Unfortunately we were with our first room not at all happy. It was in the 4th floor and facing the street. It was very contemporary in style and decorated in black white. In the bathroom there was unfortunately hardly any places to put things, not for soap - that was the design owed. Larger problem was the volume due to the noise from the street. Itself with the window closed was not to be thought of sleep. On the next day a alternative in the same floor side offered. Unfortunately had the room no window the open and was so not for us into question. Generally, there are very many rooms without window to open. To 5 days we could then into the 5th floor move, in much more peaceful room from the street averted. Design was also more like-warmer, with more wood and rocks and a balcony. Only problem there was, that you no wi-fi front desk had.

We only booked with breakfast, what a sensible has shown, as you in varna everywhere very cheap food. The breakfast was good and had everything you need. A few time we have in the hotel's own restaurant eaten, which was also very good. The room service has unfortunately disappointed, since our order forgotten and only when delivered.

The staff worked very hard and friendly, is however both still expandable. Spoken exclusively bulgarian and English. The rooms were clean, however we had from time to time a stained towel. In our first room was the safe broken and later also the tv canceled. Both but repaired ( safe took a bit longer). With the desire to room changing could at the front desk not be helped, as it probably only one person is responsible, but not every day to speak is-for me unfortunately not acceptable.

The hotel offers only a small spa area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and mini fitness center. That is to summarize good well maintained condition, but small.

The hotel is altogether in good, well maintained condition, it also just newly built. It is a stylish design hotel with of high quality facilities - unfortunately suffers with the design also the functionality, in addition more under the point room. The guest structure is mixed, tourist but also people on business trip. At nationalities were mostly bulgarians represented, but also some German and English. Almost no children and average age was 35-45 I would say.

The location was unfortunately not to our taste. Of course we knew, that the hotel in the center is, but with such a noise we didn't expect. For those seeking tranquillity so not recommendable, however this is also from the room from. The hotel lies only a few 100 meters from the pedestrian precinct/ shopping street. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The marine park of varna there is also only a couple meters. The next beach is only the road down approximately 500 meters (4 to 5 minutes on foot), however is the nothing special nice. The hotel work with the rappongistrand together, to which also a free shuttle service and chairs on the beach are offered. However the shuttle bus only once at o'clock and back at o'clock. But we are most of the time we walked there (about 25 minutes).
