    There is a big restaurant, where all meals were eaten, the inhabitants of the bungalows have to across the hotel. At certain times it was hard to get a table and then had it so a cafeteria flair, not so nice. Dishes were okay, even i totally exhausting is with meals, found it ok. Cleanliness well. Cuisine everything Drinks prices, was okay One i would like to say, in the evening we mostly were for a drink in the bar and Juan (barman) the evenings nicely maintained.

    So when we arrived, we first right place money has become, for a deposit, remote control for the air conditioning, remote control for the tv, safe hire and deposit for the safe key and the best was 20,00 Euro for a bath towel for the beach or pool. So what i have ever experienced and we were already in some countries. Staff, all could speak german and english. Room cleaning was okay, except the mitwochs and sunday nothing is done. Friendly se almost all.

    Distance to the beach i found quite stadtlich, if i consider in the middle of summer only times by the half place to pant. Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, if you're lucky and in these buses as first be released. Shopping, is everywhere, as well as restaurants, bars, one sits actually in the middle in it. The place itself didn't like, i can't say why, but there was no spark over. Meloneras was really nice.

The bungalows are very suitable for families with children and were really comfortable and new furnished. Unfortunately a bit poorly soundproofed (snorer in the subsequent bungalow were 'good' to hear). The pool is pospekt much bigger, is however enough. Unfortunately the dining room is very dark and falls in comparison to the bungalows clearly from. Moreover, the number the vacationer always much bigger, so that sometimes after a place must be sought. Other than that, we were with the hotel very satisfied. read more

Very clean suites. Change of towels every day. Maid service very pleasant and friendly. Wireless internet available, but it must be paid separately. Beautiful new suites-resort located in the palm garden. No 70. years charm more as in most hotels. For relaxation and relaxation really recommendable.     Next to the main restaurant in the sister hotel rondo in the side street across, there is also a restaurant for the dinner for grilled by the pool in the garden area. Really recommendable. We were never eat out, is absolutely unnecessary. Particularly the chinese buffet we liked, addictive factor.     Amazing pools, 2 large and for small children. Nice pool bar and pool staff. Are always on preceding endorser, caretaker whirled daily around. Beach chairs with cushions available for free. Showers by the pool, as well as brand new toilets including handicapped stall.

    Very good location in Playa del Ingles. One is in few minutes in the different shopping centres and evening events. Yumbo in 5 minutes walk. To the beach a hotel bus included as well as to Maspalomas.

We have as a family very comfortable, the pool could in the winter warmer, then it would be perfect. The very best was jerry, he can perfectly with children and he is to all very friendly, if we already knew, that he easter also there is, then we would book immediately again, great entertainer say our kids Lara and Lea. 9 years.! Everything was great, area, well-kept garden, the bungalows, pleasant staff in the pub, everything was good. read more

The complex itself is in good condition. The bungalows are not too close together and the flora in between well-maintained. Since we were there in the off season, raised the average age enormously reduced. It seems a lot of elderly, the winter months, and felt 90 percent of the time on the sun loungers by the pool and before the bungalows stop. In the hotel it was therefore very quiet and it was a relaxing atmosphere. read more

    We had a spar bungalow. This is big enough and has a small kitchenette, in the a coffee or snacks conjure up. Larger things are with two stove burners, and a decrepit old microwave not to do. Crockery and cutlery are simply thrown together, but servicable. Our son slept on the backrests pillows liberated couch in the living kitchen dining room.     The staff generally is the large plus of this plant : the front desk desbenachbarten hotels' rondo ', which it is responsible, is to a large extent with capable people to have occupied, the information and advice. This happens always with a smile. A small problem with ants in our bathroom was immediately, if unfortunately little success-tackled. The notified bodies the shower would quickly sealed. Unfortunately the beasts further ways in our wet room. Point out we were given a bug spray and they allowed us in the hunts go...     The pool was not (noticeably) heated, but in good condition. Also the loungers at selbigem were ok. The sport program-as far as we have found-was the main thing from a table -Kicker and airhockey plate. For us much more important and therefore also auschlaggebend for the rating: the Dino-club for the kids is great! Since we were on holidays were there, there were hardly any children at the hotel. The belgian entertainer could thus fully on our 4-jährigen son deal. Also hired he both the beach utensils (bucket, spade, etc.) , as well as a party game for the evenings. Absolutely great. The toys as swing, slides and so on. Are also in good condition.

    From the airport one arrives in about 30 to 45 minutes to the hotel. The location the hotel one may probably with impunity as' central ' call. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and the large 'Jumbo' shopping center. The way to the beach you can in about 30 minutes walking distance manageable (here it goes downhill), on the way back we can definitely recommend the free hotel shuttle. The nightlife in Playa del Ingles is - so well, case pink. Almost all of the restaurants in the vicinity a rainbow flag in front of the door. This is certainly not a drawback, but for the sake of completeness be mentioned. In the small streets around the complex finds also always a parking space for the rental car. Is also very important.

