Decent hotel, 20 minutes on foot to the center, staff different, some very friendly, other less, on arrival told us the wellness department be included, when we once to the pool wanted to leave said another lady at the front desk that it 15 Euro costs extra. Around Verona to visit ok, read more

Very positive: free transfer with bus to the arena and after midnight back parking garage there was without an extra charge ( off-season?) pool quite cold buses welcome altogether good recommendation read more

The hotel has a manageable location, is very clean. The breakfast buffet is recommendable. Under the guests were many different nationalities to watch. read more

    The size of the rooms was adequate. Very enjoyable, the dark curtains and blinds. The bathroom was new and well equipped.

    The breakfast buffet was sufficient. It was always refilled and the quality was very tidy. As we had in Germany worse four star hotels. Dinner we didn't use. The bar was available.

    The staff were very friendly. At the front desk they spoke English and German. The room staff was very attentive. We had a blanket as second pillow taken. At the next evening was a second pillows have been.

    On foot it was about 30 minutes to the old town from Verona. The bus held nearly on the doorstep and drove to the train station and city center.

The hotel was well equipped and had a very versatile breakfast buffet for Italian standards. One had be good on foot, to to the center to come, but it has Verona from a completely other side discovered. Thus in some streets very nice places found or cute shops. read more

As a city hotel for a short stay of OK. We had an old room, everything was a bit worn. The price for the room was 130 euro, that is OK. Great was the free shuttle bus to the opera and back. read more

The hotel staff is very rude, that starts at the front desk and ends at the breakfast staff. The breakfast is good, but the staff is not in a position to refill the buffet, sufficient tableware to offer. When asking you to respond very rude! At the reception, you won't greeted, with complaints (water dripped from the ceiling, is shrugging answered " "). The hotel is pretty good and winding built, what point is not improved. All in all is a hotel with its staff, this clearly shows a strong aversion to your guests! read more

For a concert in July because the bathroom and the proximity to the arena very to be recommended. We had the only room with jacuzzi romance. The right for young or older lovers. read more
