The hotel offers of a high standard pure feeling well, our room (smallest category; pebble ) was very clean, new and had a comfortable bathroom with shower. The hotel offers only breakfast, this is very plentiful and with fresh products. Near search for criticism would be the lack of fresh fruit (salad) on müslibüfett. For the evening relaxation there is a small lounge/bar with a sufficient offer. The outstanding this hotel the personal leadership of the hotel by the atmosphere Erhardt in perfection and joie de vivre for the guest run. For skiing the location of the hotel is ideal ... (2 minutes to the ski bus) and about 5 minutes on foot for aprésski. Otherwise gerlos is a well-kept place with sufficient the offer for dining and entertainment. read more

    The hotel Garni has merely two operations which we used: sleeping and breakfast. Sleep was excellent really good rooms. The breakfast was certainly well-intentioned, but poorly implemented. There was a very limited buffet, which was not sufficiently refreshed was. There were only four or five room occupied (thus hardly stress for the waiters) but nevertheless has it not enough for an adequate breakfast to ensure. The owner spent most of the time so with the guests to converse instead of for breakfast to ensure. There are clear deduction; this price unacceptable!

The hotel Alpenherz is a very nice, modern hotel with 20 rooms. The rooms are cozy furnished; the bathroom is clean and big enough. Everything is very clean and tidy. We had a room with a balcony, the quite large and nicely planted was. The hotel owner is very friendly and always make an effort, the wishes of the guests to fulfill.     The room was big enough with a beautiful comfortable bed, a very well maintained bathroom and a big balcony equipped. Equipped the room was additionally with two armchairs and a table, a large closet, a chest of drawers, tv and telephone.

    The hotel is actually located close on the ortsstraße, you hear but also in the room as good as no traffic noise. In 2 minutes you are on foot in the town center with many restaurants ( recommendable is the Milchbar), two sparmärkten, sport shops and other hotels. From the hotel go many hiking trails from. Also the neighboring place are well and easy to reach. There is also a shuttle bus, the various places around gerlos around regularly starts. Otherwise you can in the area very nice cycling or jogging or walking go.

    The hotel lies at the main street, whereas it from o'clock but is very quiet. You hear in the room nothing from the street. We had a room looking out to the street. In 15 minutes you can reach on foot the cars.

Very nice and romantic hotel, ideal for lovers couple. We had a comfort double category ' bergduft ' booked. In the room everything was for the daily hotelbedarf available, the size of the room corresponded to the data. About the cleaning the room we had not the slightest thing to complain about. read more

    The sauna was on request in use taken. Very spacious relaxation area. We allowed we have a massage. The therapist was very friendly and knew immediately where it pinched and zwackt ;-) The hotel has different therapists.

    It was not too far to the center of gerlos, everything ( restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) left well reachable on foot. From the balcony a nice view on the center and the mountains all around.

If we come back to gerlos-then we would gladly go again. Hotel very nice and welcoming. It is a very pleasant and attentive hostess run. Even if the building on the main street is it despite all not noisy-we slept perfect. Possibilities for hiking there are directly in front of the door. read more

Only most warmly highly recommended! Room wonderful and clean! Food was excellent! Sauna area wonderful. The only drawback is the really small, and when we were there it was quite cold pool, but with the rest of the offer was impressive ☺ service total friendly! We would gladly return! read more

We stayed at the October 2011 a week in the hotel to guest. We had booked the 'active Nata' package, a basic cure to detoxify and purify. We stayed in a room of the category 'water' with balcony. The room is very nice, large and comfortable equipped, the bathroom was very spacious and with regard to technology and equipment on reconverted into the whole house is very well maintained, clean and modern. The alpenländische style still received, a successful combination of old and new. The sauna and wellness area is not too big, however, we found it perfectly adequate and ... the sauna was always to our individual needs in operation taken. We really enjoyed the care of the party of Mrs E., the great treatments offer in the area wellness, massage, health. A real treat, very individually tailored to the needs of the guest. Particularly worthy of mention the treatments by Elisabeth and Mario! The highlight of our stay was the cleanliness of the restaurant was amazingly clean! For Maria e. hospitality is not an empty word, it is you! Whether counselling, health tips, recommendations for excursions or whatever the heart, Madam e. is unfailingly with help and advice. Their extensive knowledge as studied biochemist and training in the field of tourism here a perfect connection and was not tired, our numerous questions to answer. With very much love for the detail she gave us and even with the somewhat habituation-needy food the 'active Nata' -cure special preferences into account likes and dislikes. Loaded with new and interesting reading we again on the way home from the sea Zillertal, which has impressed us with its beauty. Many thanks to all! read more

