They are renovating the hotel while charging top dolar for their guests. Hotel rooms are allready renovated but they are nowhere near a 5 hotel standart. Whe have to use the loby as the main restaurant since they are renovating the restaurants. read more

On the whole we were very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially towards children. The hotel is in a good condition. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small and as we do not find the standard of a Hilton. The bathroom was disappointing. Very negative we found the high cost of the Internet.HCLFHLQuite annoying as it was by the pool weddings taking place on weekends. They thought the celebration in the room.HCLFHLThe food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very varied and in the evening there was also always a variety. There was something ... for everybody.HCLFHLThe condition of the pools was very good, only the beach chairs should be replaced. They were old and dirty. For children there is not really nice and exciting. The pool was a small establishment from the large pool and playground was a little old the slide from Plasitk.HCLFHLDespite the many criticisms we recommend this hotel to others. read more

My proposal for the price ' friendly hotel archived

For my third Mersin-trip had I wasn't interested anymore in the 'Sultasa' and I therefore decided that hardly any more expensive Hilton (about 60, -EURO for the double room including breakfast as winter special). This decision was the best of the year.HCLFHLThe proposal made in the title, this hotel with the friendliest staff award for the offer, I am quite serious. Rarely before I was on so pleasant and unangerichtet strained way from here (especially for the established industry otherwise so typical subservience, in my regular cookie rec). Starting at the easy, rapid and efficient check-in in the evening ... on the friendly Hello of in the hallway to the really urgent suspects staff at the breakfast price. So fast you could not drink their orange juice as you smiling was asked, whether one wanted (definitely the case, because the quality of the products all was good). On the first day you are still the effort, in the nice woman at the grill take care to make an omelet. You have to get there anyway, and on the second day one was asked, of course, table, whether you want an omelet or whether there should be something else. (The has caused me the day-erfreu ends sight the lady, but another way.)-five stars and 100 Kaba plus points.HCLFHLThe room in the seventh floor was, although the elevator-rather quiet and near normal size. The breakers of directly in front of the house was roaring sea but good to hear. In the room there was everything, what you may expect, including fresh fruit. House (built 1988) that is generally in good condition and is a good four stars superior standard.HCLFHLOther facilities of the hotel were not used by us, and so I say nothing. But there is a restaurant, a bar, tennis courts, a big outdoor pool and a bowling hall. The hotel was more than just satisfying advertising with a health club, consisting of sauna, steam bath, fitness room and so on I had me a little, but was disappointed with the message, that the whole facility was closed due to renovations. A Shame. Another downside, it should also be mentioned (but more to me not really a): on the Internet requires the hotel actually 29 or 38 Turkish lira (about 15 or 20 Euro) per day!HCLFHLMersin itself is from the airport a Good taxi-hour Adana and extends over several kilometers along the sea. On the road, the beach chairs at the long promenade walked along the beautifully designed (starting directly at the hotel and directly along the sea leader), there are several restaurants and bars and further west, where the eleganter and newer residential areas, there are some good restaurants. Nevertheless, Mersin is no Dorado for man. 1 million inhabitants although large, is the evening offer was rather small. There is no beach. But what I can recommend to all, the coming back after Mersin, a visit to one of the two branches of the 'blind Yusuf' there's lots of delicious and high quality products (mostly in bio-quality)-from the dried tomatoes on walnuts to various spices and cosmetics. Otherwise you can catch a bus to Mersin probably to work as to have fun. At the next time but I hope again with health club. read more

The staff was very friendly, the service was also very good. Especially we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. If there weren't any more vacant tables, was 'added '. One fast and unklompiziert another table in the back. The only, which did not please us at all, sauna and exercise area. Everything was very dated, it was therefore almost alone there. In addition it was much too hot, in the fitness room, the air conditioning was not turned on, in the table tennis room is heat almost died. Cool we found own radio, which the hotel had. And what we also very ... positive surprised, we wanted to go to a week to cappadocia. The hotel has everything for us and it has everything worked smoothly. read more
