I was for the 2. time boathouse and was next year! The staff is like always very friendly, the service excellent (thanks to baw, the the whole day food and drinks at the pool/beach returns). The selection at the breakfast is also super, if you didn't find anything it is your own fault (what food such people at home?) There are always very good edam cheese, probably, because the manager dutch is ☺ It is simply as' come home ', as lots of regular guests in the hotel are. Excluding the italian groups, the this year (unfortunately ) the hotel ... booked and very through their negative behaviour noticeable (reserve at 7:30 o'clock at the beach, loud screaming during the day), not stay there again! In the evening recommends a visit to the krua thai restaurant, simply the road right down, there meets one anyway again the half hotel ☺ On wednesday is now a small market, where various essensständchen and some shoppingstände returns. Unfortunately, you can to eat almost nowhere to sit, but for a quick snack, it's ok. read more

The hotel is, as already from many described getting very old (anyhow the room we had). Otherwise, it is a style typical of the region. The garden, the way to the beach, i found super! The beach itself a dream:-) enough chairs and umbrellas available. The staff is very friendly, like most people on the island, speaks but only in thai and english. To 2,5 days rain, directly upon arrival in the hotel it started... Only great weather and a very lovely vacation, which at the very freublichen population and on the beautiful island of lag. We had a wonderful vacation in a very nice hotel. Felt on holiday check to this hotel and were not disappointed! The hotel is very well-kept and green. You feel good straight away like on vacation. Through the boathouses has the complex a special flair, which we immediately forfeited were. There are many germans in the hotel, from young to old everything is there! There is also a pool table, table tennis and two computers. Use is free! read more

    The premier room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The bathroom was really very big with tub and shower, between the bathroom and the living room had a window. So you could from the tub into the garden. The double bed was very big and not worn out. Every day there was two bottles of water free. The loungers on the balcony were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Also free wi-fi in the room. The cleaning lady made daily for absolute cleanliness.

    The bar and the restaurant were very good. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and tasteful. There was plenty of choice. From crepes, omelets to fresh fruit and cold cuts everything was very good. Also the restaurant by the beach was delicious, credit there also times for lunch. In addition the bar offers a happy hour at, two delicious cocktails for the price of one ☺. Overall there are two bars, a restaurant and the breakfast terrace.

    The staff was always very friendly and willing to help. The english knowledge were good. The rooms were always very clean and hand towels were always changed if necessary. We had no complaints! Everything you in the hotel so has skewed, you could to the room write to let and at the end of to pay. You can also the free hotel shuttle to the sister hotel to Chaweng and a day.

    The two pools were unfortunately somewhat warm by the constant sun but always clean. There is an air-conditioned fitness room with several new equipment we used it. You can also free towels, kayaks and snorkel hire. There are plenty of chairs at the beach and at the pool available. Everywhere very quiet. Otherwise there was no animation! The massages on Strand Pavillon on the grounds are very recommendable.

    The hotel is located in a beautiful bay. The sea was in the two weeks very quiet, therefore one could swim very well. The beach is well-tended and beverage choices. Water quality was good. Low tide and high tide we hardly noticed. Although the hotel only approximately 15 minutes away from the airport is, you could hardly hear the aircraft noise. In front of the hotel there is a long road with lots of tasty restaurants and shops. One could eat everywhere very well, our favorite was however the orchid. If you get it but gladly somewhat more calmly would like, then is the Cristal directly at the beach the best tip! If you wanted it a bit more exciting would like can with the sammelpickups for narrow money in the next place to Chaweng go. And there the commotion enjoy. For a delicious lunch we can beach vendors recommend. It was always very tasty and fresh.

