Overall a perfect holiday, especially the service is great one - two Euro you should the service, whether at the dinner but also give the cleaning staff. read hotel review

The rooms are very good! Food left a lot to be desired, hardly canarian dishes, little variety, cold red wine, not enough staff, individual kraefte overloaded. Staff were very friendly and helpful. read hotel review

Here we will always go back again. The food is just to complain about, that the Rondo restaurant too little local dishes. Otherwise everything was absolutely great! Especially the friendly staff looks for its same. read hotel review

In the living room there is unfortunately only a single socket. There is no wardrobe or hangers (for example on the inside of the bedroom door) who is in the kitchen from the upper compartment get? This one needs a chair! Unfortunately, there was no cutlery drawer! This i noticed in the bedroom the curtain rod on the head! the food is unfortunately very often only canned fruits. As already last year, everything top! Since i in the rolli seats and a walk-in area need this hotel is absolutely suitable for me. The bungalows are excellent, clean and type b, very spacious. We booked ' only half-board since the super delicious food, more on the hips - huge selection - everything was freshly prepared and not just fried things which we on gc already experienced have.     Quiet side street, but for example to the cc Yumbo in only 5 minutes to the beach there was a free shuttle bus.

We have already repeated in this area and will do so again : - o To the beginning of the year can be in these plants to recover. Within walking distance are shopping possibilities available. Evening meals or drinking go... The taxi was very cheap and we feel just probably in Playa de inglés and in the bungalow area. read hotel review

Our first bungalow had mold. We immediately got a new bungalow after complaint. The new bungalow was no mold, but unfortunately in the bathroom the hair from the previous person on the floor of the bathroom. Moreover, there were under the bed dust ( staubknäul ), which also at the end of our vacation were still there. The dishes in the closet was so sticky. The we and paper cups and plates have bought. What we also bothered us was the it very cold at night in the bungalow and we froze have. read hotel review

We are now the 4. at this time in the area and were completely satisfied again. If you're looking for peace, a beautifully landscaped garden with variety of plants and birds searches, is here correctly waived. The distance to the beach is a short walk, alternatively taxi (€2.40) or free hotel shuttle. We were about 14 hours on days outside. The temperatures were between 22 and 27 degrees. Playa del Inglés is itself an ugly place, but this resort a small paradise. read hotel review

Experience Miraflor Price 1380 Euro 14 days all inclusive. Top bungalow in the Miraflor where we had booked. Large bed with sufficient closet, small kitchen, fridge. Large lcd tv in the entrance-kitchen. Before the bungalow grassy area with 2 beach chairs, and a table with 3 chairs. Front desk very nice and accomodating, with all of our questions very competent. Cost for the safe for 2 weeks 30 Euro +10 Euro deposit! Deposit for the tv remote control 10 Euro Deposit for bath towels 10 Euro No free wi-fi access will 6 Euro on the day. The access in the ... lobby costs money. Free wi-fi internet is available in the local around Yumbo park. Garden area was very nicely decorated. 2 pools, one heated but so about 22 degrees the water. Restaurant Food in the Rondo Breakfast Sufficient selection available Vending machine for juice Too sweet and artificial taste, a vending machine for all juices. Coffee machine is also for hot water undelegated, if you hot water for tea would, so first drops from the previous drinks (coffee, cocoa)- Then there are the hot water unappetizing. Lunch and dinner in the Rondo: Large dining-hall very loud. No is true for all-inclusive guests There is a vending machine for beer, white and red wine. Mineral for drinks output. In the courtyard little lighting, if pool bar closed. Waiters leaves in this area no see. Juan the waiters from the pup governs its bar. Beer, mixed drinks the selection was large but also by the native alcoholic drinks not so great. With the departure is also a space for the suitcases and also a shower is available. The child care was clearly different (worse) than we imagined it, the children were not closed supervised, foreign language skills were enough for four-year-old not really. The leseanimation were not - a positivbeispiel, as it really well, in the hotel there was H10, Lanzarote gardens - there maybe information. Also the connection of Miraflor and Rondo we find not so lucky, because the audience each but is different... ... Too many smokers - very a shame, that also on the lawn everywhere smoking is allowed. read hotel review

