After a exciting tour through northern thailand we experienced a wonderful relaxing vacation. The hotel complex left nothing to be desired, really close by the commotion of the city and at the beach located but nevertheless absolutely quiet. The staff at the hotel is very dedicated and accommodating. Really beautiful atmosphere in the hotel restaurant and very delicious food. Wonderfully furnished bungalows, spacious and kind details provided bathroom. read more

The motto 'where the jungle meets the sea' is fully and completely to! The complex works rather again, as it was recently renovated, the swimming pool and the breakfast room have been completely renewed and are really very good! The complex is in general really recommendable! Clean, friendly staff, wi-fi in the entire hotel, rooms top, the jungle and boardwalks through the complex is a real experience! read more

Very nicely located hotel on karon beach varied purchase- and places to eat in the area. Spacious and clean rooms with a lot of comforts, as well as free free internet access over tv in every room. The complex is our view definitely recommendable, only drawback was probably the low choice at the breakfast. For disabled unfortunately not beneficial, long and steep paths, as well as several stairs. read more

This hotel in the thai style is its worth 5 stars. The oceanview room was huge with a fantastic view of the see! The hotel complex is on the one hand as in the jungle with fantastic vegetation, as well as a very nice designed pool and on the other side at a beautiful beach! read more

A really beautiful hotel, unfortunately is the area everything but great. The beach is a public beach the more Italy (chair, umbrella, chair.) And is very noisy. Hardly sets a fu 0 onto the street one is almost numb cards noise. There there is also not like in Krabi or Pattaya a beautiful beach promenade, on which you nice stroll can, but only a narrow strip on the lots of people on the way are. So only in a row herdackeln announced. Besides it is crazy according to. We were only one night in the hotel and then again ... transferred to Khao Lak, where we the first days our vacation spent. So hotel is super, however the area you should not choose if you have a relaxing vacation to make would like. The breakfast was also good, but for a 5 star hotel there were not that much choice. read more

Great complex - unfortunately still under construction. A shame!
Whenever the thais with the visible work
- the restaurant hall thai by the pool (after new building with more capacity actually only finishes.)
- at the pool bar (after change of the pool actually only still restarbeiten )
- at of the toilet-pool area (why it takes so long?)
- ditto: at the enlargement reception with toilets
Coping should. It is certainly a really recommendable complex! As we underline explicitly the already described advantages:
- great location and great location (but be careful: the slope!)
- beautiful vegetation (also ... because of the age of the resorts)
- fantastic equipped bungalows with all comfort!
But.
The manpower, that as in the midday sun verkriecht or the almost finished pool bar as lounge annexed, is probably any timeframe to usability illusory. Us was the 1 december than have. As thailandfans and connoisseur we were very disappointed. When we arrived we were informed, that the hotel
Currently small faults exhibits. Actually but it was a total construction, the pool and the restaurant under construction, no bar and no toilets usable.
Furthermore fell on several days the air conditioning from, and the at 35 degrees and humid. The view of the sea is almost completely
Park was overgrown. There is no own beach section, everything is open to the public, loungers and sun screen costs extra.
General is unfortunately so, that the room rates within few years almost doubled. read more

We as parents stayed in one of the two villas have lives. These are fantastic location with a magnificent view of the sea. The furnishing is not to beat. Any comfort is available. Very good and above all soft beds. The children have in one of the Gardenview rooms stayed in. This rooms are rather small and a little dark. For night however reasonable the entire area is in a very large garden embedded and is located on the hillside. Lots of stairs and steep Paths for any Displacement are committed. For persons not are light on their feet is ... the complex unfortunately less suitable. Location for activities or exit very well situated. Lots of restaurants and bars are very accessible on foot. Plato is in about 10 minutes per small train easy to reach. Respect: small train-price can hardly more be negotiated. Price per drive to patong about 300 to 500 Bhat. The hotel is in principle recommendable. read more

