Hotel Helios^{(4 stars)}

Our room was small but with very large beds. The bathroom was with a shower equipped. Always fresh towels, hair dryer, soap shampoo every day. The cleaning was not so thorough but ok. There is also a small balcony where you wet things hang can evenings rest. A tv you also, however for the remote control €20,- deposit are charged. There are four German channels for at least messages to hear. We felt in the room very probably.

What more do you need! We booked full board, but already on the breakfast table you can see for the whole day full food. For every meal time gib's plentiful fruit and vegetables, different kinds of. The warm dishes were very tasty. Every day three different meats every day fish. To the lunch and dinner give a bottle of water and wine. The service was constantly endeavors.

At the front desk you can get all the information also in German. The staff worked very hard all questions to answer. Even room exchange from the front (where evenings us at night very loud) in other quiet area is possible, if the hotel not fully booked.

The hotel is actually located to the party mile but the rooms of the pool page are very pleasant. The hotel has six floor, two elevators, large dining area in the basement even with rollstuhllift, a bar area with a dance floor, swimming pool. While we were there, there were also lots of older people since, but not from the disadvantage were.

The hotel lies at the main street where numerous discos their doors evenings open. To the sea has times however 5. minutes. On the way you can with all necessary supply; water snack, towel, hats, fruit, newspapers and other. The 'shopping' of Lloret is also not far away. Also in the immediate area the bus station of where one several short breaks in the region undertake can. We were in Girona for 5,75 Euro ( just) an hour journey time.

Our room was very modern decor. Had a large bed and a massive shower! Top! TV was of course available, however we could only ZDF and ZDF neo in German welcome. However the tv is at a party vacation mostly anyway from ;-) the balcony was perfect, with a small table and 2 chairs equipped and a small wäscheleine for towels!

The food was ok, breakfast was perfect! Especially the cheese was really good! Dinner on the 1st and second day also good, afterwards it was somewhat neglected. There were always different meats and different side dishes and sauces. Fries and pasta there was every evening, which of course for us it was good! There was however at each 2. corner in Lloret food that's why you will not go hungry! ;-) The tables were directly cleared after you finished with the food and it was also cleaned directly! Unfortunately it was in the dining room always very cold, since the air-conditioning devices always were. We had to always with waistcoat or sweater for breakfast and dinner go. You could perhaps change! ;-)

Our rooms were cleaned every morning. Also as we only at o'clock the room leave and the cleaning ladies actually already time had, was our room still quickly cleaned. Great, had every evening freshly made beds and fresh towels! Otherwise were the cleaning ladies always very nice and friendly!

First I must say, for all the say beginning September is in Lloret not so much going on and the weather not good-not true! The weather was every day great and in the discos is after o'clock always hell the matter. The good thing was, the not so many minors more were there, but more 20 - -year-old! So really a good time to meet to Lloret to fly! We were every day at the sea and therefore of the pool not really hear it. The sea was great, no seaweeds and always clean! No real sandy beach, however rather completely fine gravel, almost like sand! For 5 €on the day you get a beach chair, which is a plus, since already in the morning at o'clock everything is with towels and one otherwise almost no space more at the water front!

I am with my sister from 31,8-07,9 to this hotel traveled. We wanted a party but also beach vacation make. In the hotel were rather pensioners or families with small children, only a few younger people, but absolutely not at all bother us. Our room went from the front, so right to the party mile. Can at night but nevertheless easily bear! One sees already from the outside the this hotel probably the best directly at the party mile is!

To the beach it are about 150 meters, only the road down you're there! The hotel lies directly central to the party mile. You saw right to the colossos and the sports bar! To larger discos as tropics (best disco in Lloret), st. Trop or revolution there are at best 70 meters... The shopping street of Lloret is also on the doorstep! Excursions we didn't done.

The rooms are small, especially the bathrooms. There you can not turn so for people with claustrophobia not! Some rooms are moldy and shabby also! When we were there, there were 2 of 4 lamps were broken, one day we had no warm water, our balcony door was not to, our balcony was so crooked that I was afraid to fall down and the railing have a stop, because the was also broken! And so what on the 6th floor, it would be certainly our last vacation been. The air conditioning was also a couple more days broken and yes. Louder details. This complaints to report but I would advise you not to go there, as you will you blame and you have everything pay.

