From Distanzgründen steige I in this hotel for a number of years from. Since about 2 years works the Telephonanlage not. Despite repeated complaints, it is not possible An outbound call to active. As well as incoming calls often long not been answered. The caller on a answerers And after a short time interrupted. Very annoying. The front desk and direction comforted me always on 'speedy repair'. But nothing happens. read more

After I 15 minutes before the check in desk had to wait, because only one person was responsible, I was to pass, ECCard and signature asked. Since I was tired signed I simply, what can one already largely go wrong during the check in? Shortly after midnight I heard, as someone attempted, has access to my room to give. I stood up and saw a man open the door and then close again with the words' sorry! '. I complained the next morning and learned, that I find it along with rooms with a American (Indian name) had confused, for ... this reason had the hotel also my ECCard scanned and ' at night checked, who in the room is '. A simple phone call to the rooms have the probably never heard. The food, in particular dinner was mostly not enjoyable, only the salad buffet is OK. The coffee however tastes very good. View of the main street from the room from, without a balcony. The only German Transmitter RTL II, the only English CNN. In short: take backup enough to nibble and they hope to a uncomplicated stay. Fortunately, most of the people yes only for sleeping in the hotel room. read more

Room big enough: bed, Flatscreen TV (a German program), heating, air conditioning, alarm clock, Sitting area, small bathroom. I am not the hygiene fanatics, but completely clean it was not... Oh well... No matter... Unfortunately, the window not sound proof (sash) closed, it was very noisy, either traffic noise, the nearby Hospital with sirens or loud noise. Definitely take your earplugs... It helps!

The restaurant is on his table (group). The food was good, even quite good. Large buffets in the mornings and evenings (kosher). Atmosphere in the dining room like in a large cafeteria.

staff friendly, but not always effusive. It is a large hotel, in which one feels like a 'point'.

A bit out of the way from Jerusalem, (about 3 kilometer to old town), however drives now a tram (5 minutes station footpath) to old town and the central bus station is directly opposite of the hotel. So everything easy to reach. Environment consists of other hotels and dual carriageway streets, a bit noisy.

True, the hotel is very centrally located, the hotel is very, very loud, because from all sides of the hotel pass roads. Our room faced the roundabout and was therefore particularly intense noise-but we had a schedule strammes and a good nights sleep. And the unit would have to be changed ten years ago. A b e r, are other hotels (pilgrims hotel!) in Jerusalem, better, or cheaper? -almost not. As a Pilgrim is one rather on the selection of the hotel by the travel agent-and three other hostels have I seen the were stained and dirt, and more expensive. ... So, dear reader, and-the room were Spartan, but functional furnishings, the bathroom was also many many years, new and very important under the terrible groups (extreme mass production) we were also a. We had to wait for so-called breakfast buffet-only einhimische and oriental dishes (for us very tasty, not everyone thing), the buffet in the evening a three star standard, changed daily and with a little spice it was very good. As we were in Jerusalem was mitzvah-instead, we found the very emotional, especially families from all over the world traveled colorful corporate crowd much color to Jerusalem brought. We had the luck on the Temlpelberg also right up to the Felsendom to come. The holy sites in Jerusalem and to look at, the wailing wall and not vergsst Yad Vashem All beautiful vacation in Israel Walli and Peter read more
