Very well located hotel and with a good infrastructure orientated especially for leisure customers, but with the necessary amenities for those on business. Breakfast was quite good and every part of the property was properly clean. read hotel review

Hotel: Dirty and very bad Location in Fortaleza Pool: Very small and only 1 hour in sunshine Activities: Old and bad pool Billard, Fitness Center very small, but ok Room: Very dirty floor, defect windows, dirty walls 3 of 4 days without warm water (2 times said to the reception, not better) Minibar was good (but no alcohol) beach: very dirty, no Service, horrible Restaurant: 1 italian Restaurant ok, 1 French Restaurant very good and very expensive Please see attached pictures read hotel review

Unfortunately at the moment under construction in the lobby. Otherwise for a Holiday Inn relatively expensive when booked last minute. Direct location at the beach, often with a view of the water. read hotel review

Decent hotel in front of Iracema beach, Fortaleza archived

The Hotel is situated in front of Iracema beach, it is not the best beach in Fortaleza as the water is not very clean, but despite this the area offers many Brazilian bars and pubs. At the time when I went to the hotel there was a storm and most of the hotels activity rooms here closed due to flooding which was disappointing. The hotel restaurant offers amazing breakfasts serving many types of fruits. the room was very modern and clean as you can expect from Holiday Inn. I would recommend going to reception and asking for the activities brochures ... as they have partnerships with local travel agencies that offer day trips around Fortaleza. read hotel review