Food is ok, but not very varied. I will the next 3 years of absence fries and pasta more can eat.

The staff could be up to a few exceptions not at all rude! If one it around something asks, do it at the earliest 2 days later. If you had questions, they were very fast gene ffs. I don't know how to adults but young people are from the front to the rear verarscht! The dress you also the last money out of your pocket and look for reasons what your pay must! You for things are charged, the not at all broken have, but talk with you because the interest you not at all! Well, I can only it definitely not good and there was surely the last time!

The pool is definitely too small, especially in the high season. Of the many beach chairs as in the description so words of praise are 50% just broken.

The hotel works on the first glance nice and tidy, but also only on the first glance. It could be definitely be cleaner and the food varied ( the fries I back soon to the neck out!)

The location however is for young people really perfect. Middle in the center surrounded of clubs, bars, restaurants and the beach is not far away. In the streets is very fast so against the location spoke as a youngster nothing. For families however not recommendable, because those just about noise disturbance complain, but it is clear in the middle in the party mile, so your own fault!

For us was the whole a bit difficult. We had a double room booked. Already on arrival the madam at the front desk to, that we on the next day a new room could get. Of course we took the selection of and that was also well like that! So we were the 1st day in another room as the week over. Our 1. Room was really bad. We were a little shocked. It was way too small! The bed was a single bed only somewhat more largely, in the bathroom you could not really move, because it was so small and the view from our balcony was worst. The only thing which one saw, was the neighboring hotel ( approximately 5 meters distance). More was not there. One felt the whole time observed! Also in our bathroom was it a bit funny. Because everything was only one thing: a soap, a towel, a cup... And the closet was really a joke! Nevertheless there was of course tv, air conditioning -complex, telephone and safe. On second day we arrived now finally in the new room. Here, we had two of the single beds, a bit bigger. Also the interior was now twice available. The room was now much bigger and we had a balcony with a great view on the main street. We had many hours spent. ;-) the bathroom was also a lot of luxury! Many more beautiful tiles and much more beautiful shower. But general to the rooms there was a big downside! The walls are probably very thin! Because we even heard, if our neighbors something into the socket set. In the bathroom you could hear every word! The was great annoying! As it was in the hotel much louder than outside!

The hotel has a lobby and a restaurant. In the lobby we never were, so I can't give any comments. To the restaurant: Here there are most deduction. Because the food was not really good. For breakfast and for dinner there was in each case buffet. However saw all meals rather unappetizing! So were our meal times usually only Baguette with butter. I believe for breakfast there was always: scrambled egg, sausage ( very unusual!) , hard rolls, jams, überreifes fruits and bacon (?). For dinner there were different desserts, ice, fries, salad, oversized gherkins, tomatoes and other amusing vegetables, noodles and various meat. There was also a art show kitchen. Here for example burger fried. As mentioned above, we have the breakfast only twice carried forward, because otherwise the early get up not would have been worth it. But if you in the hotel nothing to eat finds, is on the road a snack shop after the other - pizza, Doner, mac donalds, burger King, grills... Something for everyone and above all also relatively cheap.

To the staff: To us the staff were very friendly. They were even argue, that we on the second day a different room got, without that we had asked for it. Also the foreign language skills were good. ( in any case at the front desk) To the cleaning of the rooms: Our room we have in the week only twice 'clean' leave, since it sleep in had ^ ^ but the cleaning was a bit rough. Only bed changed, trash rausgeschafft and bathroom swept. However the for the week enough. But deduction must there is already give! Furthermore, it should be mentioned, that the charwoman once in our room stormed is (, even though do not disturb on the door hung), us from the sleep and afterwards hysterical to spoken. o_o

The leisure offers we have unfortunately not used. However I think, that we not missed ^ ^ in the pool we were also not. However rather, because it is so small and dirty appeared. We were just at the beach. To the beach: These must be definitely mention. Because this is very small and the whole mass, you can very well imagine, as fully the beach there is. The beach consists of small pebbles. However that was ok. You can a sun screen and a beach chair for each 5 €buy. There are also showers. The staff at the beach is very friendly.