If you want a boathouse suite has. Our renovated boathouse suite number 424 fulfilled all criteria. On the criticism with previous reviews, other zimmerkatogerien, we cannot take the liberty judgment. Friendliness and willingness to help really impressed us (particularly worthy of mention are' baw ' at the pool bar and ' i ' for breakfast). The previous reviews the hotel already described, therefore from us the following recommendations: - day trip around koh phangan with the-chantara-(chinese junk). - the restaurants 'orchid ',' long table ' and especially 'krua thai '. - evening market, always on wednesdays (right in ... front of the hotel) - evening market, always on fridays at fisherman's village (taxi: back 300 Bhat, back always 400 Bhat!) - the exchange rate Euro/ Bhat was with us in bar cheaper, than at the atm. The drive from the airport to the hotel takes just about 10 minutes, but at the beach and on the complex There is no disturbance by the noise of the planes. General is the size from the hotel as: large, to describe. The 3 story building and individual boathouses are in a beautiful tropical garden, so a the size not noticeable. The spacious lobby, as well as the bar and the open dining area are airy and nicely decorated. In spite of the the street was here, a quiet and cozy breakfast possible. About the cleaning was nothing to complain about. Next to the bar there is a billiard table, a ping-pong table, as well as two computer with free internet access ready. Wlan was in the lobby and in the ... room to receive. There were all sorts of guests there, couples from young to old. Families were also there. There is current hotel dog, these are however not pushy and very nice. Only point of criticism is that the hotel here and there a little dated looks.     We had a superior room booked. The big drawback was the small bathroom. This was strongly worn out and in need of renovation. The joints and the mirror in the were dirty. The closets musty and broken. A minibar was available. As well as an airco and kettle. Really large terrace was with two chairs, a table, and a clothes line. A fan and light could on the terrace be connected. A hair dryer was in the room available. The bed was comfortable and firm. Here is clearly the better premier room recommendable. This has a new renovated bathroom. Otherwise differ the rooms hardly any.

    We had booked accommodation with breakfast, this was very varied and plentiful. Miss we had nothing. From different bread and rolls, cold cuts, cereals, yoghurt and fresh omelets everything was represented. Of course there was also fresh fruits. Local soups and pasta rice dishes were also to choose from. It always tasted well. Besides the cocktails at the beach bar. The were tasted very watery and tasteless. At noon we ate little things at the beach, from the small movables cookshops. There were then from locals thais mangos, spring rolls, and maize offered.     The staff made through the bank a motivated and dedicated impression. The foreign language skills were good. The service made a good job. So we were greeted by a beach boy as beach accompanied, the then umbrella stretched and the towels on the chair handled. The rooms were cleaned adequately. Also the very recommendable private dinner at the beach was well organized and gave us completely satisfied. Once we had a problem with the safe, the solution but a while.

In the hotel free kayaks and snorkelling can be rented. Only there unfortunately not lots to see. Gym is available. Otherwise a really dignified bay where the peace and quiet only by jet skis and the traders is disturbed. No animation

Hotel the hotel is actually more than 20-years-old, but in a good condition. Because of the age the hotel/building here and there certain flaws, the for a better overall impression should be cleared away. The rooms and boat suites are sequentially renovated. We had a very nice, large boat suite with good furnishings. The boat suites are surrounded by greenery, so that you can here very comfortable. Some boat suites are directly on the main path between the main building and the pool/beach, the through traffic can be disturbing. On the final day we had to get the waiting period ... still a standard room to night (late check-out 18 hours) booked, also nicely appointed, but maximally for a few days stay recommendable is. Food the breakfast was hearty with amongst others different types of bread (also dark bread and whole wheat bread), fruit, eggs and omelets, cereal/cereals, yogurts, sausage, cheese, warm and cold dishes, hot asian dishes. In particular, the asian dishes and the fruits were varied. Dinner -evening events (thai evening, grill buffet and so on.) Are very recommendable. Though is the food rather touristy seasoned (in comparison to the surrounding local restaurants), but you can go to revive itself seasoning and altogether the dishes very tasty and in a nice atmosphere in the restaurant arranged. Staff the staff is mostly very polite and accommodating. A complaint (defective water heater) was immediately repaired! The criticism, that the air conditioning from the housekeeping staff from the 2. week always consistently switched off (as a day trip can be very unpleasant, if the rooms on 36 °c heated), was unfortunately not respected. Beach the beach is with full hotel for our taste too small. The loungers were partly in 6-series arranged. By the pool it is not so cramped. A tobendes nightlife there is however not. Always on wednesdays is just next to the hotel a night market, the really cute and the one with the sauntering all kinds of souvenirs for home can be found. The eateries are good and cheap. Conclusion overall the hotel is probably for families with children as for those seeking relaxation, the intimate atmosphere prefer, suitable. read more