A beautiful bungalow complex, that we recommend with a good conscience could. For young families, the at the end of january like-minded search, not really recommendable, since then but rather ' rentnerzeit' hip-' hot battle at the cold buffet', and it is hard, the children to verklickern, why they employ itself should, if all other queue jumping and shove... A wonderful area! Rrestaurante a catastrophe! Tables are not newly restocked if guests away, food luke warm to cold very noisy as on a main station! Staff very friendly and always made an effort, nevertheless never again there! Stayed for next year already booked but in a other facilities! Please if already three stars in the hotel then but also at least the most important thing to do! As in a simple betriebskantiene! Suites very clean garden area very nice! read more

We have been for the 3. time on the complex - 1 time before the renovation and nun 2 times after the renovation. We like the complex - close proximity to Yumbo Center and we like it again and again very good for 1 week. However we had this time unfortunately but any night beetle in our bungalow (only in the kitchen area) and we eventually discovered the cleanliness in comparison to december 2011 really neglected has. There were indeed always fresh towels but after the ' wollmäusen' to judge the bungalow maximum 1 once mopped. The bothered us a ... little this time. The food was as always - partly enjoyable and one became full-but honestly for 4 stars must be there simply a bit more -bit better and delicious. Even at breakfast could it little been more diverse. The employees are like always very friendly -the always have a holla and a laugh for a \u263a we booked through Neckermann booked and for the price from 610, -is there for one week not really complain and it was all around a relaxing great vacation. We know us stop also and know where it is nice. But honestly the 4 stars are not really realistic-the says but also the own sense and if you know it's ok. Maybe we'll try it but 2014 times but another bungalow complex -time. read more

We were very satisfied. Have through our travel agency low cost booked, received however a studio in better, sunny and peaceful location. The furnishings really impressed us. The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. Each studio / bungalow belong own loungers and garden furniture. Our expectations were exceeded. The pool is in a heated about 25° and an unheated about 19° area divided. The food in Hotel Rondo is good, varied and tasty. The chinese buffet and the canarian evening, us really enjoyed. Only the breakfast buffet could sometimes a bit more choice or variety offer. The staff in the ... Miraflor and rondo are all very friendly. There are shops directly in the area, until to Yumbo-center only a couple of minutes on foot. Almost right on the doorstep further small shopping centres to find. The way to the beach is very good on foot to manage. If you didn't want to walk can take the shuttle bus in appropriate intervals. We were very comfortable there and a very nice holiday used! read more

We were on the 3 time there and we really enjoyed ourselves. We wanted sun, gartrenblich, pool and long walks on the beach. For people, the are light on their feet: unique. Only drawback the saggy obermatratzen, the strong back pain cause. But we have a solution found. read more

Very nice, quiet bungalow area, central in Playa del Ingles, but in a quiet side street. Trip from the airport in the rented car about 20 minutes a little more money into your hand and a superior bungalow for rent, a little bit bigger and with the best location, including fruit plates and a bottle of wine on the day after the prior. Good value for money, very friendly staff with good foreign language skills (german, english). Bungalows very modern decor, lots of closet and storage space, everything very clean, also the kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and fixtures 3 ... times weekly cleaning, always fresh towels, regular change of bed sheets. While the bungalow certainly 4 star rating, has the attached hotel, where the restaurant is, only 2.5 to three stars level. The food is okay, food always fresh, were continually refilled, staff are very for cleanliness also at the buffet carefully. As the majority share of the guests from Germany comes (circa 10% scandinavians, otherwise we had only german met some guests), the chef this guest layer set. Cattle and pork, Gulasch and potatoes were the agenda. Nice variety offered the chinese buffet or grill restaurant directly in the bungalow area, which after previous reservation also can be used. The drink prices were reasonable: 0.5 liter of red or white wine costs 4,20 Euro, 0.4 liter of beer or Cola 3,60 Euro. Area has wireless internet access for a fee, connection however very slow and not always trouble-free. Flat screen tv, 5 german programs. Laundry can in the selfservice washed and dried, stamps there is at the front desk, but quite expensive: washing and drying ever 4 Euro, a cargo detergent 1,50 Euro. Washing machine and dryer are huge. Tip: we stayed on the transfer and right over the internet a car rented on check24. De with gold car and this completely uncomplicatedly directly in the arrivals terminal and it at the end of the vacation just again in the flughafentiefgarage turned off. Prices are very cheap and it was much cheaper than the hotel or in the town. read more

Price/performance ratio was not okay! Four star but in the bad three stars restaurant to eat! The complex Miraflor is really nice. Room clean. The pool unfortunately cold-not usable. We felt deceived when the internet booking. It was the three stars rondo which us to the change in another haus coercion. 3300 Euro for half board /1 week-3 people and bad food ( unloving, cold and canned fertigfutter!), the hope that the barbecue area in the Miraflor would have been better, didn't help! Same küchenversorgung -rondo! By a further surcharge and a rental car are we after 2 days in ... the south were changed and were visibly pleased. Four star are 4 stars or should be! We have several vacationers met, which are also very were angry about, but not to move wanted/could!. read more
