By coincidence we have this wonderful hotel found. At check in we were asked, whether we half board would, because of the Recéption we were told: we have a excellent cuisine. I thought I first well, the necessary? No, they are not the kitchen is really excellent. Massive Antipasti buffet follow appetizer, main course and dessert.
Unfortunately we had a lot of waves so that we not at all in the sea swimming, but hour long walks on the beach and afterwards relax by the pool.
We haven't been here for the last time there. read more

Overall evaluation of the hotel for this region is very positive. The food variety was repeated after seven days, the Hors d'oeuvres buffet was the same every day, but good. However, it should be better organized. Then on all four corners of the buffets plate ready, all guests here is the beginning of the buffets. In normal okay. For agents and disturbance (which are along) for the latter an impertinence, as the travel agents compact approach and thought they could come to short it often unpleasant discussions disturbance in the vacation not in need. A request to the management of ... the hotel, please, no travel agencies. The hotel is so great, that you do not need it. Then we would come gladly again. read more

Well maintained, very clean Hotel. Ideal base for day trips to Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, Florence. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The diversity of food and drinks in the restaurant left nothing to be desired. I agree with the previous speaker 'Spartan breakfast buffet'. The selection of food and drinks was absolutely sufficient: rolls, brown and white bread, croissants, toast, cakes, biscuits, sausage, cheese, butter, jam, honey, yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, fruit salad, cereals, ceralien, eggs, scrambled eggs, juices. 4-course dinner menu, great antipasti and salad buffet, hors-d'oeuvre and main course could in the morning from three will be ... selected, dessert in the evening very enthused. Both the quality and taste of the food were satisfactory. Antipasti and salad buffet was always plentifully filled. After each meal the tablecloths were changed. The pool's condition was quite impressive and for our taste a bit too cool. Great pool for swimmers with depth of 1.30 to 2.00 meters and a springboard. Smaller pool for children. The pool area was always clean. It was always a person present, with the cleaning of the pool and the surrounding grounds was taken care of. A little out of the way of pools two toilets and two private changing rooms. Beach chairs were in sufficient number available and despite peak season always available. Towels for the pool at the reception available. Amenities of the room was good, tv (not used), safety deposit box, mini bar, air conditioning, nice large balcony. There were daily all towels and linen changed daily. Parquet floor in the room was swept every day, balcony swept, all super clean! Great marble bathroom with large mirror, toilet, bidet, sink and shower with roll-in shoved. Of course, the bathroom is super clean! At this point, a big compliment to the room service! You could really feel at home! Conclusion: a great hotel, to be recommended 100%! We ought to plan a North Toscana holiday again, we will certainly book again in versilia palace. read more

The hotel is located at the end of the direction forte the marmi, and is just across the coastal road from the sea and sandy beach. A friendly and well-kept ambience welcomes you as soon as he entered the building. There are several elevators in the house, which at arrival of an advantage. The bathroom, marble total, is a real eye-catcher. Large window, large mirror over the sink (and a small pull-out makeup mirror), bidet, toilet, shower with folding seat bare, (unusual) hair dryer (would have preferred to have my own with us). The single room was a small double ... room with a balcony (F. one person). From the balcony I had a partial view of the sea. The room had a commodious cupboard, this means lots of space to accommodate everything and more. In the room there were several chairs, chest of drawers, a safe, a minibar, tv (for the German guests unfortunately only sat 1 + RTL2). Beside the bed there was a 'full body mirror'. Everything was very clean and well-kept!
The booked half-board consisted of a really wide breakfast and a three course dinner with a choice of antipasti buffet and additional. The food was excellent, the staff was very attentive and friendly. I would love to come back again and again, already alone because of the kitchen. read more

The breakfast buffet is rather Spartan-more selection of sausage and cheese would be desirable. Therefor we can recommend half board-good and cheap.

The versilia Palace Hotel, with a Siena, the best that could be achieved in our Tuscany-tour (bookd by Desiree).
It is a little out of the way, but close enough to the city centre by Marian di Pietrasanta only 100m from the beach air line! We were able to travel from our rooms are overlooking the sea.
Everything was ideal: the staff, the room, the food, the cleanliness.
The diversity, let alone at the Frühstücksbuffekt, was absolutely amazing! Also the dinner, four course, were in the 5 star category.
Even so, as expected. We will visit this hotel again and ... recommend it further options! read more

We stayed at the start of the season, so it was very quiet in the entire area. Recommended during this time as a base for day trips. All were very diligent to ensure a pleasant stay. Small point to the kitchen, the choice of the dishes was absolutely sufficient, every day you can choose between fish and meat, pasta and other dishes to choose, on two days we got however only served lukewarm the main (probably a mistake) the Starters were always absolutely hot. The pool area (heated, about 26 °C) was cleaned daily meticulous, specially responsible therefor a lifeguard ... used the beautiful grounds, beach chairs and umbrellas. read more
