It is a somewhat smaller hotel, with 174 beds. The hotel is in good, clean, newer condition and makes a rather impersonal impression. No plants/ flowers (only olive trees ) in front of the hotel respectively in the lobby. During our stay we have a greek word. If we are to have greek the time of day on, were us on English reply. As guests you will find about 70% English, 10% eastern europeans and 20% German speaking tourist. read more

    The room was big enough. The mattresses were nothing for rückengeschädigte, as they were very hard. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis, and even in the evening were again the towels were changed.

    The main meals were served in the main restaurant restaurant. Unfortunately was the buffet very carelessly, that means decorations missing entirely. The quality of the dishes was average, sometimes even less. The best the breakfast was.

    Leisure offers were not given, because the hotel very off the beaten track is. The entertainment in the hotel was without exception in English. As einkraufmöglichkeit was in the catalog a 'mini-market' specified, the honor to all its names made. The pool area was pleasant (3 pools), however not heated. Since the temperatures were very high, but it was a welcome cooling. Unfortunately there was no dressing possibility by the pool, so you either to the room had to go, or its wet your shorts on the body dry had. Loungers at the pool as well as at the beach free of charge. Showers were at the beach respectively pool not available.

The hotel is somewhat outside of tragaki and is therefore very quiet. The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained. The food tastes amazing and is varied. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We felt very good and can only recommend the hotel. read more

    Our room with sea view was large, bright and decorated up to date. In addition to the modern furniture is to the room a safety deposit box, air conditioning, small refrigerator (must itself be filled) and in the all inclusive offer was also wi-fi included. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. In the evenings, if necessary also the towels once again changed. Unfortunately the airco in the room relatively loud.

    There is a bar with lounge area, a pool bar and the main restaurant. The food in the main restaurant is for all inclusive above average. The dishes were fresh and you could even enjoy watching. The food selection at breakfast was large and also for lunch/dinner was always enough there. However the dishes during a week repeated several times and the change could have been a bit bigger. At the pool bar can any drinks and ice in/out privileges and the ladies and gentlemen of the service are always on the whole pool/beach area out orders and empty cups/plates take. Between the main meals in the bar a minibüfett set up where one zwischenverpflegen could. In the evening the bar was perfect for a nightcap and the beverages either in the landscaped lounge (unfortunately somewhat uncomfortable sofas) or directly in the room be enjoyed. It should be noted further, that there is no room-service offer and the mini bar not filled.

    The waiters in the restaurant is friendly and attentive. We were always served immediately and the plates were usually faster way, than you could watch. The staff at reception is less friendly and helpful. They make exactly just what it must and even here one noticed the sluggish and feels rather than inconvienience.

    The pool is beautifully designed and is on several levels. The cleanliness in the pool area is also commendable. The hotel is situated right at the sea. The small beach is a gravel beach and the access into the sea is very rocky. So beach shoes are very recommendable. There is a sunbathing area in the middle of olive trees and various chairs around the pool area. Tedious is however, that the loungers already early in the morning (before 7 o'clock) from other guests are reserved, although enough beach chairs there. Sport & entertainment we didn't use and can therefore not be evaluated.

    Hotel is located directly by the sea. Access into the sea is however stony and so beach shoes are recommendable. In the more immediate vicinity there was a small store. The next larger town in tsilivi is about 6 kilometers away from the hotel and is with the taxi in the best way attainable. There are jenste restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a pharmacy and a doctor. The hotel is approximately 30 -minute drive away from the airport.

Very beautiful hotel ( no block), super restaurant and very good service. Unfortunately the beach is small ( has however a large lawn where one under the trees can) and rocky in the water. Ideal beach holidays for families with small children. The playground isn't very large but apart from that just everything great. I can only recommend it. read more

We had a very relaxing days with our children (3.5 and one and a half) spent. At the buffet we always found something delicious. The pool area is very nice and the beach enough for us. Even the most cocktails at the bar are also in the all inclusive thereby, which we were surprised. Only one negative, in the family room there was a kitchenette in it, but not a pan or a plate. Why so the kitchen?! read more

Very nice hotel with various large pool areas. The loungers under the olive trees load for relaxing. The waitresses were the beverages at the loungers brought - great service. The food very delicious and varied. The large terrace with the bar ( massive Beverage selection) was evenings the meeting point inclusive beautiful view of the sea. Animation and spa we didn't use. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend the hotel further! read more

Very nice hotel complex with a sea view. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped, balcony with Rattanmöel equipped. Lobby, dining room and terrace very comfortable to the stay! A welcome measure would be a shuttle bus from the hotel, which in the evening 2x ins next Village. read more