Once in the jungle want to stay this hotel is the right place.
The hotel complex reminded me of a jungle with all of its variety and volume.
The hotel is several great equipped bungalows divided.
The 'on the rock' restaurant has a delicious breakfast to offer, where there is something for everyone. Furthermore captivates with its super view of the sea.
This hotel is recommendable nonetheless. We want it next year directly visit again. read more

We have around the after a couple of days Bangkok in the Hotel Marina Phuket established and it was simply great!
The bungalows in the jungle around the pool arranged just great. Vacation feeling PUR!
Shops are in direct proximity and a trip on the scooter around the island itself to explore is recommendable. read more

Marina Phuket is a outstandingly beautiful, maintained Dschungelanlage with pretty bungalows right next to the sea. Unfortunately, the hall Thai ( main restaurant) not finished yet. The bungalows are in the style typical of the region and nicely decorated. The daily cleaning is very thorough and commendable. The beach is of little stairs directly reachable, beautiful and also very clean. read more

Really beautiful hotel. We had a Meerblickbungalow directly above the cliffs with a lot of privacy. Room beautifully in teak with top facilities. Breakfast buffet rather poor and not 5 star like. Cappuccino was extra will be charged with 5 euros! This is Petty.' the on the rock restaurant' is very nice but is way too expensive although the quality is good. Restaurant by the pool is currently rebuilt and is a construction ruins. Construction rest but 10-3-12. In the place and in the commotion it is only a couple of minutes but the tailor and Tuk-Tuk nerves. The ... best massages are on hotel pool to acceptable prices. The three masseuses do a great job. The audience in and around the hotel is mixed but to 80-90% are guests from the former Soviet Union! The commotion has something of ballermann! If you like it! But within the hotel complex very quiet and well maintained, it's a real oasis in this very touristic Corner of karon. The hotel again at any time, the around not really. read more

RESPECT: the hotel by May 2012 until September 2012 completely renovated and is therefore closed. We had this time an ocean view villa and we were thrilled. The view was fantastic! The rooms are older year of construction as the jungle view villas but as a part of the modernisation completely overtaken. The service this hotel is by far a the best I with all the holidays in Thailand, experienced. The staff are not only friendly, there are many, but also competent. The beach directly in front of the hotel is simply great. Clear water, many colorful Fishes and in ... the peak season because of its big size with enough possibilities to the withdrawal.
On my review from October 2011 has nothing to bad changed on the contrary: the hotel could me through the newly explored section of ocean view villas with their own green area only longer convince.
I can this hotel only really any unconditionally recommend! read more

This hotel is simply a dream, unfortunately we only 5 days were there. The bungalows are situated on the hillside and you had to walk through a jungle landscape with wonderful Greenery and colorful flowers. We had a very nice large room in a Doppelbungalow with a large terrace and with a sea view! The room was in teak, the bathroom nice and big with a bath and separate shower, everything very clean and comfortably furnished. On the bed lay every day fresh Orchiden. The breakfast in the La Rocca was very rich and diverse, with much fresh fruit.
In ... the restaurant La Rocca we have in the evening very good Thai food.
It is about 100 meters to the beach over wooden jetty and stairs. The beach in the bay is very clean and you can always find a sun screen and loungers ( costs 200 Bhat).
All together a few dreamlike days in Thailand, we would immediately go once again. read more

The Marina is a beautiful hotel in karon beach on phuket. The motto is' where the jungle meets the sea ' and totally matches. The beach is exceptionally beautiful and for swimming and snorkeling very suitable. The hotel has a dreamlike restaurant and is very well maintained. You spend the night in small bungalows in the middle jungle.

Marina Phuket is a a paradisiac, green oasis with a beautiful, white, long sandy beach in next proximity. One believes through a botanical garden with wonderful exotic Flowers to walk. One forgets in a hotel. The tourist are such, that you hardly any people there. Even for breakfast in the great on the Rocks restaurant with a view of the sea quiet. We were each morning inspired started into the day. The beach was not overcrowded, but also not lonely. You met there many Europeans. This is a trend to Phuket to be. We prefer this unique hotel any concrete ... block with entertainment, etc. read more