Mrs E., the director, is an expert on health matters and gives personalized advice on regenerating dietary matters and cooks herself. A more than complete range of healthy helpful food products is available for the guests choice and favourite flavouring. Following the professional instructions on when and how to take salt baths and soft brush body care, my fitness and well-feeling jumped within 48 hours to levels I had not experienced for months! Hikingbecame fun again ..., on flat or sloped tracks, short or for hours. read more

    Very comfortable (over 20 squaremeters) with a great view from the balcony over the valley/village up the creek towards snow-capped mountains. Amply furnished with easy-chairs for reading and/or foot-baths, with TV and room-service, telephone at an arm's length. Equally so the Lounge and Bar downstairs. Pleasant decorations throughout the premises made for a permanent sunny impression, in seasonal colours.

    Nota bene: I was there to follow the Regenata programme; hence, diet breaks would have spoiled the purpose and excellent result. But see my comments above: out-of-house restaurant guests were noticed, which speaks for the hotel regular cooking!)

    The members of the E. family are the basic staff, with other professional staff added according to occupancy. In October the season is at a low and spa-guests (Regenata fans) accordingly enjoy more time for question and answer sessions with Mrs E.. The hotel also helps with private car transport when required outside bus schedule, e.g. to catch a train at Zell-am-Ziller to connect to Innsbruck or Salzburg airports. I noticed fluency in English on general matters and guidance. The premises are kept impeccably clean. Medical, pharmaceutical and personal services (laundry, hairdresser/barber, tobacconist, shops of all kinds) are, of course, locally available and within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel offers an internet connection near the spa-area.The general menu appears very good (I noticed restaurant guests at mealtimes, which usually is a good sign!). 'Complaints' wer not noticed; but all my wishes on wellness/sauna/steambath/massages etc were accommodated promptly. (NB: when the house is 'full', scheduling will be subject to advance bookings a day before, I guess).

    Again, I had all the fun in the wellness facilities and on the massage table: a professional masseur with long years of experience and familiar with the Regenata programme enhanced my well-feeling and the aim of the programme.He was also a helpful fountain of information not only on health matters, but also on local features of all kinds like scenic hikes not to miss... Swimming pools are available in nearby Huge hotels with Crowds of guests (obviously not my choice!); but their facilities may be used as day guests, including the sunterraces (at least I tried this, once, to check out 'the big ones' around). I found the noice level (children) inconvenient because I was looking for the peace and quiet, away from own large family - which is enjoyment of a different type, when you are the Grand-Pa...

    From nearby bus stops one reaches Zell-am-Ziller (railroad stop, small guage) in less than half an hour: free of charge (free-pass provided by hotel!). This allows wonderful photographs to support the memory when one wishes to 're-experience' the stay - and it triggers the desire to keep certain healthy eating and body-care habits later on. I lost weight and have kept the trimmer shape for the five weeks since my hotel stay. And I want to do better! A guestwanting and willing to learn more about personally suited feeding habits and body care must seek this experience!

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Alpenherz Hotel. The Proprietor was very accommodating to our needs, friendly, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the area. The hotel was extremely clean, well furnished and offered an excellent breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return. read more

We stayed five nights at the alpenherz Hotel in Hotelappartement 'dawn'. Very nice large room with a beautiful large new bathroom. Breakfast was very delicious, always to be taken into consideration. Nice friendly staff, nice little almost family-farm, pure relaxation. NA at the supermarket and only a few minutes from the historical town centre. The hotel is very nice with pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful area. Especially to be highlighted is the very friendly welcome by the boss. The breakfast buffet is very varied and more than enough for a great start to the day; the room itself was very bright, large and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback: the parking spaces are a bit tight. read more

A short cure the body with Jentschura again to get fit. Very large and by Mrs E. individual care, because I had to take my daughter, which made the requirements for Mrs. Nevertheless, I have reached my goal, much learned on my body and its maintenance. The running track was a pleasure despite the rain on the last day. I was well informed, that there was a Seelauf organized. I was only sorry, that I could not attend because of my daughter. Went instead to the krimml falls. You just have to see! I will be back. Women is hostess ... really spectacular and with heart and soul and cure (Jentschura) they also practiced. read more

All around a successful relaxing vacation! We have a wonderful smaller and larger hikes done. Afterwards, relax in the beautifully equipped sauna. Especially delicious was the large breakfast buffet. read more