We were in a double room, it was nearly too tight. It was always cleaned and the towels changed twice a day. And the food was very delicious fresh. The beach was rather small and many stones in the water, so bathing shoes are recommended. There are nicer places on the island, which you can reach easily by car. I would recommend a car, since the island is very nice and not very large, since there are no large distances. Zakynthos town about ten minutes the staff are very friendly, especially to children. You will even to the beach with ... drinks served. All in all very nice! read more

Modern, clean area. The food was varied and very good. For children The pool area with the slides was great. At the beach beach shoes are recommended. Plenty of shade under trees. Rather quiet, little Animation. It was perfect for us. read more

Very suitable for a beach holiday. The drinks were served at the beach chairs. The hotel is situated very remote. To the next town it was about four kilometer. With the taxi one pays depending on the driver seven or eight euros. The beach is not to be described as such. Very small with many stones. In the sea one can only with bath shoes. The restaurant was good and very clean. The dishes were repeated often. The rooms are large enough. The rooms were daily cleaned and new towels for the pool. The service in the hotel was exemplary. ... All employees were very nice and attentive. The staff is polish 95%, which can lead to communication problems. Overall, the hotel is recommendable for a seaside holiday. The four stars are absolutely justified, five stars are not in sight. The island is very, very nice. It is definitely worth the island with a rental car. read more

Urlaug in Greece was always very nice, whether with or without children, this hotel was beautiful, the Greeks are a quiet, peaceful people, that very good with tourists in the holiday wanted to have their peace deal will be good. This was our seventh Greece holiday, since everything was great gewohnterweise, we would fly next year to Greece. As people who want to swim, like and the need to relax in Greece are really arrived. read more

There are two small shops and otherwise nothing. Whoever wants to have a lot of opportunities to shop is near the hotel but in the wrong place. Staff to 98% polish! read more

Especially gratifying: the friendliness of the staff, delicious food and drinks and the cleanliness in all areas of the hotel! The hotel is located in a peaceful location, surrounded by countless olive trees, that is why there are also a few shopping possibilities in the surrounding area, but a hotel shop with friendly service. We would not hesitate to stay there again! read more

A modern hotel with one wonderful pool and garden area. Our children found the water slides of course great. The view through the lobby with a view of the sea, just amazing! The food is very diverse and anytime again freshly prepared. The staff are it is friendly and helpful. we would again at any time come. it was a wonderful vacation in Zakynthos! read more

The hotel altogether is very recommendable. We only at the arrival the room not entirely clean! The hotel is really great. Great food, nice and friendly service. Selection of the food was always a crazy. The pool and the ocean was just great many very quiet despite the families were there. So we would go back to this hotel. read more

A shame for money! Except for the food, this hotel is not recommended! - Of 5 very far away! - The Spa should take you from your name, as there are none! - We all went wrong, and what the hotel mishaps! - Phone and TV the never worked, of damaged drawers to überschwemmtem room and absolutely nothing for small children throughout the hotel, there was a totally unfriendly management in addition to all this never for a opinion was ready and also no compromise on its own initiative, showed! read more

The area was very quiet! Seen from ourselves out also very nice with great views of the sea. The kitchen was really great and according to one MA all products from the island. The Polish waiters the by a college here a traineeship made almost free who worked there was done skill of friendliness and hard to beat. The guests were of mixed age and nationalities, everyone was friendly, easy in contact. The rooms are simply decorated and little thought out. After every showering the water in the shower and didn't drain, because the Abfuß was too small. It made ... the wood in the door had been lazy. Mildew on the wall but on our second day over painted. The management did not respond to our complaints. Ms. Piggi at the front desk could speak neither German nor English at once. If you expected a sandy beach, was gutted. We would have been about gravel looking forward to it. Unfortunately, however is a mixture of earth, stones and sand. Bottom line: If the hotel after a year ago in this condition, you did not forward to the next couple of years. But the managers was the sausage! read more

Very nice modern hotel with spacious rooms. The room service was very laudable, because it was also evenings after the showers again cleaned the bathroom - new towels, floors were swept and so on - and make the bed. The Terrassenpoolanlage is very nice and well maintained. Spa area was at the time of arrival not finished yet but it was hard working on it. Quiet, beautiful location for relaxing, for someone the action need not be a good choice for you. The restaurant and the kitchen is definitely 5 stars, just delicious variety of food for something for everyone. ... It was definitely a fantastic holiday! read more

The hotel was not quite ready! The pool area is ok. The beach is in work! The area in front of the main building is ok, the others is the whole area behind it still under construction! Service and housekeeping staff is currently not quite stear! For a 5 * you expect a finished grounds and a perfect service, that is not yet! Otherwise great location and view! read more
