We had a double room in the hotel booked. Our room was nearby the reception. Nice, big hotel with bungalows and 2 story buildings. The hotel is very well-kept and in the beach-sew lies the restaurant and the pool. The room service came every day. In the room there was a kettle, 2 small bottles of water per day free, safe, hair dryer, tv, dvd player (movies you could at the front desk received). On the balcony there was a small clothes rack for swimming gear. Wireless internet access the hotel inclusive. Guest structure was in march international and what ... the age was completely mixed. read more

    Beautiful large room with a balcony, bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. Every day there were no towels and little bottles of shampoo and so on. In the room there was 2 closets with safe, unfortunately somewhat few shelves for clothes. The room was brilliant designed. Kettle, 2 small bottles of water free every day, minibar, dvd player and tv (movies at the front desk).

    Direct on the beach, there was the breakfast restaurant. You could eat inside or outside. The team is very friendly and fulfilled every wish. The breakfast buffet was really varied and delicious. We only in the morning breakfast and otherwise ate elsewhere.

    The beach is very beautiful and directly at the hotel area. Beach chairs/umbrellas were enough, towels available free of charge. The nice thing was, there were no large stones right at the waterfront there was. Left and right from the hotel there was however, as you can only with beach shoes into the water. If you from the hotel the direction of the main road, there were a few small stores (food, bar, restaurants, pharmacy, schneider, laundry service, travel agencies...) , more shops for shopping and so on however, there are in Khao Lak (150 Bhat for 2 people with pickup taxi). On the main street there were mondays/wednesday/saturday a market with stands and delicious, cheap food. Go there. On the main street you can also buses to phuket and so on stop. Frequent. But because of the freezing air conditioning a bring sweaters!

In march 2013 we were 14 days in the hotel 'La Flora' and here a great time spend. As i no comments the last reviews repeat, i shall confine myself to additional tips or information. Good we found, that we on the complex no bracelet had to carry and rental of towels at no ' toolkarten' was bound. One had only in a ' ausleihbuch' register. The staff is very hard-working, to fulfill every wish. A big thank you to mickey, the us for breakfast always welcomed warmly and entertained! At the beach bar and in the breakfast room is ... possible ' tip-boxes' for tips, which one would like to. So we have the waiters not directly given, but tip pitchforked. On invoices know the hotel a tip of 10% on the invoice, so that one here not again tip is, but of course, can, if you like. In Thailand 10% tip, is normal or expected. Once we had a small water damage in the room, by the air conditioning caused. Blöd was, that a part of our clothes wet was. Within an hour, was repaired the damage and our clothes was on early departures washed. On the next day we had it back. Couldn't be better. A time per week organized the hotel a small front desk, to which one is invited and we were given a voucher for a three course meal at the hotel restaurant. Great! In the afternoons there are between 16:30-6:30 p. m. and 20:30-21:30 a happy hour in the hotel, where 2 cocktails for the price of a can be ordered. Unfortunately are otherwise the beverages, in comparison to outside the complex, overpriced. At noon you can eat very good at the beach to the left and here in the local restaurants very good and cheap eat. From the beach to the right you can very nice walks. After about 15 minutes you cross a knee-deep river, after a nearly empty beach, long walks to. Very endurance a lasting several hours walk to white beach, for from there completely uncomplicated, with a taxi for 200 Bhat back to the hotel to be brought. A wonderful experience. Odty has a sense, the individual activities to do, that we almost always were alone. The whole day we per person 3300 Bhat cost. In comparison to the regular trips the various tour operator, it was by the individuality of the trip worth it. We can odty and Gabi absolutely recommend. Overall we had a fantastic holiday made. Due to the many national park around, you can many trips individually or on own fist enterprises. We will come again!-) read more

The hotel has direct access to the sea. It is located on the most beautiful beach section, the also at high tide can be accessed.     Our room was the 916 directly in the pool access. Area! Had huge looking forward to it, because that we had not at all booked ☺ secret upgrade. There was then a private pool, the but also other could be used, with internal pool bar ( happy hour at every pool bar from 16:30 to 18:30) rooms big enough with innenliegendem bathroom. Huge bed with thick plümo, but very hard mattresses (you have to like ) the furnishing very dark. Minibar was refilled briskly, air-conditioner available, worked, just as almost everywhere very loud. For sleeping rather disturbing. So you can decide, whether sweat or loud climate. Coffee and tea in the room.