The park area in which we were was nice, the hotel one must note, that half of the rooms facing the street are the very busy. Condition and cleanliness was very good. We had half-pension, which i would recommend, since the all inclusive services to be honest were bad. Mainly german, dutch and english a few northern europeans. Most guests 50 and older or families with small children. read hotel review

    Size of the bungalows at first sight somewhat small in the end but adequate. Facilities are good and clean. A thick minus point, however, is the clairaudience in the extent never seen before. If the neighbor at night snored, i thought, he is in the room with us * gg *!

    Staff are all friendly and very conscientious. Bungalows were cleaned every day and cleaned. Usually speaks good english and quite good german. Complaints were immediately addressed. The kinderaniamtion was a bit poor, since the children's entertainer 'jerry' probably a serious accident and therefore the entertainment team not always 100% good organiosiert was.

    The pool areas are nothing special, but in perfect condition. A pool in the Miraflor Suites was however with about 17 degrees too cold for the time of year and the other pool was heated but had perhaps 21 degrees. The entertainment was a disaster as necessarily new equipment needs. The kinderaniamtion is expandable, but it was probably also the kurzfrsitigen loss of children's entertainer jerry.

    To the beach with children 10-15 minutes to foot. To the airport about 30 minutes. After Maspalomas it is also not far. Shopping, restaurants and excursions sufficiently available. The palmitos park one must visit even if it was expensive but definitely worth it.

The accommodation was very nice and quiet. Unfortunately, the food quality was very bad. For 4 star hotel you expected also a daily cleaning. Here was only 5 times per week. Juice from the machine at breakfast, you can not as juice name. read hotel review

The bungalows are officially a four-star hotel, but it's a joint affair with Hotel Rondo across the street, which is a three-star hotel. It is then not surprising that the food at the main restaurant, which is in Hotel Rondo, leaves plenty to be desired. This should have been made clearer in the hotel description. Also, the bungalow was pretty small, very hard to spend time there during the day wth the kids and the sleeping arrangement wasn't great either. We were with the bungalow size very good, since one is there actually only for sleeping. We had an extra bedroom, the kids each had a sofa available. A small kitchenette was also available, which we didn't need. The condition is great. Cleanliness was not to my taste, arrived wiped by the cabinet my white cloth was then dark! Rooms were cleaned daily except wednesday & saturday cleaned the was also completely alright. Bed linens were 2 times a week. The cleaning lady was very helpful.     The size of the bungalows was great. Decor was modern & comfortable. You felt comfortable. Cleanliness was not the greatest, but it was ok. Disinfectant we always there. The size of the bathroom was adequate.

    Quality in the restaurant Rondo here it concerns the dinner because we had only half-board. Undrinkable, for the children it was very difficult to which edible to find, as well as for me as an adult. Cleanliness in restaurant was absolutely fine.

    Distance to the beach was with the kids edwas too far, but we nevertheless some male a way walked. It drove several times daily a free bus to the beach Playa del Inglés,1 times daily even after Maspalomas. The airport has no large distance. Shopping center within 10 minutes walking distance, there were enough shops in the proximity.

This is a great hotel if you want to enjoy the nightlife or simply the canarian sun and beaches. We found the staff very friendly, the animations were great. A few sugesstions to the hotel management: 1) quality of the coffe is actually not acceptable. Juices are not real juices but simply sirups and have an awful taste - please change that ! 2) safe in a room cost 30 EUR. This is really not usual for an 4-star hotel. Generally we would recommend this hotel to our friends.  read hotel review

The park itself is very nice and tidy. We had a bungalow for 2 people, and the space is more than adequate, even a small kitchen is located in the bungalow. The pool area is lovely designed, small drawback: there are beach chairs for about 40 people, would imagine that these be packed in the high season could be.     The bungalows was very good. They have a small kitchen, walk-in shower, large closets, large bedroom, flat screen, terrace, air conditioning. Except wednesday and sunday is cleaned every day.

