Room smells like cigarette smoke. Furniture in the room look as bulky culled. Light only sparse available, enough to read from, lamps the closet not working. Rolls for breakfast rather industrial production, apart from that potato wedges, meatballs and chicken wings for breakfast. read more

From a four star hotel I expect more. Had booked the suite in advance and commissioned, that a extra bed in the living room should stand for. On arrival we had to leave the luggage itself to the room bring, the extra bed was not available and all the curtains were closed. We then once the wall after a light switch strobed. We then in the room a small snack and 6:00 P. M. informed, the dishes cleared can. When we at night at 1:00 hours into the room came, was the dirty dishes still on the table. ... The next morning wanted someone our room entering, without knocking or without also otherwise somewhat noticeable to make. Again at home, we noticed, that the statement is not true and we services on the Bill had, which we not taken into account have. I was with a telephone call assured, someone from the bookkeeping on the next day would announce. Unfortunately we got no call. read more

Beautiful, very close to the city hotel. With underground parking (also with the lift reachable), the however with 18 € per day or 2 € the rate, is quite expensive. With a bit of luck you find but also in the area a parking space. The hotel has altogether a good impression and is especially for short trip recommendable! We were glad this hotel good to have. read more

The hotel can be described as a solid place to stay without moving toward 5 star hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly. The 6,50 euros for € 18 , - per 24 -hour period. As a guest of the hotel, you can call the front desk free Internet access is available. I was at a conference and my only complain about the food. It was really nothing. read more

The hotel is located in the city center of Offenbach, right next to the train station. The shopping area of Offenbach is located directly across the street. The hotel is available in public areas spacious, the standard rooms are on the small side. To be highlighted was the friendliness of the staff. Nicely is the Spa area with sauna and steam bath. What is missing is a pool.
Annoying, that for amenities (Internet, telephone, shoeshine) high prices.
