Great location, main station, subway and s-bahn stations right around the corner. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A kettle would have been desirable. Breakfast is very delicious but also very expensive. read more

The Cristal is located one block from the main station away, parking spaces ( rather little) there is on the street with parking space management from 9 to 23 o'clock or in the garage for 14€ per day - wobwi, if you only during the night and no ticket attracts, or covers the ticket only 5€ is.
Lobby and bar ok., pleasant staff. The rooms are not overly large but sufficient and clean. Everything not more from the last year however reasonable. Our room was to the ( lively) street out, but with closed windows ( and functioning ac) we ... didn't hear any disturbances once. Satellite -tv, mini bar ( with 4,99 Euro-flat!), safe - everything available. For breakfast I can't say (we had none!), it is but with 16,50 Euro per person written and we found the main station interesting; there is also all around plenty of Doner-, shawarma -, otherwise what shops.
Under a paddington-phobia man/woman should not suffer (the munich really harmless is.) read more

Was at BW crystal on a seminary booked with night, good middle class hotel in the center of MUC. The hotel was the seminary host booked. Personally, I found the value for money somewhat unreasonable, otherwise it was OK. read more

With a round trip by Europa was Munich our ultimate objective. For a 4-star -Best Western-hotel we thought, we need to the room not for cleanliness investigate. That proved to be mistake. Room on the 1st floor was originally times also a smoker's room, ventilation poor. The window to the street was opened but only with a lot of effort close. Bathroom with old shower curtain and shower head is in our opinion far not more the status of your time. Black Border on tiles, Doorframe and wall coverings are more than just annoying. One night before we the 3-star ... -Best Western in Luzern ( Rothaus) to classes better.
Four star were probably 10 years ago ok., despite good location and facilities we cannot recommend the hotel. read more

Good and convenient hotel, if you in Munich somewhat undertake wants. We had a 3 -bed-room, got a family room, the from 2 double rooms with 1 bathroom had. The room to the street with an open window a bit noisy, so that one only with the window closed sleep. read more

For families I guess it is not so good as it was in the middle of in the town is!

Self four star hotel in the center from Munich to direct the train station! The hotel lies however at the back of the train station in a somewhat shabby neighborhood.

Central location, proximity to the stachus, train station and the pedestrian zone. The room in the fourth floor street side was very noisy! The curtain is not enough the room to darken. The breakfast for 16,50 euros it is much too expensive. Across the street is a book shop, as you get a cup of good coffee and a sandwich for about3 euros. The area around the hotel is reminiscent of red light district. Garage is part of the hotel and the hotel tourists special price. read more

It seemed as if we would have in the-equator-metropolis not necessary. Although I am asked in advance in a mail if I as a guest in a wheelchair could get a room, I was told no sound, that this four stars hotel (access for ollis only dilapidated parking ramp) in any way about TÜV-audited handicapped unchecked equipment (loose shower thresholds) features. For a weekend-city trip an ideal Hotel. A friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. You can park in the Underground car park. The breakfast was very rich. Nothing was missing. Coffee pot stands on a table and other specialty coffees are available at the coffee automat. Our room was very large, newly renovated and very courtyard facing room, very quiet. A successful city trip. The hotel is really to be recommended.

The hotel is OK, but four stars is certainly something to much for this house. The location is very Central, but everything else than the quarter. beautiful to the train station is very noisy and dirty and probably the most desirable areas in a Munich. It is an easy walk to a beautiful area, but the immediate area is anything but beautiful.
Everything inside is clean and the staff is friendly. So you can speak of a good hotel, but from a 4-star house expected you opt for something more. We had a room to the rear out of luck ..., so it was not very loud. The bathroom was quite small, but clean. Due to the direct surrounding area I would not necessarily again here. read more

Central city hotel, good suitable for a short break in the Bayernmetropole.
In 5 minutes was comfortable on foot at the main station and komte from there with the metro and S-Bahn trains are all in a short period of time reach.

This best Western hotel is well located near the main railway station. The transport links to the public transport system and the Deutsche Bahn are very. I was for a meeting at this hotel and the service, and the food and variety and the price/performance ratio could better be. Everything was overpriced for the service rendered. The Koordiation of the staff in the team was a disaster and with every thing you had to wait forever at the reception. read more

Railway station, city Center, oktoberfest, underground only five minutes walk.
Unfortunately check in late and check out early in the morning (2:00 P.M.) 11:00 A.M..

The big bonus for best Western Cristal is the central location and the proximity to the main station. The room was very long in its present form, as a hose. It had three beds in the room also. The flat screen TV was something set up a little inconvenient, since you are in the bed had a twist neck.
What me really sour left was, that the check out the points of the best Western credit bonus program not wanted, as I had booked through Expedia. What has the with the travel agent to do please, when you booked the ... has. Very unprofessional. read more

Because of the room I would not stay here overnight and could not recommend this hotel further. I thought 4 stars were too many because of the furnishings. A sauna or a spa area was sought in vain. Chairs in the restaurant area clearly had worn armrests. Some participants at a seminar were transferred for accomodation in a hotel with fewer stars without prior information.Negative in the room I noticed:- No air conditioner,- It was hard to sleep with open windows because of the noise. In summer, surely must be considered because of the lack of air ... conditioner.- No bottled water on arrival in the room, but should be at a 4 star hotel,- No safe in the room,- Double bed only about 140 cm wide,- Strange mini-bar flat rate for 4.90 €, no matter whether only one bottle or complete emptying it, for the same price. As a guest, I would want to decide myself, what I want and pay accordingly. - Small bathroom, simple furnishings,- Simple shower curtain from TCM,- Disposable plastic bathroom glasses read more

Stayed for one night during October fair. Room ok and clean.The bathroom was very small and there was a shower curtain that was not exactly clean. Unfortunately, I was wakened shortly before 8 am by the cleaning maid. That could have a better solution. Breakfast was ok but not more, bad coffee. read more
