About 26 sqm actually large enough. A TV is available Well, clean is something different

The pool bar was in all-in free. The lobby bar was fee. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. Drinks were normal.

The staff was friendly Unfortunately only two staff spoke a little German ... As already written. Cleaning lady??? There was??

The pool was reasonably clean. Beach chairs and cushions were enough available.. The beach was almost as only the the beach chair hire charge 7,00Leva costs. So if you wanted to go to the beach, have to carry money if he want a fews bed.. The water was crystal-clear, you can also see small fish.

The hotel has about 40 rooms. All nationalities in the hotel. Unfortunately the cleaning staff had no time to clean our room. time were no towels, no toilet paper or you couldn't get in. We had all inclusive. The food was not tasty, was partly not definable what it was. At the reception we had strong communication problems.

The distance to the beach was about 1 km. Lots of stairs. Shopping and entertainment possibilities about 2 km excursions were many ... We we did the jeep safari is highly recommended.

The room was large, bright and very clean. The beds were made up every day, there was a TV with many German programs. The air conditioning worked really well. There was a fridge with a lot to could store. Unfortunately, the room was facing the street where buses passing by, but when the balcony door was closed, there was really nothing more. In front of the balcony are lots of big trees so you looked the street. There was also a telephone, that we didn't use. Unfortunately the cleaning lady had once again forget the toilet paper, but it was no problem to get from the front desk to get a new roll.

There was a restaurant in the hotel, but you had to appear relatively on time during the meal times to the good treats. As many Russian guests were there, the schlichteten your plates full and had about 7 plates on your table, so that the good food. Small tip: get up early to the delicious chocolate cake will teach them! The food was completely ok, especially the cute little noshes desert are highly recommended. Cleanliness in the restaurant was great. One lady in the restaurant even spoke German.

The staff was always friendly and courteous. Nelly at the front desk spoke good German, otherwise you have to communicate with English or Russian. The room cleaning was great, except for the toilet paper not replenished once, but we were given a new role. There was a doctor in the hotel.

There wasn't any entertainment, but that was fine for us. There are also options to massage and a gymnasium which we didn't use though. The shopping possibilities there was about a 2 min walk from near the hotel to having a drink or to buy cigarettes. There was also the possibility of Internet access, but we didn't use it either. a travel agency there were different offers, such as. A safari, rafting or city tours. We had booked a city tour to Nessebar and it was really nice. The pool was very clean and was shady but late in the afternoon. There was a life guard, always have an eye on the pool. There were enough umbrellas available and the pool chairs had a mat, the comfortable. To the beach it was a walk of about 10 minutes. Any crooked stairs down and bland area. But that was ok.

The hotel is really recommended! Especially for younger people or couples (also with children) I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is really good too. However, it is to be expected that many Russian guests in the hotel.

To the beach it was about 10 minutes on foot, from the airport to the hotel it took by bus about a 30 - 45 min, as always other guests from the different hotels still 10USD. Shopping possibilities were right near the hotel. To shop you need to to the beach, but as women definitely happy!; ) dinner or party is not a problem. There are a few clubs, bars or restaurants where you can go, you have to do is choose. Excursions are also no problem, there are many offers the next to the reception advertising its rates on billboards outside and you can book.

Large spacious room (double room). Standard Economy the every hotel has (unfortunately no room with its own safe, only at the reception desk) The General condition of the room was good. The only downside is that the rooms are very clairaudient.

There was a restaurant and 3 bars (lobby (non-all inclusive), pool, restaurant). General seating were plentiful. The food was rather typical for the quality and quantity of fine. Drinks were available in all forms of wine to Pepsi and spirits (local bars at the all-inclusive offer). Tables were cleared immediately and made up for new guests.

Beginning the staff was a bit hard to get used to, especially in the restaurant, as they seemed unfriendly, but that is probably the Bulgarian temperament or even on the working hours; ) in the reception area communication was often very hard, as the staff were not really understand English. In the end it but always work. The rooms were superficially cleaned every day. To order new towels every day. A laundry service could be used.

Full facilities as well as places to you can find in great variety on the beach. Good atmosphere, and music 10.30 (pool bar) or 24 hours (lobby) offered. The pool was in good condition (morning from the lifeguard). The size was sufficient for the number of beach chairs around the pool. Sea and beach were excellent but remember to take change the umbrellas and beach chairs are not free.

Medium arranged hotel with 5 floors, each about 40 rooms per floor. The hotel was in a good state. The hotel was with "all inclusive" to enjoy. Mostly Eastern European guests but also a few German as well as Dutch. The average age was very mixed from small children to seniors.

The distance to the beach we had expected, as in the description was mentioned as 500 m, however, this didn't found none. Even though the bus driver was a bit longer Fußmarschs to the beach (ca. 1 km) over the steps up to the main road is a short-test acclimation period he to negotiate. The rooms are not too small especially of our 426 was in good, clean and not worn condition, and the bed and the mattresses weren't worn out and also to consult clean and spotless * g * The air conditioning is via remote control and worked perfectly and fast, there was also in the room had a mini fridge does not seem like often filled with expensive drinks but it was empty, so we could use for our stuff. We often our free drinks on room in/out privileges us cold as the all inclusive bar were only open until 10:30 pm on is what a bit early is one of thought oh well. There was a safe in the room, but at the reception there is a small compartment where jewelry and purses and travel documents space but plenty more not, these costs per day so 5lv about 2.60 Euro

We so my girlfriend and I had booked all inclusive which as described says, was offered. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, boiled eggs small fried eggs diverse jam, bread rolls, cakes and cookies and every day one or two other things also always two or three cornflakes, what was absolutely sufficient. The lunch buffet was also quite rich as well as lunch and it was always something which was tasty had, of course you shouldn't expect as a good restaurant to food and the whole from in relation to sit what the entire trip costed we where all inclusive for 1 including the flight from Berlin and paid 340 euro/person in the ratio was absolutely adequate and decent.

Yes service so so much was ok, we didn't use the ladies at the reception and the currency exchange window anyway always a nice smile. The service staff of dining room were more normally not smile but not geschmollt. In English, we were well nearly everywhere few knowledges in Spanish and sometimes also with German. The hotel is located on a normal busy road, so it is not quiet but not extremely noisy, right on the street in front of the hotel are so-called quiet police, so that the cars or buses from the gas. From the hotel to the beach it was about 10 -15 minutes walking, you have see the map at google maps for us and could see before so knew it. The drive from the airport of Varna took about 50 minutes. On the beach promenade are many small stores with frills, whether food, the kebab, the pizza or a crepe or clothes as Basecaps, clothes towels, belts of course everything from the best brands at excellent prices: -) stop similar to the Polenmarkt. Only about 1 km away just up the street next to the hotel is the so-called aquapolis a Badeerlebnispark. (Just enter on google aquapolis Golden Sands evening) Otherwise if you need quickly set up a cigarette packet or something to drink etc. This is right down the street at the hotel about 3 min. toward the sea a small shop.
