I've been in this hotel for the 5th time and I'm loving it day by day. I absolutely love this hotel not just me my whole family. I've been too soo many hotels but sultan of side is the best you feel soo confutable staff around you very polite and also very friendly. read more

    I love the atmosphere of the hotel the Turkish house near the pool with Turkish tea. Another 2/3 bars near the pool. The main restaurant is amazing and a special restaurant called the ottoman is great. Delicious food

Instead of the booked double room, we got a triple room on the sea side with the accordingly lots of space allocated. According to our information, the hotel in the year 2008, 2010 for the first time renovated and last winter (2012/2013) again renovated. The last renovation pertained mainly on the outside area (pool in the interior the hotel, exterior, lobby and so on.). The hotel made a good impression, even though during our travels not all renovations complete were. The entire outdoor area the hotel, and the majority of the innenbereichs (including the rooms, lobby, main restaurant) is ... free wi-fi available. The mini bar of the room was as a part of the all-inclusive-concept daily with a 1.5 liter bottle of water filled. The guest structure during our travel time mainly consisted of german guests mid to higher ages. But there were also some younger families, couples, friends, as well as other nationalities (for example french) here. read more

    As already written, we got a triple room and had accordingly lots of space. ☺ the size the well-kept bathroom was for one person enough. The design of the room was so, as we from other hotels this class are used. Against deposit (10 Euro) + fee (2 Euro/day) you can in the room installed, generous safety deposit box. Air conditioning/heating, and lcd tv with around 10 to 15 international channels and hotelkanal and turkish/french/russian programs by us were not/hardly used. Very pleasant, was the kettle with instant coffee & several kinds of tea.

    While we were there, there were the main restaurant and the pool bar open. The outdoor restaurant, the beach bar and the à la carte restaurant can therefore not be evaluated. Breakfast -, lunch and dinner are in buffet form offered, drinks on the waiters brought to the table. In the afternoon in the pool area smaller, warm of snack (burgers, spaghetti, nuggets...) The spa area was the heated indoor pool. Offers for massages and wellness were us (as usual) made, but yet unobtrusive way.

    The hotel is located in the soltan side and is part of the district Evrenseki. The journey by bus from /to Antalya (west location) (airport) and Alanya (east location) is about 1 hour. Side is about 8 kilometer east of the hotel and with a walk along the beautiful beach promenade or by Dolmuş reach. The dolmus station Evrenseki is located right next to the hotel. Prices for the simple travel per person 1,50 Euro to side or Manavgat or 1 Euro for shorter drive into the neighboring towns gündogdu and Kumköy. Because of the good Dolmuş-access, the famous antique bar and shopping possibilities across the street the main street, you can escape the location of the hotel a 'good' rating. No 'very good' there is, because the shopping for example in the neighboring town Kumköy somewhat distinct and the hotel in ' 2. number ' to the beach (around 5 minutes away on foot) is.

    We had a family room, 2 rooms with 4 beds. With air-conditioning and heating. The bathroom was quite small, but sufficient. Fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, and bottled water are in the room. It was missing a few storage space and hooks in the rooms. In our room there was wlan possible. The cleanser in the mopping water could be better, the floor always looked streaked, ungewischt from.

    The service in the restaurant was good. The glasses may but clean (water spots) are. The hotel has approximately 360 rooms spread over three buildings. Everything is right clean and tidy, there are cleaning ladies, the constantly for cleanliness concerns. Wifi is in the lobby and on the rooms. There were at this time lots of guests, especially also regular guests, the one long-term vacation in the hotel spend, which also for the hotel speaks.     The rooms in the sultan are different large. We had a room consisting of two bedrooms, the very spacious is. A small comfortable balcony was of course too.     I begin at the front desk; super mega friendly, they try a to fulfill every request. After we on arrival a small problem with our room had, it was no question for this to our welfare will be charged a new room to procure. In case of any problems you are right there for you. Our room was always clean and you was very friendly... What i don't need more? After our hair dryer in the room broke, came after short call a technician and changed it from. Almost everybody speaks german, sometimes more, sometimes less... But communicate was always... Also thanks to Emine, the lady at the guest carer, always an ear for their guests open and also very much for this care.

