Very beautifully located and built house with super rooms and great swimming pool and wellness area. BUT: serving staff slow, see the work not (also not with the cons at the breakfast buffet, one wait eternally for a freshly scrambled eggs) - itself definitely in the large dining room, put, fits the service ( thanks to Laszlo, the US at least the last 2 evenings excellent served). In the small stuben we didn't go hungry. The appetizers- and salad buffet is for this price a joke - in comparison to other hotels this price range. And also the afternoon tea ... one may not expect too much. You got hungry about an extended hiking tour expect a applesauce and yoghurt. I would be sometime in the steam bath gone, but it was from technical reasons locked and the five whole days, so our whole stay. Likewise the Gradieranlage - in case the only in the winter runs, one should the guest at least informed, already on the homepage. For the parking garage are 5 Euro per day additionally requires. On the staff at the hotel is regarding information on hiking, biking, etc. In the area not reliable-nobody knows anything, not even about the routes on the 2' nearby mountains' the zinken and the sarstein. All together a great shame, because the hotel beautiful is however only expensive and bad service is stop also not very refreshing for the hotel guest. read more

The hotel '-Die wasnerin' is sold as a ' G'sund and naturhotel'. With a short break without use of the wellness area (2 nights) you know but not right, what ' G'sund and nature' refers. I was the alignment of the hotel not clear - in certain places you get the impression a wellness clinic. While we already the dinner in the garden serves got, sat next to us (under your bathrobe unbekleidete ) hotel guests at the nebentisch and smoked, the bears definitely not to be comfortable with. In the very detailed-brochure is also regional cuisine and the use ... of organic products spoken. The menu is not visible, which Boprodukte to use came. The also often stressed regional Orientation is not clear. ( Sole and Saintpierrefisch are not my idea of regional cuisine!). The waiters responded not only once right 'cheeky' and felt in certain places overburdened. Altogether was our impression ( especially because of the food and the atmosphere because) not so good, that we again go to this hotel are. Curious we were already very, after our parents vorschwärmten in the Wasnerin spend your holiday. A voucher we have for my birthday-a ideal gift. Was it on. We spend wonderful days, in a very well-kept, to detail very kind ambience. It were not only the touches, the care of the staff and hotel management, we swarm brought. It was the total package for information, the US in a always friendly art has been passed on. After the area of the surrounding the lakes to Hallstatt explored, started the relaxation as a couple with a spa - treatment in the wellness ... area. Only a herbal - footbath, a soothing foot massage to a head- massage of the neck. The herbal tea was the crowning completion in the spa ritual arrival in the Wasnerin '.