We knew samui from the last year and this beach because of the 'peace' is selected. The hotel because of the good reviews. Unfortunately also at our time, middle march, an italian firm place! 190 people! Nothing against the italians, i like this people very gladly. But if i in Thailand holiday to a place, i would like to not every evening in full volume italo listen to music! Space at the beach and at the pool was scarce! We booked only 1 day at the beach spend. For us just too much Rimini feeling. ( were fortunately only 4 ... day) unfortunately, our entire stay troubled. Without the hype we would certainly another picture about this hotel at the very nice beach is. Had a boathouse suite. These are actually very nice but getting quite old, some are even 'defunct' and mobs before itself. The breakfast was ok but the area without flair. We had stayed in another star hotel. In comparison, the boathouse not worth 4 stars. read more

We were there with our small son (1 year) in the boat house, because we the hotel already for the 3. time visited. This time with a toddler, but worked well. The staff and also the rooms were as usual great. The breakfast also has more than enough choice. That in comparison to 2010 very disturbed, that in the hotel and above all at the beach much more was going on. Apparently the hotel has a cooperation with any italian tour operator, because during our 4 weeks stay 2 times huge groups checked in. Once ' emmeti' and even ' ... radoschini' or sunday In any case there were about 200 italian in one swoop. Otherwise were rather german and a few austrians in the hotel. Since we from the past rather quiet were used, it was of course a bit bother us. At the beach were then at least 5-6 rows of beach chairs and a large proportion of these early in the morning arranged. We know that from Thailand not at all and that is why we find the development a great shame. The pool boys, the the loungers it play the game with and even worse, there were russian tourists the chairs and in the pool wide, which does not even in the hotel live. This situation the pool boys not forbidden, or i've observed, that these just could not get. All in all the beach is beautiful and only the boat house so crowded. The rest of the Choeng Mon Beach is quiet and really nice. Outside the hotel is always a good restaurant find and concerning the price still considerably cheaper as for example chäweng. read more

    Distance to the beach circa 200 meters through a beautiful with plants bewucherten way flowers on flowers. Airport about 15 minutes away, but didn't bother us. You got on the street what you need. Food was very good and delicious in the krua thai, orchid and grillhouse. Delicious the curry dishes were always offered. Country, people culture was a great trip, at the end there was a beautiful spa then steam bath, jacuzzi and thai oil massage. With the junk chantara we made a day trip. Everything with either german-language travel line or german.

Nice hotel directly on the sandy beach the chong mong-bay. Here nearly everything is a boat. The complex is very quaint and the way to the beach nice short. At the beach there are always vacant chairs. The staff are very friendly and more than willing to help. Especially the handling and the willingness to help with people with disabilities, us positively surprised. The food was delicious, evenings there were live music and regularly event offers, like for instance barbecue at the beach. We enjoyed the spa -offer used and really enjoyed. A cooking class in beach restaurant we passed. ... Lovely. read more

Our trip to the silver wedding wholeheartedly enjoyed! Our boathouse suite had the number 412-very well equipped and top clean! We are with flowers (also in the bathtub) fruits and a bottle of bubbly and also been adopted. The staff always very nice and helpful and the posted breakfast varied and more than adequate. The area was booked by us with the scooter explored ( 200 Bhat) for 24 hours had the whole area nothing to complain about and many repeat visitors to know learned. The places Chaweng and Lamai are a must for every night owls ☺ Conclusion: we ... can the complex warmly recommend and koh samui to 100% further male visit read more

We had dreamlike flitterwochen in this great hotel. We can only recommend it, just extremely nice. Great room, terribly pleasant staff, the breakfast was more than good, very good choice. The beverages at the pool bar were also very recommendable. Restauranttechnisch we can the grillhouse is definitely two houses recommend, as well as the orchid and the chaplin, everything is in the street of the hotel. For shopping you will find directly opposite a family mart, somewhat further one of our beloved seven eleven. All together: a great stay where you nothing at all complaints can, just amazing, it could ... not be better. read more

We keep the hotel in very good memory and would book it again. Perhaps to improve (a matter of opinion) would be the breakfast buffet. After four days already one longs oneself to change. However as mentioned the tastes are different! Definitely superior room book! read more

    As we hadn't booked an all inclusive, was the transfer to the hotel but also not a problem, taxi at the airport available, about 12 minutes until to the hotel. Beach: it is important, where the room is, however a few steps through the nice hotel and you are already at the beach, chairs by the pool are sufficiently available, annoying as always the loungers owner. There are restaurants at the beach and in the street for the hotel (grill house was very good). Shopping: not very excessively, but shaweng is in 10 minutes with a tuk-tuk or taxi to reach, as is very busy.