    Direct beach access, shopping, supermarket and everything easily reachable on foot. Pickup taxi there was otherwise on every corner for little money. But important! Negotiate! We were for the 2. time there (easter holidays 2011 & 2013) and we are equipped with all the still very satisfied. We enjoyed the location of the hotel and above all of the restaurant pleased. You can near to the beach sit. The breakfast was hearty and also the dinner, with the one between thai and west can choose, was very good. The staff is very friendly and problems are fast repaired. Especially recommendable are the pool. Access rooms. At the beach you can walk and the hotel offers a lot of sport, for example canoeing, Tennis, bicycles, everything worked 1 time a day free of charge. Pilates, yoga, etc. Locally one can book trips, for example Similan Islands. All in ... all a lovely hotel and to relax at the end of our Thailand-trip of Bangkok to chang may (with TUI-very recommendable) this is it. read more

A great vacation in a hotel, where service very big is written. All wishes were fulfilled and we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere really enjoyed. The hotel's location is great. Small restaurants at the beach and not far to the market, the 3 times the week takes place. The spa is great. Especially but is this hotel by the great service. Wether for breakfast or also during the day one felt always great care. We will be back! read more

    We had a pool access rooms. We felt really comfortable in the room. It was very nice furnished and it functioned also everything. The size and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. The pool was beautiful and they even had a pool bar. Would go back this room book.

    The hotel is directly at the very nice sandy beach. To the airport you need about 1 hour. In next environment - very easily accessible on foot - is several restaurants. You go at the beach to the left, after approximately 100 meters various small restaurants which is great to eat or just something to drink are. Diverse menu and very cheap. You go at the beach to the right after the hotel mukdara the restaurant chong fah. This is also very tasty. In the evening just from the hotel and the restaurants in the area test. We were in the La Flora the first and loved it. Only drawback the as often early (about 7 hours ) in the morning almost all pool chairs were occupied this however only much later used. The staff is in all very tried hard to help us make the vacation as pleasant as possible. I would like to highlight the the guests both personally welcome, as well as as also been adopted. This happened as a part of small snacks and drinks. This was also asked what we like and what things be improved have to. All in all it ... was a perfect vacation. On the first impression a very nice, well-kept complex, but on closer look, however, there were some unpleasant things to criticize the rooms were already quite run down for example defective showering walls, abgeblätterte paint and broken tiles, which with heftpflasterstreifen clear, algenränder and defective bar stool on Regina-pool, smell after a septic tank in the area the pool-bungalows, in the restaurant no editions on the chairs and partly unfriendly staff, the beach loungers were shabby, had broken applicators and were already for breakfast all give or with towels blocked, the staff at the beach bar could have been also ... friendlier, and motivated and the receipt of the invoice is worthwhile definitely a the view. Nice hotel directly at the beach. In the area lots of restaurants and some beach bars. The very nice beach is also was reasonably sized. Khao Lak can the beach on foot be achieved (circa 30-40 minutes). In the evening the center from Khao Lak by taxi about minutes distance (Bhat 150,00). The hotel is very clean, the breakfast really good. The staff very nice and always tried to help and make the stay as pleasant as possible. Transfer from the airport about 1 hour. read more

