Completely worn hotel, very in need of a renovation

The hotel itself is by now a bit dated and totally worn-out. It crumbles at many places, the electrical works only with a bit of luck. The landscaping but very well maintained. The whole hotel should be urgently reorganized. Fire protection is here very small written.
The cleanliness with the exception of the hotel however leaves much to be desired.
Since the 'entertainment' only französch and is extremely loud, one should mine, at least one, two drinks up to the room to be. This is only possible, if you your drinks in small plastic cups umfüllt, those a urine sample ... very similar.
Single plus in this hotel is the free internet access wireless internet access in the reception area. But here it is from 6:00 p. m. not more bearable. Only starting from 12:00 p. m. is the entertainment followed by disco finished and you could finally go to bed. At 04:00 hours, however, was one of several, loud screaming seagulls, on the railings of the terraces lower. read more

The hotel is already a bit older and there is almost only french said. The entertainment only in french language.
The food is okay. However also without characteristics.
The beach this hotel is the real highlight. From the hotel must only a street be crossed in its private beach.
German we only quite a few found. This hotel is mainly visited by many french. But that did not disturb us! read more

four stars didn't match the German assessment, there are three stars. Hot food is often only lukewarm. In the restaurant there was despite all-inclusive no beer. There are no sun in the room balcony, only hard Kunststoffstühle. There is a lack of Color paint on wood or concrete. Entertainment only in French. Spray-suppression in the shower curtain in the past by. No radio reception, only tv ZDF, SAT1 and Eurosport. read more

We visited this hotel as part of a coach trip and had a lot of bad luck, but it is unlikely that the poor planning of the hotel or the travel tour operator is due. Considering the previous chaos with the shuttle to the airport guess I picked. When we arrived in the hotel the rooms not yet ready. Okay, that is fine and no problem. The stay itself was fine. The hotel grounds and pool area were well maintained. The rooms were clean and large. The buffet in the evening was the selection and quality for morocco standards average. ... The breakfast buffet was a joke, since only constructed as the group has come. So you had to reluctantly be satisfied with the few, which was there (bread, butter, jam and too few plates). When we went were just the warm dishes. The staff were always friendly. read more

Type and size of the complex we found very positive, no fortress of loungers with a beautiful neat garden, a clean pool area.
Unfortunately the hotel has the best Years ago, it was the cleaner, lamps and ceiling tiles are damaged as may gardener and the cleaner column still so efficient are, flaws it not fix it and it is a big shortcoming in this hotel.
We had booked all inclusive and were only partially satisfied, this hotel is a roundtrip Hotel, so there is also more Leistungsmöglichkeiten
We were only about 10 German tourist, most came from France, the ... is however not negative. If you speak French is clearly at an advantage, we could but also so noticeable make, the waking service punctually works.
From the age structure were both young families, as well as older couples. read more

Very nice hotel with the club Marmara

We can recommend the hotel Atlas les almohades also in spite of club Marmara recommend.
The staff is very helpful and speaks very often also German, at least a few words. If you can't speak English or French, will somehow be able to communicate in German. The front desk is very helpful.
The room which we had, was very nice and it was always cleaned very well.
The food was very varied. Really everybody could find something here.
And now to the very much club Marmara:
The it is not exposed. But for us this was found to be an ... absolute plus. Quite the contrary: the French are a very pleasant holiday people. They are talking about and are always in a good mood. Clearly the activities almost only French, but also many try to speak English or German. We never had any problems. No English spoken well and who has, has agreed with sign language. The music at the pool is just as noisy, as in the other holiday countries (Turkey, respectively). The siesta of at least two hours will, however, always respected. Also, for example, never before ten o'clock loud music turned on. The evening shows were very professional.
We have nothing negative to the hotel to complain and say: thumbs up! read more

Holiday as a German tourists in this hotel not recommendable. Kids club could not be used due to the language. Only French guests in the hotel, therefore the whole entertainment only in French. A shame!
The rooms were only with tip reasonably cleaned. Rug was never. Restaurant hours with all-inclusive always with wait and wait and Sitzplatzmagel connected. As a woman alone with children never again Morocco. At the beach you constantly " pulled and listened to the water so that you could " only at the pool has. Renovations to the pool also with operation in other words painting ... undertaken. Kata stanza. Besides, the country has an appalling waste. Also away from the tourist traps everywhere trash!!! read more

Many small flaws archived

Unfortunately, there are plenty of small things, the satisfying very dim. Let's start with the rooms. Why a bathroom that you must define, is beyond me. A jump, the corner is squeezed, a bidet room, is strange. Affixing the klorolle a pain in the back. A cistern, the sometimes didn't work, but as an additional noise constantly going. Why set up a shower head is possible only by hand, I also cannot understand. Shower and shampoo are not available, nor a hair dryer (only at the front desk, or in the small shop front purchasable-shower overpriced). The hotel was always ... something repaired, the lock was very hard to close, when it rained was the balcony with about 2 centimeter always water flooded.
Also, it is very confusing, when what some performance available, sometimes is the bar closed, the pool bar open, or a bar with two floors below to use-each time you have to ask. A lot of French was spoken. Baksheesh mentality is very spread, in this respect, the staff tried very hard, to acquire the confidence of, in order to get a tip. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the pool area (about 100 meters from the beach, the very is dirty). read more

Ray of hope in the dirty City archived

The hotel is a real ray of hope in the dirty city Agadir. We were lucky and got a room on the fourth floor with views of the landscaped gardens and the optically attractive pool area and even with a sea view. The rooms are newly renovated with some minor flaws, such as replacements and non-functioning air conditioning. With the balcony door open you have to expect with occasional mosquitoes. The predominant language is French, a good opportunity to refresh their knowledge, but also English and German were possible. The breakfast and dinner were poorly presented and is something to ... get used to, if you do this for us, sometimes quite tasty. A special tip is the yogurt in the evening. The staff is well trained, but often reserved in denial and witty, Here the guest is not King, but rather the necessary evil. A good tip or the hope is the location and the atmosphere very good shape, yet you need a lot of patience, particularly in the morning eggs and in remedying the shortcomings, as in the case of defective lamps, with the dripping air conditioning, if it is all about, missing hair dryer, missing lock on the balcony door, waiting for the new towels and the wait for a beach chair at the pool, of course all the beach chairs already before the breakfast from the occupied by selfish individuals, even though they never be used. Trips are well organised, but event. Overpriced. A tip is not far away a concert at the theatre, if you can bring a lot of time and patience (about 1 hour delay is probably normal) and of course the souks, a once in a lifetime experience. The dirt in the city, in part. also at the beach and the often surly staff spoil the holiday but significantly, which can lead to any recommendation. read more

We are far away of a 4 stars hotel. It's a old hotel and the reparations are made quicky. The room is not clean. We was 4 and we have only 2 showers. The food was the same during 2 weeks. The table service is not present. There are not anought fock, spoon and snife for everybody and when there are, ther are not always clean. The all inclusive service have to be optimized. Ask what you want, you are served (if there have understand everything), there ask you for the room number and come back to sign and that ... with all customer with a slow service. read more