In August 2012 I was with a girlfriend in Lloret de Mar. Of course we were here in order to make party ^ ^ and I can say: Lloret de Mar is absolutely the paradise, when it comes to party vacation goes. When booking we were glad a four-star hotel caught and then for such a good price. Full expectations we arrived so and at the start we were actually all together still satisfied. To the hotel: From the outside looks the hotel definitely not as from like in the pictures. ( but which hotels this is probably so ) unfortunately you see, that the last restoration probably already a bit longer was. But in comparison to some other hotels, the hotel lies in this thing completely in green surroundings area. In terms of size the hotel is almost perfect, as it is not too small and not too big is. To the cleanliness: In ankunftsraum everything looked relatively clean. Even if on the sofas even one or another stain can be seen. However the corridors before the rooms against probably already longer no cleaning lady seen. But also from the layout of the corridors, remember them probably rather a gruselanstalt -long, dark and dirty. At locked services we had booked half board. However we would have wished ourselves the can save. But more about that later. About the guest structure: In the hotel is a colorful mixture of people. Young people, families or retirees. These come from completely different countries. We had actually many germans expected, however are in Lloret de Mar rather less German. There are many more french and spanish.

The location was about the hotel really the best! About the location: The hotel is right on the main street. Which is really good, as it is everything. One might think, that Lloret de Mar only this street is ^ ^ if you room with a balcony in the direction street has, then the perfect view on the whole done-so on the beach, lots of night clubs and, of course, on the whole people^^ ;-) to the beach it was only 2 minutes and next disco you had to partly only the road cross. To Barcelona we usually a hour. For shopping and the entertainment: Here there are some small streets with shops for any taste and for each portmonnaie. At ways to spend your free time will be a some things offered, even if you does not have a travel group booked. There are for example: water sports activities ( Banana-boat, jet ski.) , boat trips etc.

Size of the rooms was ok, only the bathroom was extremely small! You could hardly move! The condition has very much to be desired left! It was almost everything broken, for example the balcony railing was loose and the on the 6th floor!

Food was really ok, but you had to for the drink extra are charged!

Friendliness of the staff was very bad. You could do many foreign languages, but complaints has the staff never or very bad cared!

Discos were all not far away from the hotel. And these discos were also very good. Shops were also very close. Beach was also very close. The pool in the catalog/ internet different. It is small and we only children manned!

Condition was not so good, cleanliness was ok. Average age 50, and in the middle in the party mile!

The location was the best part of the whole hotel! Directly at the 'partystreet', not far away from the beach and from the shops.

The logic of the airconditioning understands probably not a soul. There were 3 lever, and no matter what you misplaced, nothing happened. However has its purpose well. Rooms were a little dated, bathroom too small. Mini bar was missing, which was very sad was. Safe we had rented, he fulfilled its purpose. A garbage bin would surely also be good, because with us piled up the empty bottles etc. On the balcony. The balcony door had already better days. Luckily was our balcony in the direction pool side laid out, because in the direction party you could evenings not even in peace sit down, it was so loud there.

The restaurant was way too small for the number of persons. If one down in the basement was, where it was, came any stench the food, contrary to, that you were no hunger had. Otherwise it is quite noisy, if so lots of people down there are, so you don't in peace' food. The food was in buffet form. Every day there was three different bowls with meat, a pig, a fish, and the other with chicken. In the final outcome everyday the same, just a little bit prepared differently. Then there was even a bowl with fries, a some vegetables. Also, there was a 'live chef' always any meat freshly fried has, but in consideration of the long line, I had never want me there on. The food has me and my friends not tasty. Not at all. In the final outcome we mostly from fries fed, but also the you could after 3 days not see more. The meat always had strange tasted. Once there was pork in a croquette, never seen something like that. This is probably normal spanish kitchen, but for 4 stars I expect personally something completely different!

