The hotel Kroneck in Kirchberg is a 4 star hotel sold. It must however be improved. At the front desk sits a lady definitely not the friendliness in persona is. Cool and distant you were greeted. After complaint on the durchdringlichen smell of the room, we were a different room assigned (not the one tried to be polite). The spa is very pleasant and offers from sauna to jacuzzi. However, such things as geborstene mirror at the jacuzzi, from hanging lamps and angerostete screws in the pool (at the treppenverschraubungen ) not the standard of a star hotel. A great hotel -unfortunately they bedin small faults the positive thing picture a bit... Excellent the rooms are, bar/restaurant and the pool/spa-the basement area (including the games room and toilets) needs but in dire need of a renovation... Service is actually also super nicely-if it weren't for the rather unfriendly front desk at check in would have been... And the loose shower in the bathroom had also 2 times be complained about, before they was repaired... read more

    Ski bus almost on the doorstep (to the lift to walk is however with skis hardly possible, since it was already quite steep uphill and it a few hundred meters are)-departure to the hotel with sufficient snow possible... For skiing almost ideal.

We were with 5 families in this hotel and booked all inclusive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the dishes is excellent. During dinner you could still a portion of order. The selection of drinks is good (limo, Cola, juices, Draft beer, Wheat, white, red wine, tea, coffee) 10 until 22:00 o'clock. The pool- and wellness area is excellent. The rooms are big. It was all very good and we will be back. read more

    The rooms were big and very well furnished, there were enough shelf space and closets. The bathroom was bright and relatively new, the toilet was located in a separate room. Tv program were mainly German.

    The dinner was very high quality, there was about ten different salads and even baked ciabatta, every day another soup and three main courses for choice, one vegetarian. Also extra wishes or nachschläge weren't a problem. To the dessert usually there was a cheese buffet, fresh fruits, ice and a further dessert ( for example topfenstrudel, tiramisu, etc.). The hotel was also a very large selection: different rolls and bread, yoghurt, fresh fruits etc. For lunch you could a lunch box pack ( knoppers, water, rolls from the buffet to the making, fruit). In the afternoon there was also cakes, also different kinds of.

    The staff in the restaurant is very friendly. In the morning, if you for breakfast comes, you can not at all that quick look, as the coffee on the table. Evenings the main course and the first drinks brought, everything else gets oneself one. Although the hotel attracts a lot of guests, there was never a queue at the buffet. The rooms were always very clean, change of towels was-if desired-daily. At the front desk there was also beach towels and at deposit bathrobes.

    The pool was rather small, but perfectly adequate. The sauna area was for the summer big enough, for the winter probably a bit too small limited. The lawn for sunbathing had many chairs and umbrellas.

    The hotel lies at the edge of Kirchberg, within walking distance to the center. In the immediate vicinity is a chairlift, the in the summer drives, approximately 30 minutes out ( on foot) there is a gondola (fleckalmbahn) on the Hahnenkamm/ ehrenbachhöhe. The hotel is perfect starting point for mountain bike tour, there in every direction beautiful tours are available.

We already were to the 3. with our grandchild in this hotel and have on request always' our ' table. The employees are friendly and the food is good. The excursions with children are fabulous, we have every day an other abenteuerberg explored on foot. We will surely still some years to the hotel go. read more

We felt as a family in the hotel Kroneck felt really good. The hotel is a ideal starting point for walks. The food is varied and very tasty. The spa area with a sauna, resting room, jacuzzi and outdoor pool is very clean and friendly. We found the atmosphere in the hotel very friendly and relaxed. The hotel we would rather for families recommend and less for couples ( without children). read more

One receives in the Kroneck anyway. A all inclusive offer for round 150 euros on 3 or 4 days with high quality drinks ( for example Stiegl-wheat beer!) a great breakfast buffet, lunch box, coffee/ cakes and tasty dinner ( time menu, time buffet, salad- and pre-/ desserts buffet) must only once someone bring about. Sure the hotel is not the newest and the rooms were somewhat pimped (carpet worn-out), the couse accassable through an elevator is small and not up to date anymore. But we thought, the small, but fine wellness area is our requirements met and you end ... of May/ beginning June on a water temperature of 24 degrees Simply not whine should. These Raunzern is better: drive in early summer after Gastein or to Abano and compares then performance and price. We felt in any case felt really good and will definitely return in Kroneck a short break book. read more

Very beautiful hotel, ideal as a starting point for hikes, bus line stops in front of the hotel. The sauna in rain on request opened before, the swimming pool was already from 8 o'clock or earlier open. Tasteful varied food, everything from fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the hotel has with 4 stars very little to do. Very unfriendly staff at the reception. The cleanliness in this hotel is good. Unfortunately the pool and the spa area very cold. The food unfortunately leaves to desire. Rather poor quality and very offering a clear view portions. We are every year Pentecost our hiking vacation in hotels similar category, and had so much expected more than we got. For the price there are better hotels. read more

the hotel as already in the year 2010 great room and a great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we have this year the afternoon ski snack missed the probably was abolished. the dinner 4-course menu unfortunately was not so rich as 2010. that was probably because we in February were there. one makes on Nobel hotel (food is good) but little some tourist after eating go to Kitzbühel to MC-Donald wanted. read more

    Only a few hundred meters to the maierl ski lift, ski bus stops in front of the hotel and we always had to only a couple of minutes wait and were in a minute at the lift. Departure is on small Shortcuts to the court possible, those who didn't dare also accepts the ski bus back. Really good connections.
