Very nice hotel with nice rooms Hotel staff very unfriendly (except for cleaning) illusory restaurant specialist, check-in was very helpful but ladies incompetent. The two days relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. read more

Very good hotel, despite street and vicinity of the airport extreme silent. In all areas is real 4 star quality required. All wishes were fulfilled, if parking, tram tickets or supply of personal guests and so on Only drawback: the hefty price! Directly in the hotel had booked four nights for two people with breakfast about 1000 Euros! As worth the price comparison with holidaycheck, we could save 60%! read more

Stay at the Novotel Zurich airport should form part of our way back from the Lake Como be. The first fright we received on arrival. From the outside, the hotel was in a bad or 'shabby' condition. Free Parking Spaces? Non-existent, one has the choice between underground parking garage (45 franc) and unguarded parking lot (25 franc) per night. The lobby was in comparison to the outside impression very nice, the check in was nice. Unfortunately, the room was an absolute disaster and was consistent to the outside impression of the hotel. In the bathroom were several spots on the ... mountings, the kloschüssel was inside damaged, the curtain in the room (blood?) stains. Our room had a view of the parking lot-at least from this side you could with the windows closed planes-from our point of view for a four stars hotel not acceptable. The floor coverings-PVC in the bathroom and carpet in the rooms were not in perfect condition and are also not up-to-date anymore. Breakfast was inclusive tour operator in the room, but then 26 Franc per person. Overall the hotel is not even as bargain price in Zurich-not recommended. read more

The hotel was absolutely in order. The only thing we could find fault is, you can get the train about 30 minutes in the old town. Therefor but only eight minutes to the airport (you get nothing from the aircraft noise however). read more

Despite Flugahfennähe it was surprisingly quiet. The centre is equipped with the tram, which runs directly before the entry door, in 20-30 minutes to reach.. The breakfast buffet was excellent: large selection; from sweet to savory everything! Because of the short stay (a week) we used neither fitness room or sauna. The mattresses and the pillows restaurants and bars near the hotel are very uncomfortable. Everything in the hotel is absolutely recommendable. read more

Ideal hotel for conferences. All rooms have a queen size beds, as we have heard at least. So if you had to share the bed with work-mates was poor to... Otherwise, very nice hotel with good service. We're sorry, but it is not in the city center so you have to go by car or take a taxi if you want to go somewhere. read more

The hotel is very well located. It is only three stops away from the airport and the tram stops right in front of the door and in about 25 minutes to walk to the city center. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in this hotel and I especially the friendliness of the staff noticed. The check-in was fast and easy and if you had questions, they were answered promptly and competently. I will recommend this hotel for your next visit again use. read more

The hotel is located right on the main railway station and has a very good connection to the airport. The rooms are bright and clean. Bathroom was fine with existing shower gel/shampoo etc. breakfast buffet with a large selection of food. Check-in/check-out without expired. read more

Very nice business Hotel in vicinity of the airport. Well appointed and clean rooms, very modern. The staff are very friendly, service was great. Price is for location and the fact, that Switzerland is a bit more expensive, in order. read more

Good city hotel with very easy access for visitors or passengers. The hotel is quite noisy. Due to the proximity of the airport and the direct access to the train large sound setting with the window open. The service is okay, the guaranteed VIP treatment is moderate. You could use the hotel parking lot 24 hour twice in one must take into consideration 40 SFR. At the breakfast the staff is overstrained and couldn't keep up with clearing and setting, so you don't have a clean place to find. A Shame. read more

Hotel is 28 minutes by tram (this is 10m away from the hotel) from the centre. TRAM drive pleasant and one sees something from Zurich. Breakfast costs 26 CHF, but children are also served a free with. Breakfast buffet didn't leave any wishes open, wide and very varied-highly recommended. read more
