Owner led private hotel in fantastic location-o/s/w-alignment with almost unparalleled panoramic view from all areas (room, dining rooms and spa area). A gift for the operator married couple and for its guests. The complete package (preis-leistung) the short-stay offers is not to be exceeded nearly. read more

    The category latemar, size, lighting, facilities, etc. Wonderful. Especially i want to raise hits the bathtub - most hotels with wellnessanwendungen which only a shower in the room. So you can, but in your own room wonderful relaxation baths the sporting activities in the winter take. The hotel is ' 4-shared ', that means depending on the location of the room you are 'far away' from the bodies (including the kitchen, restaurant, breakfast area) or close, so that when ruhebedürftigen guests rather a room 'far away' by the community bodies recommendable is. Otherwise you will hear sometimes until 23 hours noise from kitchen/restaurant, or from 7. 30/8:00 a. m. noise from kitchen/breakfast area.

    Because of the small ' size ' of the hotel, two very manageable restaurant areas (1 times conservatory, 1 times panorama area) there is a daily extensive buffet breakfast set up, with the almost no wishes remain open (juicer, different types of eggs, homemade breads, such as herbs, flowers-, apfelbrote, etc. Etc.). As sweet breakfast eaters i have a larger! Selection of different cake and sweet particles missed something. In the afternoon there were small sandwiches, fruit, various cakes and small desserts (creams amongst others) In the evening usually 5-6-course menu, with a walkway from the fancy buffet can be taken (antipasti, salad, dessert, etc.). Main course and a starter are eligible. The meat dishes (typical for South Tyrol) mostly on bestechensten and the fish and vegetarian alternatives not quite 'compete',. Here there is still potential to above. The individual menu dishes are not all continuously as' top ' rating. Individual-as homemade stuffed pasta or creme brulee with rosemary-are truly special. Against for example the boring clear noodle soup or the vegetables filled canelloni for me no 4 stars hotel cuisne. The everything of course taking account of discerning palate. The price of drinks are rather on the ceiling (for example 0,1 liter glass of wine 4 Euro, or a Latte Macchiato 4 Euro) Whereas on the whole hotel the tap water of drinking water and the glasses and mugs here a free use of the processed ' granderwassers' is possible.

    The waiters in all areas (wellness, front desk/bar, dining area, and room service) friendly and guest-oriented. This would be in the restaurant business surely still a shovel to ' professionalism versus heat/friendliness' move. The rooms without restrictions very clean kept - even if first 'wear and tear' visible (material purchases sofa, curtains). Especially worth mentioning is the 'goodnight service', at the the beds nachtfertig be made, and the bathroom a 2 time in 'tidied up' and the sauna-spa towels be taken. This is for a 4 star hotel very unusual, i would almost say, unique. The owner-couple has a competence-division. You (Barbara u.) is the kitchen- and dekofee and very welcoming. He (Markus u.) was for all around front desk, service and advice undelegated. Succeed in this-with the exception of the ' beschwerdemanagements ' in my opinion also very excellent.

    The spa is small, but nice (a finnish sauna, a stone pine sauna-damp warm environment-, and a bread-classical sauna. Furthermore a sprudelnder holzzuber in the outdoor area. 2 ruhebereiche -1 directly in the spa and another on the attic storey. Also during warm weather the possibility, outside in of the terrace to lay down. The relaxation areas with a wonderful panoramic view on the opposite mountain chain. There are also tea, water and apples in the spa. Also here, as on the whole other house everything lovingly decorated (not too much, but also not too few)

    Location on the mountain, gorgeous panorama-ideal to relax and with enjoyable motion holiday. Through the privileged location amidst peace and seclusion for recovery-looking for guests-still there the possibility with bus, bahnderl and elevator to Bolzano for shopping to come and only 800 meters to the hiking and winter sport area elevated horn.

We are equipped with the motorcycle and the last room get. We were totally satisfied, even our machine has a dry shelter received. The recommendations about motorradgeeigneten passports was excellent. We will be 2013 again. Rooms are already requested. read more

Good hotel where Hikers and friends of nature, the here your peace search and find. The food is amazing with many Tyrolean specialties and homemade bread, Quark and so on furthermore there was a small snack in the afternoon and the dinner is excellent. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is harmonious. The staff are great-friendly and we have 2 great nights spent in this hotel. Absolute recommendation! read more

To our first tann vacation a year ago it was clear to us, that we back here will be. Our expectations were even this time perfectly fulfilled. From the very friendly and warm welcome, the soothing refreshing towel and offered welcome drink we were just' at home'. Vacation from the first second on. This time in a R. M complojer suite number 321. Even this time we booked with half board. On the parking are especially German license plate to see. In addition a couple more a few Italian guests. read more

    The R. M. complojer suite 321 is spacious and functional. The living room on two sides window and is therefore very bright and friendly. The bedroom is generous, rather somewhat darkly, but nice and cool, and offers enough space, it is adjacent however directly at the bathroom a other room, therefore, you had certain noise, the especially in the morning morning a bit annoying. The bathroom is spacious and bright and has also two small window mT integrated blinds. The only we want to critize ( complain of a high standard!) is the shower. There is no shower stall or shower's wall or similar so is the bathroom in the morning each 'flooded'.

    The food was for us a further reason stay in's tann to come. Even this time we were not disappointed. The food is of very good craft quality. The offered menus are varied and rather traditional and typical of the country. It really has something there for every taste. The various buffet were again a feast for the eyes. The selection of drinks is huge and leaves nothing to the imagination. Wines from South Tyrol for any taste and every budget.

