Nice location in the middle of nature!
From the outside very attractive hotel in modern colors.
At the front desk is friendly pleasant atmosphere.
Very nice inglenook with comfortable chair and plenty of literature.
The standard rooms are very small with mini-bathroom and never and never 4 stars fairly!
The cleanliness both in the room as well as in the entire hotel is very strong to be desired.
The billiard table and table tennis table are quite schrottig.
The breakfast buffet was good, as well as the dinner in the restaurant, which we however only
On 2. evening could use ..., because the manager believe was, that it is for 8 people not worth it, the kitchen open-who despite for this hotel decides, should therefore friday arrive and not thursday, because there not only no food (both at noon, as well as in the evening ), but also in the evening starting from about 19 hours all the doors completely be completed, so we left except a couple of minutes via interior corridors-walking the rest of the evening quasi bored to death have. read more

A large hotel, already furnished with much kunststucke.
Rooms are rather small, and with lots of small macken, as vitragen not well hanging, badabfluss didn't work, tv broken.
Friendly service in the evening, very helpful. Good food but no 4 stars worth. read more

For a short break suitable, good output destination for walks. Rooms were quite small, the tv was hanging crooked on the wall and with the verbeigehen often the obstacle. Apart, that we did with the remote control not in motion could (we needed however also not absolutely) since we also because of the existing sauna the hotel selected, we were about the condition very disappointed: dirty floor in the relaxation area, dirt, mold and broken tiles in the wet area-it was quite scary.
The food whereas was good ( half board), also the furnishing the restaurants. read more

We booked on the basis of the pictures and the useless stars a good, clean and well equipped hotel expected. Here we were disappointed. The frontdesk was very friendly and well. When we the room/ apartment visited, we like in a good youth hostel comfortable. It was a family room, which also with a dog can be used. It was unfortunately no that clean as expected, that means in two rooms and in the bathroom were everywhere in the area of ceiling spiders. On a bed sheet were clear stains to see, also with the occupation of the bed noticed ... must. The shower curtain the bathtub had already strong mold.
Evenings we are in the sauna gone. I would have at a four star hotel towels in the sauna area expected, the unfortunately not there were. Bathrobes did not give it. In the shower area were everywhere also traces from mold to to be recognized. A soap dispenser on the cold shower facilities was broken out of the wall. These looked however so, that it is not just happened. The hoses the feet basins were only limited functional. These various small faults pulled through the entire hotel.
The breakfast was as a usual tavern or 2a 3 star hotel. Some fish dishes were offered or other Characteristics were not good. This house we can not recommend. We were 2 nights later in a four star hotel in Euskirchen (Ameron Parkhotel), so that we direct comparison had. There could the carpe diem a large emulate. read more

Thus the best at the hotel was clearly the food:-) there was also the value for money. The service was very nice and attentive.
Sauna we didn't use, only the spa facilities. We were however 2 villages further into the private house of the masseuse dangers, because the wellness area of the hotel probably not large enough or completed renovated. Under the one-hour massage I also much more promised, as I would have better accomplished as the masseuse. read more

The hotel has around the 50 room, almost exclusively double room. By dutch run. In the 70. years built and since apparently only on selected isolated places for example entrance area, the entrance area of the wellness area. The average age of the hotel is rather 45 years. Little younger people. And the cleanliness especially in the room leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor area of the hotel is very big and could be a little more effort very nice, however this unfortunately quite neglected. read more

the cleaning of the rooms left a lot to be leftover;

I have never seen such a inspiring hotel. The photos on the home page of the reality. The spacious layout of the entrance hall is impressive. The fireplace invites you to relax. I have never been to such a quiet hotel. You hear nothing, but also nothing at all ☺

The hotel seems to be from the seventies, but since that not replaced. Unfortunately, this is not reflected in our room (mold in the corners). Two dried Spiders on the wall may bad luck have been. The bathroom was OK! The mattresses were processed. The wellness area as far as we can tell pretty okay, it could be a bit warmer. The booked Beauty treatments were very pleasant ☺ the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fireplace in the lobby we were happy used. All together a revitalization of the area would be safe. There was nothing good, unless ... you do it! read more

Hotel is 45 years old and does not seem to be much since the invested left a lot to be desired. Everything was old and shabby. Cleanliness is in the Sunday sauna everywhere mold on the ceilings. Over half of the guests were Dutch, between 40 and 65 years. These were all nice and criticized also a lot. read more

the room very small. Little Room For Manoeuvre. The fitness room a mixture of Construction (lobby etc.) and Schrottlager . Most of the cardio equipment was broken. Small radiator not ggen the cold at. The loaner bikes the lowest rate category (old unique cantilever brakes) are in a Techn.. condition, the almost passive physical borders (accident at gelängten chains). They apparently as the fitness equipment not maintained and well maintained.

The hotel from the outside and inside is very nice in wonderful country sheep. The Hotel food à la carte was bad, fast service why not freshly prepared. The fries were plentiful and tasted as good for too long and rather form frozen meat. The number. Court of Justice were the pasta in a sauce drowns, I more than my children for an emergency if there was ever hurry would serve. The selection at the breakfast was rather sparse were always refilled only a few fresh bread rolls which were quite fast. For years we go twice a year in ... four St. Hotels-this is none. You had no idea how to make a cocktail prepared, although there is a nice bar. The staff is young, helpful, but completely incompetent. It took over two hours for check out. The furnishing is nicely and tastefully shame with style, but the hotel does not exist. read more

The condition of the hotel is partly rehabilitation needy. The grounds are not well maintained and partly broken. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately the Wellness Area dirty, small, cold and not very inviting. The pool we were looking for in vain. Therefor the breakfast was very good and wide! The massage was good. Only the location of the massage area, in the middle of the walkway between the rooms, the relax somewhat difficult. The fitness room is also rather poor equipped. General there were many small things that stand out negatively. If so the four stars way leaves, mobile ... and don't expect much, will have a few days. For younger Guests not so; the average age was between 45-60 years. read more
