Hotel Boston HH^{(4 stars)}

We traveled with the train to Hamburg a musical to visit and found this hotel nearby. Welcome friendly and informal. The room was really nice large. Had everything you need, a large comfortable bed, a large tv, a desk and so on The bathroom was really brilliant. A bath tub, the we had, of course, was test. Great. A shower were also there, of course, there were one small downside, the door the shower castle not very special well so that always the floor of the bathroom after showering easy underwater stood. We slept great, in spite of that, that ... the hotel a larger street was. Now for breakfast, on the first day we arrived at 9:30 hours and were there unfortunately all tables manned so a art bar table had breakfast. For the food there is a massive selection, of fried egg, scrambled egg with bacon, sausage, fish, bread, rolls, fruit, fruit salad, muesli, various ausfstiche. So there was something for everyone. Nearby there is the S-Bahn, however you can also easy to reach on foot. Like for instance the harbor and the speicherstadt. read more

Individual house with great access to the public transport. Already when entering the hotel of the lobby you feel in good hands! You will feel right, that there is no chain hotel is. We stayed 2 nights in a XXL suite and loved it, also the breakfast was great, there was everything that your heart could desire. The location of the hotel is also great, one is in 5 minutes at the S-Bahn what you everywhere get to. Would book this hotel again at any time. read more

City hotel in central peaceful location ( immediate proximity new Flora, S -train station Holstenstr.) to appropriate price. Decor very stylish, bathroom in top condition and very big. Size of the room and condition also exceptionally good; no ' Abwohnzeichen '. Very well insulated, both adjoining rooms, as well as to outside. Stay young, well-trained and very friendly staff. We could before the actually check in-time our rooms and even received free upgrading on comfort room. Breakfast more than enough and almost ausschl. From organic products. We felt very much at ease. The hotel probably two, three years from a youth hostel to the tasteful hotel remodeled, therefore probably the large rooms. The too many younger service staff are friendly and very routined, strong praise the blond bar man. After eating in the restaurant ( very good cuisine) or theater we had mostly a drink in front of the beautiful fireplace ( great atmosphere). The theater ( Tarzan), rubbish comedy club 5 minutes away on foot just as the train. The we (SA and Sunday and public holiday) there are even longer breakfast, clear advantage opposite ... large hotel chains for point 10:00 A. M. Everything away. Hello room service / Maids, time under the bed look and vacuum after 5 days stay the tissue from the previous guests still there. read more

Boston has run the time but badly neglected - this year for the first time you had to clearly visible hairs from the previous tourists in the shower drain (!) take note of, the bed was worn out and at the question for a late check out (for arrivals at 23:30 o'clock) you get than maximum offer believe it or not unacceptable 13 hours. The free Wi-Fi is not VPN monitor (thus for business guests quasi not to use). Staff were very friendly and always had a smile for everyone. The kitchen was very tasty and if you wanted you could in the preparation ( open kitchen) watch. The room was quite large and the great facilities. In the shower none had a problem with space. We would the hotel would always book again as it is also near the new Flora is. read more

Very discreet and personal hotel. An oasis of peace in the middle of the pulsating city-just, what you need, especially if you have a six-year long on the way is. Good hotel for guests the musical Tarzan want. Only approximately 800 meters footpath. Hotel was clean and beautiful large rooms. Parking garage available, but unfortunately with 14,00 euros too expensive. Limited dining facilities. read more

We stayed for a long weekend over new year's Eve in Boston hotel. Class! The check in was quick and friendly. Our room was very large and very clean with flat-screen TV (sky sport free), business Corner, more comfortable couch, mini bar, telephone, air-conditioning and all possible equipped. The bed was too huge, very comfortable and by a step from living room 'separated'. In addition we had a lovely large windows and although our room to main street out went, were our nights very quiet and relaxing. pleasant was the walk-in closet with free safe. The bathroom was too huge ... with large shower (shower head abgenehmer and adjustable), bathtub, BD, large mirror, additional Make-up Mirror, hair Dryer, bathrobes/ Shoes and all Cosmetic Articles. Sad, that the kosmetik articles not new filled were. Should in a four-star hotel in my opinion of course. the lighting design was a bit hard to get used to, as with many dämmungsfähigen switches. So it was very comfortable. I would have liked the option of an additional ' grelleren light' however gladly accepted, since I needed a stud fell and I problems had, this in the ' Dämmer condition' to find. But this is only ' grizzle of a high standard'. the staff were very friendly, without fake or intrusive. Which us a little'annoyed' was, that our room card at least 1 times daily unlocked had to be. This should not be-but however to no choice point Departure. the breakfast was simply brilliant! Everything was offered, which you can only wish it. Bread, rolls, Croissants, fresh juices, all sausageand cheese-types, Salmon, different fresh Fruits, tomatoes, peppers, mozzarella, many different marmelade, Nutella, fresh Quark and yoghurt-Variations, various meat/ Poultrysalads and so on. Eggs you could collect and freshly prepared. Even the coffeeand tea selection was immense. At the weekend was even of champagne. It is also to be highlighted, at the new year's day late risers-breakfast until lunch. although the hotel on new year's Eve was fully booked, there was nowhere rush and there was a pleasant quiet atmosphere. Everything is very modern, but however comfortable with beautiful fireplace. Positive we felt also, that the kitchen for all guests visible was. W-LAN in the complete hotel free of charge and in reception area was additional a computer available ( too free). the spa area we did not used and can therefore not assess them. the hotel lies only a few steps away from the suburban train, Stage-club/new Flora (Tarzan) distant. With the suburban train you can reach in a few minutes to the center of Hamburg. From the port and reeperbahn but you could also on foot in good about 20 to 30 minutes the Boston hotel. The parking spaces in the underground car park(14 euros/ 24 hour) were spacious and sufficiently available. Also the traffic connections to highway was very good. we felt completely comfortable and would recommend this hotel again at any time book. Really recommendable nonetheless. We stayed for a weekend at the hotel Boston. We can nothing complain about, except perhaps, that our suite right behind the elevator (508 rooms) was the chair noise and we heard. In the morning from 06:30 o'clock it was going on. But we could have the room change. The suite was very large, with extra large shower separate toilet. The hotel is stylish equipped. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also have dinner, also here is it nothing to complain about. Quality and quantity were fine. The breakfast was nice. It was everything there and it ... was quickly refilled. The nearest suburban train bus stop is about five minutes. The hotel is directly located next to the new Flora; so 'Tarzan' friends, good to remember. The hotel also offers a parking garage, but we didn't used have, as we were traveling by train arrived. Boston is a privately-owned hotel with 46 rooms, therefore rather informally run. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay there again. read more

It all looked great, but at the front desk, you already saw signs. The check-in was quick and painless (why words-you could do all the information in the hotel folder in the room read.) (standard) our room had stains on the walls and curtains and the shower and toilet was cleaned before superficially. Complaints were accepted but not implemented and for departure you said friendly 'at the next time' you will get a nicer room. We enjoyed the stay in the room left. One had from time to time the feeling as a guest to be treated two ter. ... At the breakfast it was very busy, the staff seemed overstrained despite friendliness. The staff was very friendly, the room nice and big, the bathroom was super (with large bath and separate shower ), the breakfast buffet was really delicious and our vierbeiniges family member ( schäferhundmischling ) was allowed. All in all is this hotel really great and definitely recommendable. We will be there on our next hamburgbesuch definitely book it again! read more
