Already at the front desk was from the 'lady' of the hotel told the food and drinks only Friday and saturday if, which is unfortunately really as true turned out. The key we had every morning at reception effect, so that they will not be lost! The existing terrace we are only after consultation and use under no circumstances the barrier convivial flowerpot with dried plants exceed. It was to order a meal presented, that good in terms of taste but as the beverages completely overpriced was. And the summit! On the terrace and in the hotel are tonfähige cameras ... installed. read more

A not lit building welcomes us on the road far out any other human habitation surrounded by abandoned, half dilapidated buildings. Reluctantly showed us the lady at the front desk the booked room on the top floor, we Reject and other rooms of 8.00 euros. If we wanted to eat, we will have geheischt, better should we just book half board. You will stock up on a table for us. In the entrance area we had read that the manager of the hotel an excellent chef and that he was renowned for its excellent Ausbildertätigkeit. Then came the food ..., it was a disappointment. The worst Convenienceprodukte were to dried roast enough. A small trout with celing, hard, sweet-tasting potatoes. And so some of the "excellent" chef! This stood out the next morning, he the Frühstücksgästen the posted notices saying "hands off! " The Brötchenkorb wild fuchtelnd under the nose. The theme of the house Bans at all, in the folder in your room/breakfast room, just everywhere. All in all, nothing to or in this hotel is worth the price! read more

A surly and unfriendly reception by Unfriendly staff at the “I am now but no time". No additional staff available. The room was freezing and could not be heated to request regulates the "The house itself" - eh ? It was obviously icy. The food (half board) was awful. There was reheated, dry roast pork, carrots from the glass - dry red cabbage (glass) and overcooked Spiralnudeln! When we complained the food, there was no apology or replacement, only an even unfreundlichere boss. The drink prices were very high (1 glass Riesling 5,20 Euro). Luckily we found in Herzberg ... a pleasant Greek and were able to print out our hunger silent. The hotel has clearly seen better days, but this is not a reason guests. years ago a shame as we were already at this hotel and felt very comfortable there. Also from the then really great food we have raved about long. Sorry, but we were very disappointed by your hotel and were looking forward to a nice getaway read more
