The hotel lies on a hill, surrounded by orchards, along a Waalwanderwegs, 20-minute walk from the cable car Meran 2000 away, at the bus line 1 to wonderful, famous city (to far away to on foot to explore - 1.50 Euro definitely in coins and just!) - thermal bath, hiking, sights, Festival Going on at city center - what your heart desires
We had the day before and a small room on the attic storey receive (that was aware and we were mentally prepared - no air conditioning amongst others). Shower and carpet well, the furniture seems to be ... new, German speaking television channel, toilet, BD-everything there.
The outdoor swimming pools and a large sunbathing lawn are welcoming, the indoor pool was usable (to the strong chlorine smell you get used to it).
The breakfast buffet was brilliant: delicious coffee ( from filter coffee to Cappuccino everything there), tea, cheese- and sausage buffet, cakes, Croissant, resches pastry, fresh tomatoes, fruit salad, scrambled egg, roasted Bacon, one gets its table assigned - sufficient space, Magazines.
Very friendly, German speaking staff read more

South TyrolMerano is always worth a trip and the 'hermit' offers but a pleasant and reasonably priced accommodation. The food tasted good and is high quality. Families with children are more than welcome and enjoy informal and very friendly service. The view to the mountains and the fruit trees is wonderful and from the hotel you can in a short period of time into town run down. The bus stops in the immediate area, if you are not back again to. The children have pool, playground and the games room can use it. We would/ will come again and the ... hotel at friends recommend. read more

Location in the shade, unfortunately, was not in the morning, in the afternoon at e I n Ray (lunch I don't know, since we were traveling)-October/bad connection travel time however, bus available, but it does not go to schedule and only up until 19 o'clock-so if you want to hang out with people and wanted to Merano must be of the highest quality. Breakfast: sausage, cheese, sweet, fruit, yogurt, etc. available, but you have to have the first to be desired. If the sausage and cheese plates and coffee and very h a R T boiled eggs were, nothing more ... came so quickly that we could not expect it, even though we asked several times and it always says 'in three minutes '. The rooms with balcony were big enough and clean; however, I could not wipe it out with the existing towels (such as table-ware cloths) the sauna and pool area we do not let alone seen-it smelled there was dreadful. read more

Who loves is very poor in this house. Very bad isolation, therefore, it is very noisy and you can hear everything. Sleep could only if all guests in the bed. (Kitchen and restaurant-noise), you should always bring your laptop, because otherwise you will be skilled in the town of Meran, if you need Internet access. 70 years room stylish, old doors, old heaters, the swimming pool and the sauna not speak. Service is okay. Breakfast buffet was way too expensive. Location is very far from the town of Meran. So, if you want to town in the evening always take ... Taxi money. As from 19 o'clock no buses leave. Area great. But this house has unfortunately not, that it is all around a successful vacation. read more

A small, peacefully located hotel above Meran. Round around are orchards and for hikers there are lots of possibilities. The public transport links (bus ) to Meran or similar is good. Directly in front of the hotel there is a stop. The view from the room the valley to Meran and on the surrounding mountains is beautiful. The food was really alright and the service always friendly. read more

General:
Hotel, as the name suggests, more in the 'off', but with a nice for, large garden and good sports opportunities (table tennis, basketball)
The hotel is 30 years old-this one noticed also at the hotel!
Pool:
Outdoor pool very, very old, run down and dirty. Large garden and enough beach chairs opportunities.
Room:
Small, but adequate; nice balcony;
Very small bathroom, mildew shower and old, poor sink drain;
Food:
Breakfast:
Small selection, nothing special;
Lunch: a la carte possible; pizza was unfortunately not good;
Dinner:
4-course-menu; partly very long waiting times between courses;
Salad buffet (good, but partly ... very quickly-is not re-stocked);
The food has us unfortunately very often not liked;
Service and friendliness:
Friendly staff, but very rude treatment at the reception (check-in, check-out, information) read more

The attractive website and the reality are miles apart.
Unfriendly staff at the reception has us the only the key in the hand. Even the breakfast we could find.
Sparse, worn-out and very uncomfortable room. It wasn't comfortable at all!
The other one takes it with the cleanliness not sure (black hair on the tiles in the bathroom, etc.) and the mattresses were the springs under the sheet. The breakfast was average and not very rich. Juice from the machine, fruit salad from a tin, very small selection of meats. In the reviewer's opinion, the receptionist us wordlessly the ... invoice, nuschelte only a strong and the was hardly thank you's.
So, we are very often and gladly in the South Tyrol and have always been very nice holidays. But the was an absolute disaster! read more

The hotel is easily accessible, the staff is very friendly, and helpful. The interior is fully in order, the room are quite spacious, the indoor pool is OK, the food was good. It is ample car parking and an elevator. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the room was always cleaned to our satisfaction and the towels were changed. The surrounding area invites you for a walk, or offers many Asuflugsziele. With the bus, to foot or the car is one within a short time in the city center of Meran. We have the hotel for short breaks ... in the autumn will pick you up again and are always satisfied and left again. It is therefore a recommendation from us. read more

The entire Teppicheim made a clean impression on us property. Altogether everything worked something schmuddellig. Particularly targeted were the pool and hot tub. We had booked the hotel because of the indoor swimming pool it but then moved in this area not to use. The hotel is far from the center of Meran. A car is very recommendable. read more

Something in the years come a hotel. Rather out of the way, but nevertheless an ideal starting point for hikes. Shopping not in the immediate vicinity. The room are appropriately equipped with TV, balcony and safe, is free of charge.
We had booked a week night with breakfast, so that we in some evenings in the hotel restaurant our dinner. It could we us also the salad buffet. Unfortunately us have been informed but not, for euro 4.20 for a person will be charged.
All in all you can the hotel but not hesitate to recommend this. read more

We booked the trip by E-bay the pictures on the Internet promise more, as the hotel looks in reality. It is very secluded and very quiet. You need a car! You must also for things to buy in the next village drive. The bus service is very good. We had booked a family room with our son. It was added but only a tiny fold out bed in a 2-bed room. The 'family room' was very small, but the balcony twice as large. We could only not use it, since it the whole time rained. The breakfast was very good ... and the salad and vegetable buffet in the evening was also tasty for. Main dishes tasted good. Super good desserts. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Our squirted Roches welcome drink we unfortunately not got, it was simply forgotten. read more

We have a supermarket offer a claim. The price/performance ratio was therefore very cheap. Information about Meran (excursions, hiking trails, buses and events) were issued by the hotel management, as well as on friendly nature of the staff. The meals we would also with payment of the 'normal' quality as quantity recommended.
Anytime again!

As we spend our visitors 'most beautiful weeks of the year ' in the hotel hermit.
The house offers an excellent base for us for many hikes in the area with the bus and an ideal location for the centre of Merano to reach in a few minutes.
The quiet, clean room and the intimate atmosphere of this hotel, with the friendly owners and the helpful staff, as well as the Italian flair of the restaurants, shop to a good, hearty breakfast and a varied dinner.
We love it, after a busy day wandering around while still a wonderful the ... sun on the large lawn by the pool with the beautiful view on the surrounding mountains to enjoy and to round off the evening with a fine glass of wine in the cosy garden arbors.
Those, the also think, we can recommend a nice stay at hotel einsiedler only. read more