    The distance to the beach was approximately 300 metres. The transfer is with about 50 minutes pleasant. To Kumköy there is 2 kilometer to side about 8 kilometer, what with the dolmusen in front of the house however easy to reach is. To Kumköy 1 €, after side 1,50 Euro. Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake in the afternoon, snacks in the afternoon by the pool, soup the night was also offered.     The hotel is located in the 2. beach row. The beach is in five minutes to reach. The terminus of the dolmuschlinie evrenseci is right next door. During travels to Manavgat, side and Kumkoy you get as the first in the Dolmuş and has thus free place space. A big plus if you know how cramped it sometimes in Dolmuş promised. A great hotel, we will visit again. But at another time of year. It was for us as a young fresh loving couples simply too lots of pensioners for really nothing at all has complained. The only thing, that to criticize would... The cleaning's specialist plaster, the floors only dry. Bathroom and sink were immaculate... The dinner is in the main course side dishes area always the same, but we had the free choice Sun, beach and service great, polite, as it just wishes. read more

The first shock right at the start, the front desk resembles the front desk a youth hostel and the optical impression is rather a shabby three stars attribute. Under directly at the beach i understand something else, that it directly at the beach is. Food, almost everyday the same, absolute disaster! Taste was sunday Coffee drinkers are in Turkey disappointed but really! In the hotel also. The sweet things are delicious. Room okay, bathrooms a bit dingy! No carpet in the room, i thought that was great. The all inclusive performance is okay, what i don't understand the at the ... bar what a notdürftigen cellar bar resembles a right kaffeehalbautomaten used but a the jakobs- instandkaffeepulfermaschine! Help! So i do not wish to go there again, however for the price it was ok, 10 days in december for 350 Euro, with flight and all inclusive:-0 read more

We were for the first time in this hotel and we can only say, so we this hotel also again would. Value for money was very reasonable. The check in wasn't so appealing. We were so at 09:30 hours in the hotel and had to then until about 1:30 p. m. on our room wait. Food was always very tasty and varied. Unfortunately sometimes a bit lukewarm. The clearing of the tables in the restaurant during dinner times should the waiters try or then times the tables wipe off. The largest problem for me as dogs and katzenallergiker ... were the cats in the dining room, in the foyer and sometimes even on the floors. Just disgusting. read more

This hotel has no sea view more, since new hotels before be built. The proximity to the beach was missing. The hills to the main entrance for older vacationers not cheap. Animation and entertainment in this month rather poor to bad. Otherwise you can overall be satisfied. Dolmuş for 3 € there and back to side or Manavgat on the doorstep. Nice view of the Taurus when weather permits, even with rainbow. Great sunset view in the broad, long sandy beach. read more

Terrible hotel, after new year's eve has many staff home gone (including manager!),because the hotel in a couple of days close for remodeling. Cleanliness in hotel was very bad, unfriendly staff and easy, (on german no desire more!) Food was always lukewarm, the do not know how a hot food to serve! New year's eve menu was the same as other days, but perhaps a few more to choose from, but as normal days buffet style! We wonder why we 40 Euro paid! We are often in Turkey for new year's eve and never had such a bad experience ... had as this, we will never in this hotel again book, our friends who was there says the same. read more

I can recommend the hotel. Negative i thought, the waiters no more desire had. However, only the men. The women can feel the not. On the contrary. This is also true for the front desk to. I have received a fax, the required 22 hours until in our room. Although 3 men at the front desk (rum) is possible. God help you if you spoke to. If they moved, is the chef nearby. The woman was the whole opposite. She works alone, is open, friendly and competent! Tourists are only a necessary evil. At the weekend are many locals in ... the hotel. There you can feel it even more. The turks are at the bar not to. The 'bartender' the order shouted, you talk loudly about the heads the vacationer. The ongoing order for vacationers is not stopped, no one breaks down. Only the turks are off. I (the other holidaymakers) found the outrageous. We are on. As a part of a last minute tour than 5 star roulette -hotel allocated. Outdoor area largely 'lethargy'. After the first disappointment by the mini -room with erahnendem lateral view of the sea and a radio antenna 3 meters from the cream pot deserts away, the excellent food totally compensated. Massive selection, also local dishes, well seasoned. And only the dessert buffet... Simply great. Best buffet food in the last 8 trips to turkey! read more

Unfortunately, it was my first bad experience in a 5 star hotel in Turkey - the pool in the hotel was, if at all was open (the opening hours were simply not complied with, but arbitrarily closed ) way too cold, why also few guests there got lost. Hammam were occupants of the art, you would rather not would have (cockroaches) as in the dining room - there ran the roommates constantly under the coffee maker. Nevertheless our balcony door not too worn was despite twice tried to fix it the local craftsmen and 3. attempt only not at all ... was done, we had the much too high safegebühr amount of 2 Euro per day pay. There was very courteous employees but unfortunately also penetrant pushy. Such behaviour is not usual in 5 star hotels, the we have ever visited. Due to a single bar in the lobby for the whole hotel and only one bartender, had all the guests had to wait very long for drinks waiting-despite long queues at the bar no 2. bartender and one was completely overtaxed, then he in his slowness said. On the whole a catastrophe the special nature-such bad hotel despite the good reviews i have ever experienced - luckily! Not recommended! read more