    The rooms are as well getting quite old, what probably with the high humidity was. Especially the showers could have been better maintained. The rooms are big enough. You have a bed, bedside tables, dressing table and work desk, two enough big closets, a dresser with drawers, and something like a sofa, a tv (unfortunately only one channel,'Deutsche Welle'?) , a balcony, a mini bar, a kettle (in addition there was instant coffee and tea) and a telephone. The air conditioning you can after you can regulate. There is everything you need. A bath there is also. We were very comfortable. In the minibar you can find water, soft drinks, beer, spirits, nuts and chocolate, reasonably priced not at all times as expensive. What the cleanliness concerns we have no complaints. You can even choose, whether you bed every day freshly referred to want to or not. Even without a tip, is the room every day in the same high extent cleaned.

The staff may be a bit slow, if it comes free decline tables again again to prepare, but apart from that there are no complaints. Once a juice dispenser broken.     We have Thailand actually seen like us other of which have reported. One everywhere very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. In the hotel us each desire from the eyes, everyone strives to please about that one felt all around feel welcome. None of the hotel staff entered us opposite unfriendly to. The german skills were very poor, the knowledge better, but it fails the english at the debate. However, we were no problems to communicate. For emergencies is' doctor ' Anne since, the spoke german perfectly. Our room was without complaints every day cleaned. Although we in this respect very picky, we were very satisfied. On 2. day we had to another room one asked, as ours to the street was and it therefore very early in the morning a bit louder was. Our wish was immediately met with a smile and we slept from the 2. night calm.

    Leisure or leisure facilities are not really available. We enjoyed the very good, as we on vacation absolute peace very much appreciated. On the water we have nobody something sporty make see. It is a beach-volleyball court here, played but none. For such activities was it in my opinion also much too hot, especially in the sun. Sometimes came a few boys from the staff and asked, if you like a game of water polo wanted to participate, but twice asked you also not. Mostly we really from 10:00 to 15:00 just in our beach chairs located, or the beach walked along. After it is my impression that bang niang beach to be one of the most beautiful in the whole coast. You can to the left or right lovely walk until you burst. There is also a lot to see, as lots of little crabs, different shells, small rivers and of course all other hotels. If you want you can all few meters food, or drink, or enjoy a massage. The whole beach is clean, and the sand was a bit rocky, so very nice. Around midday you should nevertheless not without slippers los, because the sand was very hot. The umbrellas of the hotel are have already gotten very old, yet functional. For the loungers is the same, but it is everything very clean held, so that we all felt good have. Showers are sufficiently available.

    The beach is right next to the hotel connected. You can go to please the whole day from the pool chairs between the sea and pool change. If it should be is really quick in the room. Until to Khao Lak city it 5 minutes by cab, to phuket, or to the airport there is 1,5 hours drive. We have bang niang, except for our tours, not leaving. One can shop in the weekly market, perhaps in phuket, however it is not as cheap as one introduces oneself, and one gets at each corner of the same. The nightlife is left and right gesäumt from innumerable bars, restaurants and small shops, in which one to the night shopping. The beach along the same picture only without the shops and matching atmosphere. Was standing or similar absolutely wrong. You must definitely not far run and already not at all from the hotel way to get a nice evening. Excursions you could on some corners book, but more about that later. If you just so to leave, was very good with taxis, the are everywhere, or one rents oneself very cheap a scooter.

    Huge and clean room. Refrigerator available, which also for beverages, we outside cheaper eingekauf have, be used. Daily there were two bottles of water. The kettle was refilled daily and coffee you could also tea. The air conditioning worked great and was in 3 stages adjustable. The bathroom was brilliant. Particularly the jacuzzi bath for 2 people. You should definitely try. Otherwise is the shower large enough.

    From phuket about 1,5 hours with taxi easily accessible. Nice, quiet and clean beach. Good suitable for beautiful walks. Shopping directly at the small main street, but recommended for purchases is the nearby market (mondays, wednesdays, saturdays). Desk (german and english) only on 'the straubinger' booked. Really very recommendable!
