Basically could the hotel great potential. However was missing the warmth. Super-great was the new spa area (additionaly we were nearly alone there). Food was very tasteful and also the starters buffet was ok.
At the front desk was never greeted, the tablecloth was in the morning still dirty from the night before. In our room missed the sign 'please do not disturb - is although it is only a small something, but it should be noticed (other rooms there was this). On the first evening were only very few guests there-and it was the dinner underwhelming; at the other ... days however as described above very good and ok.
There was for example no menu-in other words we knew actually never, which you could take.
Also on the day of departure there was no demand, whether everything ok or something like that.
For these reasons, we have this hotel - at least at the price-only very conditionally recommend it. read more

We were now already the third time in Hotel Sonnalp, and we liked it always better. Through the construction of wellneesbereiches the hotel has even more quality won. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the cleanliness in G flat. Hotel is okay. The from the hotel offered guided hikes with Maria are always interesting and informative. The only thing which to 'fault' would be, is the replenishment of buffet. There was sometimes problem if you later during dinner times came. The affected but not at all the very good impression of hotels.

In this hotel you feel already when arriving however. All are very friendly and willing to help. A special mention for the kitchen, the food was very good and lovingly arranged. For breakfast would like unfortunately some weaknesses complain about. As we had at 9 o'clock for breakfast went was unfortunately often no bread, the meat platters were empty, no hot water for tea, or the bread rolls were way. After some demand was hesitant refilled, but always friendly. The rooms were very spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathroom very nice and clean. A jewel is located in the ... basement, the swimming pool and the sauna area. Everything new and comfortably furnished, simply to be comfortable. We just a week time out retreat! And were not at all in this hotel disappointed! In all-inclusive was everything for everyone and food and drinks needs. The spa and sauna area simply wonderful. Fitness what your heart desires!

Nice hotel, but rather something for hikers without small children.
In the place one in about 10 minutes walking distance, the noisy river is at night a little annoying, the pool is very nice, very recommendable, large garden with sunbathing lawn. Kitzbühel can be reached in 10 minutes' drive.
For small children is the area not so nice. read more

We really enjoyed it. The sauna area and the swimming pool we didn't use. The weather was just reasonable ( however therefor the hotel can not). At the only very nice evening was an excellent Grillpartie organized. Many thanks. read more

If 1000 guests 980 satisfied guests no review when you leave, the remaining 20 the negative, is the Zufriedenheitsquote at 75%. So much for the issue of statistics. We were already for the third time in this hotel and very satisfied as ever. Also a known couple, which for the first time one other couple who's can only follow. These negative evaluations (puts much the competition behind?) were just not comprehensible, by a variety of conversations with guests confirmed. The hotel was as always very clean, definitely friendly and accommodating service, great value for money. Our room was newly renovated ..., great bathroom. Also the spa area has been beautifully refurbished. Food was class with sufficient breakfast. We would love to have those bekochen, the complain or nevertheless rather not. Seems just a German Evil of a high standard to complain about. As ashamed of you sometimes and this guests should consider, if it abroad good representatives are and where the partially bad image of the German comes. We dissociate from in any case. The hotel has to the rear out a massive and wonderful Cooked, which invites boredom. Altogether an all-round successful short break, in 2013 definitely be repeated. read more

The hotel and rooms are super, everything cleanly meals and staff excellent value for money was great ;-) great facilities, all to our tastes everything great, all rooms in good condition ( daily cleaning). Possibilities for hiking for young and old, and our dog also had its fun with walks.
Food was varied and good, something there for every taste.

We, a group of 9 persons, were in the hotel at a couple of days relaxing and Bowlingkasse on the head to boom. The hotel and the whole atmosphere were great. The location, the staff were very good and very friendly. The food was good and plenty and it was at the buffet again at any time refilled. It was for all something. From the hotel could everyone after desire and mood a bit undertake. No matter wether cycling or hiking no desire remained openly. Merely the absence of the mini bar in the room a bit disturbing (for the ... thirsty at night could not allocate enough be remedied ). In short: we will if possible to this hotel again. read more

Hotel already easy getting old, our room but it was renovated and clean, doors and window still old stock but not a problem. Waiter comes from Hungary, gives a typically Austrian hotel therefore not the right atmosphere, has only for Paprikaletscho (supplement to Spies ) fit. read more

Medium hotel complex with about 200 beds and private parking. Clean rooms, TV, good heating, soft beds. Had double room superior overnight stay with breakfast. Too many EU-guests, Dutch, Belgians, English little German mainly middle-higher age. read more

the hotel is relatively large, but still offering a clear view. Somewhat 'old-fashioned' but not uncomfortable. All right clean and tidy. The building is a little outside in a quiet area of Kirchberg, which probably only night owls mind, the evenings in Kirchberg entertainment search. One hears neither church bells nor the traffic. The locked services for our stay was half board. The guest structure is international, with a focus on Dutch and Belgians. Apart from that Eastern Europe, English, Russians, German. There are quite a lot of families represented (lies much. It, that we in the Faschingswoche were there) ... and groups of younger couples. Audience is quiet and no action yet people. read more

We were for the second time in Hoter sonnalp and were again very satisfied. The rooms or the whole hotel were very clean. The biggest compliment for the kitchen! The food was always very delicious and the buffet was great! The only downside were the beds. The mattresses were very worn! Will definitely be back! read more

Unfortunately no four stars, maximum three stars; everything very dated; not for a suitable Wellness vacation. The restaurant-the service was a catastrophe: Sunday from 9.30 o'clock at the breakfast No butter, no scrambled eggs and more; there were also on request not yours; not even silverware or breakfast. read more

We (2 families with children), could really nice days in a very relaxed atmosphere. Great food, nice staff and a very nice hotel. The structure of the guests was 50 + so, little children was probably at the end of the holiday period. The Internnetecke with PC is free of charge, Wi-Fi Internet access for a fee. The bike rental service at the hotel is free, great thing. Hotel lies in the proximity of the gaisberg Sesselliftes, good starting point for hiking tours, information are provided. read more
