I dont think this hotel deserves to be in a catalog as "good tested". Of course you have a very nice view of the lake but in my personal opinion there are a lot of things that have to be changed to have the three stars that it supposes to have. When you book this hotel they never tell you that is far away from everything, the only thing that is nice and near are the waterfalls. You can walk and explore the surroundings. They are very nice! As we arrived all the things were broken. Most of the gokarts ..., Gold wasching place and Sauna were broken or didnt function. Playinground. Can we really call it playground? The room was nice and inside was a comfortable atmosphere. Restaurant was not clean a lot of flies flying around all the time. Food was good specially the evening four time menu. Breakfast was ok. When you arrive nobody is at the reception you have to search for somebody and ask for your key. They dont show you your room they only tell you were you have to go and with the bagagge helps you. Breakfast, a little snack for the kids, coffee and little cake for the afternoon and four time menu evenings are included. Drinks are not included and are expensive. You are welcome if you come with your dog but ask for the price before you go there. Catalog price is 7 euro per day. At the end of the holiday I had to pay 2 Euro more. Inside playground is a joke. It isnt an inside playground. It is a room with toys for babies. You have to pay a local tax too. read more

The rooms are very nice. I had a room with balkony. Mine was not very big but it was enough. Bad was in a good size. You have a safe but telefon not. You have tv. Mornings comes a cleaning lady but she doesnt clean very good.

One restaurant with delicious food specialy the evening four time menu it was really delicious! Breakfast was ok u get a buffet with eggs, cheese, ham, mermelade, honey, coffee. The only bad thing from breakfast is the bowl with canned fruits and a pair fresh cut fruits. I found food and drinks expensive. As i wrote before u have a breakfast, little snack for the kids at midday, coffee and cake afternoons and the evening four time menu. I found the cake afternoons not nice either. They dont give you cakes from the menu, they bake a "special cake" for the inside guests.

Service was not good. If you are an outside guest you are better treated, I had the feeling you bother when you ask for something because they are so busy trying to make money with the outside guests, (that is at midday and afternoon). You have to run behind a waitress when you need something. I have to say at breakfast and evening they treat you good because then you have to consum.

As far as I know there is a walking group that goes around the place. I dont really know since I was not treated like a guest and as i wrote before you have to run behind someone to become information about everything you want. They dont have a pool but the nice view of the lake. You can not swim there is very very cold. They have a sauna which is outside, near the lake. But it didnt function and as i read here other opinions it seems to be a long of time that it doesnt function. I dont think they want it to function because eats a lot of electricity.

As I said before you are far away from everything you depend most of the time of your car. So I advice that you bring your drinks and some snacks (the snacks you can take for your excursions or you can eat in any restaurant most of the time, there are restaurants on the way). Near the hotel are the waterfalls.
