Our extremely more joyful stay was the new spa 3000 topped! This nature embossed, quiet, extremely spread terrain with hochsitzbar (u. top bar-keeper!) Only for the hotel guests leaves nothing to be desired. Completely private, relaxing feelings high. Architects and exporting trades, we pay tribute to the highest recognition for this harmony and detailfreude. Staff, wherever, considerate, friendly, efficient. Only the saunacoaches may more friendliness shown. Good idea always the same table.
The kitchen deserves strong praise. Also for the waiters you feel prudent care and competent advised. We want to come back, although 580 kilometer away! read more

We had all around a very successful short break you in the aqua dome! The staff members were in all areas very friendly and accommodating.
The food was magnificent and particularly the breakfast buffet is hard to beat.
Especially recommendable is the new hotel spa. Large compliment here to the successful attractions like for instance the bergfeuersauna with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountain peaks or the beautiful lounges with the comfortable couches.
The aqua dome absolutely recommend and will gladly come again! read more

After the remodeling, i came for the first time back to the aqua dome and was impressed from the new spa, the not only architecturally exciting is, but also a beautiful all around view of the ötztal mountains allows. If you didn't relaxed and his forces can fill up, which is probably nowhere more to help. On two new levels (where before the vip area and today every guest vip is.) Is next to saunas and small pool is even a bar indented.
The new rooms are completely different structured than the old rooms and are in accordance with ... the current standard. Partly you get the feeling, as would be a bit more modern interpreted-rustic indented. The only downside is, that the paths in the hotel now something longer to appear.
Really won the restaurant in the hotel, the now larger but also bright and friendly it is. The tables are but not the restaurant grown. But at least you have more space between the tables than before. And if you are lucky, nearby the glass to sit, was already was through the view excellent.
I will definitely not the last time at the aqua dome there and would recommend this house only recommend with a clear conscience. read more

We were after two visits 2008 in the Hotel Aqua for the 3. time dome. After 2 time we actually wanted to not stay here again, because at that time was something wrong. The new hotel-spa for the hotel guests and at all the thermal spring motivated us however, it again to try.
Unfortunately there even this time not really so good. We had already in november on Thomas Cook booked a junior suite and paid and ended up in a normal double room. The lady at the check-in was not noticed, that on the vouchers a suite and so ... we noticed it yourself, after we in the room arrived. Back and complained. With the score, that because of easter everything was booked up and we in the wrong room had. We got 2 vouchers 30 Euro for massages and could still get a bargain, that we for dinner a better table got than planned. At least we have to say, the front manager Melanie very to us hard working and you couldn't do anything about it, that probably in the back office someone in the zimmerverteilen sloppy job at laying had. But a bit poor we found the compensation-because a move during the stay is everything but wellness. On the 2. day we had to then everything again in the luggages pack and while we at the spa was, moved our things in a junior suite for. However you also have the same chip bracelets devalues and so we arrived from the spa area weren't want to leave, in the property not purely and climbed over 2 hubs. The junior suite was great, we knew from the last two paint. With an open fireplace and all the trimmings. The thermal spring was not so full at easter, as we thought it would be and we were mostly in the new spa3000, the very nice become but for easter too few beach chairs had.
Breakfast and dinner were qualitatively always very good, if not quite as very my personal taste. The light court on the menu was always identical with one of the three main menues and contained mostly fish, clams, etc. The vegetarian dish was each everything but easy and strotzte pastry, etc. But that is just a matter of taste. Best for us it was, if it high büfettanteile in the menu.
The booked massages i really enjoyed and here was also organizational everything.
I would particularly like to highlight, that there were two really outstanding good bartenders in the hotel there is. The president, the at the bar in spa3000 seemed, strove extremely around us, brought drinks to the pool chair, made alternative proposals, if something was and was extremely service-oriented and friendly. Also the barman in the lobby (with ponytail) was extremely service minded and friendly, brought the card unasked at the table (much better as in other bars, where always expected, that you yourself will know, what you want.)
Upon check-out we had 39 Euro too much on the bill, for a bottle of wine in the restaurant, not our own. The document pointed out as another name and signature on. The we could however thank god quickly and easily resolved. Perhaps also on the move and change the numbers. So all in all light and shade. A very nice hotel with outstanding spa and spa, good food and many good staff - but unfortunately also outstanding bad organization. We had now simply (for the 2. time with 3 stays) pitch. If everything would work, you could certainly a fantastic stay in the hotel spend. read more

I was now the 5. time at the aqua dome and am every time fascinated about the fantastic value for money and high quality all spaces (thermal, spa, rooms, restaurant etc.).
For me there is not a better arrangement, if i am within a few days perfectly and completely to enjoy : very friendly staff, culinary extraordinary level and spectrum, perfect cleanliness (i mean really clean!) , great which in the spa... So a hotel, the really nothing to be desired leaves and a must for every guests with sophisticated demands. read more

We were the 2. time at the aqua dome hotel, but often only in the thermal baths. We like it always good and we can really relax. Also our kids 8 and 1 like it again and again.
What is missing, is a detailed description in which areas you take children, and where you are not allowed. We have this year not the spa 3000 looked at, because we did not know, whether we the kids allowed to take with them. I would hope, that children to the 3. floor should, because we are counting guests and i would like ... to family vacation with my children togetherness, since i business often enough on. A salt grotto, and a waterfall is there, i know does not, whether in the area of children are allowed.
Otherwise i can only praise. Keep up the good work. read more