Staff at the reception was on the day of arrival very friendly. We even on request our rooms on the same floor, as they are on different goods. Most could speak German so far also. Our room was unfortunately only once cleaned, since the cleaning ladies always early in the morning so at o'clock started, the rooms cleaning, and we every day, except once, until about 14 hours slept in. You then only once the door opened, hineingeguckt, and have gone again. On the day, where the room it was cleaned, which on fourth day, it was afterwards also very clean. The cleaning ladies could unfortunately neither German nor English, so it was quite difficult, to questions, perhaps later. The hotel had a night guard. He controlled at night, if you to the hotel belonged, and left no strangers to the hotel inside. Unfortunately, worried he also as such, and so that every evening with us on the doorstep, and told us, that we unfortunately should be. One had only once something on the floor leave, already have again some families weighted, and the night guard stood with us on the doorstep. Once we at o'clock in the morning our beds crazy, but only a couple seconds took, there he stood immediately again in front of our door, and with to the front desk screeching. The us then in an instant the door and us the room cards taken, they left not at all talk with. After an hour we could then again purely, were to our room accompanied, and on us eingelabert like anything else. To ensure the night guard however very friendly, if you are not noise made, and one or another joke torn. One had to say, that the small children from o'clock in the morning the pool populated, and therefore hardly still further to sleep, because there the cleaning ladies and some idiots the beds in the whole hotel delayed.

The pool was as already mentioned from the morning until the evening of small children besieged, and the loungers were of some rove, your towels deposited, blocked. There were also too few beach chairs, in the light of the lots of people.

The hotel has a very good location, in the middle of the party mile. However at night it was quite loud, which continued to disturb us however not. However I wonder, why the hotel of about 60% old people and families with small children populated? The wars but in Lloret no eye to, and in my opinion have small children there is nothing lost. Even at night we around half 4 still with a baby carriage because of the streets push see... Sad. On the other hand complain then at night, that it too loud is. Honestly, it is not to Lloret go. The rooms fulfilled their purpose, the bathroom is relatively small. The bathroom door didn't lock. Also the bathroom was rather ageing, as well as the room also. What was most surprised, that you somehow not clever was, how many stars the hotel now had? At the entrance were large 4 stars behind the hotel Helios writing, but in the bathroom and on the balcony door there was only a helios lettering with 3 stars. However I think, that this hotel no in case 4 star rating.

The location was as mentioned above, great. Once before walk out the door, drop down, and you were in the next disco. 2 meters to the left, and one was don Francis at the bar. Also supermarkets respectively alcohol shops were not far away. To the beach it was only about 5-minute walk, however we were hardly, since he a) much was too crowded, b) only a pebble beach and C ) the sea full of trash was. Airport is in Barcelona, from there we are with a bus to Lloret dangers, the unfortunately every 3. Hotel on the whole road to Lloret stopped, and we thus about 3 hours bus drove.

In The year 1970 cIRCA was the hotel under the name of President opened. It was one of the first hotels the right next to the river in the today english district was built. The river is there still, but the complete with a street covered (1990) and from the street the discomeile of lloret. today is because hotel (for over 20 years Helios). Rooms were always in a good and clean. Point of criticism: the rooms are very noisy. If you don't party holiday in the months June -August in lloret want to do, this hotel should not book. But if you only got home, when the clubs close and it is, this is all one ☺

only real point of criticism at this hotel. The essaal is in, only artificial light, only the bright rock, everything is made from the doom-and-gloom mood a little. The selection at the buffet is not especially large, however there is always a meat-, Poultry and fish dish. The quality of the meal times skin one not of the socks. but that didn't bother us large, in a party holiday the food is not the crux of the matter.

the staff are mostly friendly, some people (receptionist for example), however, can only very little English. But that didn't matter, there was always a employee nearby the English. Since we party holiday did: perfect! if you walk out of the hotel you have to just drop briefly, and we were facing the biggest club in lloret (including SOS), the zoo, the X-TRA and St. In 5 minute walk helitrope you pretty much everything which is important in Nighlife of lloret. Hollywood is only the further away, has played no role for us but, as always with the shed Russians is pumped and very special is (club with carpeted floors?!). but not only at the club it is easy, but also a spar (possibility for shopping) no 2-minute walk away from hotel. The 'mall' of lloret one directly in front of the house. to the beach there are tight 5 minute walk. the king lloret de Mar (Don Francis) has its shed directly next to it.