    Still quiet and idyllic location. The selection of well-marked hiking trails, is almost endless. For excursions in the valley ( for example Bolzano, Meran) is the Ritten card available. Free use of the whole public transportation. Where you other places a lot of money for public transportation and trains wrapped, one drives on the Ritten free of charge. The car can confidently is possible to be.

The decorations are with much attention to detail chosen and not overstuffy. the hosts are welcoming and have great interest in guest. Love courteous service forces it a miss anything. the breakfast is delicious and diverse. the dinner is simply brilliant. the kitchen offers a culinary variety, the leaves nothing to be desired. And if nevertheless, then gets the guest and its specific request. We have a wonderful week on the Ritten experience. Weather and best wanderbedingungen. Thanks to the Ritten Card are trains and bus free and we have accordingly used, and the car let stand. In the very quiet convenient and quiet hotel tann us the most impressed with the genuine friendliness of the staff and the owners. There could be some holding a large tranche of it off. Thanks to the good weather we had the fitnessräume outside in nature. In bad weather the offer in the hotel rather moderate. No pool, no fitness room or similar it has a small ... the offer for steam baths. From the spa and wellness facilities which we didn't use. We have instead the peace and quiet the hotel's 'park' enjoyed. What we really liked a lot, was the possibility, the breakfast on the sun terrace to enjoy. The food was good, varied and absolutely plentiful. Beautifully prepared plates day by day. The different buffets were not overloaded, but again and again refilled. We can definitely recommend this hotel. read more

Pure relaxation in the nature, well-being feeling vacation of the best, the stressed townspeople is here very well waived, levels for walks from the house, great kitchen, the best service and the barman Peter is great. Familiar and professionally run Hotel. In 2012 we in any case again there. Nature and mountain lovers are very well cared for. A shopping trip to Bolzano by train from klobenstein and then the gondola from Bolzano is a must-see above. read more

Family-run small hotel in the forest with amazing views of the mountains. Perfect for hiking, relaxation for the soul, good food and superb quality and taste for the body. Very good mixture between modern ambience and natural wood tones. Caring hands of the owner couple leaves us from the first minute feel. We'll be back. Thank you for one week off. read more

Great hotel for nature lovers, the comfort of contact does not fall heavily. Rooms, restaurant and sauna area were very good! Great view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace and the sauna area. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. The choice is exceptionally varied and the service is really great. The staff was competent and had the ability to communicate accommodating and the hosts of a warmth spray. The location is just one kilometre away from the cable car to the horn Rittner and bus station is right near the hotel. Shops, etc. there are four miles ... away in klobenstein, which didn't bother us any further. We have in June 2011 and a really good here active holiday with plenty of time for relaxation experience. Idyllic located 1500 meters we could enjoy the unspoilt nature and peace and plenty of walks from the hotel. We are particularly impressed with the wonderful Alp meadows and almrausch Rittner on the horn. We never needed our car, because of the rode card we could narrow track course, the gondola to bolzano and on the rode the buses are free to use. The affectionate decorations throughout the hotel happy our eye. The food was excellent and they were all full. Another highlight was the friendliness of the owners and all. read more

We enjoyed the hotel in the heart closed. It has a wonderful quiet secluded location on the rode, surrounded by forest and meadows, with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. This is the best chill out and relax. Hiking trails are immediate in front of the hotel, a ski resort (Rittner horn) in reachable Nearby. A small Wellness Area treated the guests. Beautiful Sun Terrace. The great food and beverage choices were impressive. The meals are, also for vegetarians, versatile, varied and very tasty. We are very much looking forward to go back. read more

Beautiful families run hotel in a fantastic location. The service is good, particularly the daily breakfast buffet, as well as the food at the evening to praise. The surrounding area is an absolute dream. As soon as you walk out of the hotel is the silence-the perfect get away from daily stress and bustle of the city. This hotel is dog friendly, so you four legged family member take with you. Perfect, that you are a dog separately to placed is. Many hiking trails lead to and from the hotel, there is a lack of ideas here. An area to relax after the sauna with a fantastic view, as well as Outdoor Spa tub are available. The only negative to mention are the opening times of the sauna, as well as the much too soft mattresses in the beds. Not recommended for gluten free food (celiac disease), although the hotel brochure under 'special' is mentioned (without gluten kitchen) sound knowledge of celiac disease does not exist, neither at the Chef at the hostess. So I was a stir-fry vergetables with normal Soya sauce (wheat starch contains) without gluten meal served. After 20 minutes. Showed the first complaints (stomach cramps and so on), and after five days of fighting with flatulence. read more

It was important for us, a quiet hotel. Directly from the hotel you can reach countless hiking trails in a beautiful area. Mountain breakfast at 06:00 o'clock in the morning you should have gone through. Not necessarily because of the sunrise, but it is precisely because of the unique peace, the one in the morning at 07:00 o'clock to tour the start. During the scenic the rode is very recommendable. A totally perfect holiday! We will definitely be back! read more

We had an apartment on the first floor, new and very well maintained. Great View. The menu was at the Breakfast determine. The selection was satisfactory. The waiter (very nice) always asked if you may have. The decoration of the tables was very elaborate and lovely. read more

A well run, family Hiking hotel with fantastic view of the Dolomites. The competence of the staff in their host family was warm & friendly. The rooms are spacious & very clean. The food (breakfast and dinner) is varied featuring a South Tyrol touch afflicted. The wine list was small but nice. The prices of the drinks were okay. The Wellness Area is small but nice & very clean. This hotel is not suitable for families with small children, as it is. It is great for hiking excursions.