    Unfortunately, there is a negative, the breakfast and dinner in each case in the neighbouring hotel 'Rondo' instead, this hotel verfügut only about 3 stars. Breakfast was ok, the dinner was sometimes there... Little choice and often only lukewarm... In the Miraflor park there is a grill restaurant, which i only to everyone to the anyone. It is much better than the food in Rondo.

    The staff at the Miraflor park is very friendly and has good german, -, as well as english. For children is surely the animation team a great pleasure. The room was cleaned every day except for wednesday and sunday cleaned.

    As described above the pool is very nice. The animation team comes every day on new funny games in the pool and around, boring is not. Also the beach is well taken care of and clean, for beach chairs and umbrellas you pay each 2.50 on the day. The evening entertainment i think partly a bit boring, but make things completely okay were.

    The location of the park is very central, you can take a taxi or bus anywhere fast. The town itself i think personally not so nice. There are many shopping possibilities in the town and also supermarkets are i not too scant. The distance to the beach was approximately 1,5 kilometer, i would therefore all the free shuffle to the beach.

There is also a chinese corner with crispy duck and so on. Delicious! In the area Miraflor there is a grill restaurant, where one against reservation can enjoy the dinner. Here meat and fish freshly prepared. Good quality. Drink prices were moderate. Half a mineral water costs 1,50 Euro.

The hotel plant miroflor suites with its bungalows was very beautifully located. A very well-kept and especially very quiet area. The bungalows were clean and were also regularly cleaned. However not every day. Wednesday and sundays there was no cleaning - there were fresh towels, but. What we didn't like so much was, that we as all inclusive guests for example the ice cream at the pool had to pay. With children a little bad. But the prices were cheaper than in Germany - so it was then also ok. The other guests came mainly from Germany. A few british ..., dutch, french and spaniards were there too.     I was with my daughter in a bungalow. A room with a cook possibility, refrigerator, air conditioning and a private bathroom. A nice small terrace with couches and seating area was also available. The beds were very comfortable and each 'statement' replaced, which we found very good. The buildings are in a very good condition and also really clean.

    The food was delicious. Much salad, delicious sauces and every day there was a large selection of food. Fish, meat, potatoes in different variations... Really great!     The staff was super friendly. Especially to the children. The waiters were always up for a joke. Since i myself only very badly english speak i was glad, that all so far german, that a communication no problems. The cleaning staff was very nice and its work properly. There is even a washing machine and a tumble dryer. However, the laundry wasn't completely clean (with stains). But since it was mostly only sweaty things were, also not really a problem. There we no complaints had, could not say, like the staff thereby go around.

    Here in the first place a big compliment to the entertainment team Miraflor Suites! The 3 have their thing very well done. The kinderaniamtion was great - the children were delighted to take part in everything. There were t-shirt painting, sand paintings are all for, various games in and outside of the pools. For us there were archery, air rifle shooting, water aerobics, water Volleyball, stretching, every day a different '5 - minutes-game' the always very much fun and good mood provided. The club dance was with a little practice also no problem and so we had the whole day to do something - if you wanted. Of course you could also the pool and the beach chairs,. It was no 'forced' to make, as in other hotels like will be made. Every evening there was (not just for the little ones) a mini disco. Do worth also for the parents it was very much fun! And the kids were already in the morning looking forward to it!

    To the beach with the taxi 3 minutes - to the lighthouse it was about 6 minutes. Since taxis are very cheap, we have the rather than the bus. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket. And a big shopping center in which you could buy souvenirs or just durchschlendern and have a look at it. Excursions were offered from the hotel. Here it is important, which to undertake would like. Without long journeys there is the aqualand (enjoy with giant chutes) and the palmitos park (zoo with dolphins, parrots...).

A hotel which one recommend can. The hotel was in all respects the description. There was no cause for complaint. The food was varied and good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The whole area of the bungalows was very neat, you felt well in the area. Particularly attractive was the ' voodo -bar', where one itself at the evening social with other Guests together to sit down. In particular, the entertainment was good. The entertainers aitor, Bruno and Sonja managed Daily, the guests gently to entertain. You understood it, the whole family from young to old the legs ...
