The breakfast buffet is very disappointing. Staff was with guests'rush' (15-20 people) completely overstrained. Dining selection was limited. Bread, butter, meat cold cuts, cheese, everything was emptied-and all of this at nine o'clock! Meals sometimes several times at the Staff be reordered. After waiting for frozen bread and fresh baking bread rolls' yours ', no more selection of fresh bread. Meat and cheese were offered on a half-empty platters appetizers.
Chef de service took to the criticism, was the abuses aware -required but still full price for the breakfast! All in all very disappointing, would live up to its reputation ... as a good addresses at the sea nearly fair. Never again! read more

We love and know the schwanen hotel since 1998 and each year if we a few days unhitch can. It is absolutely everything, staff/ room and food. It is a bit more expensive than elsewhere but it is worthwhile. read more

The hotel is nice on the harbor and most of the rooms had a view of the lake. The decor of the rooms is very modern and comfortable. The guests in the hotel bar was always something mellow than the spear, and live music, the pianist on some evenings a week like returns can, but you didn't have to.
The gastronomy in the hotel I have tried, in the immediate vicinity there are a number of good and not overpriced restaurants.
The hotel is owned by the more expensive variety, its value but in general. But for the breakfast nor ... times CHF 25 will be charged, I actually think it is superfluous. read more

The location right on the lake convinced. The prices are for the winter in my opinion, very high. The room was very modern equipped, but not working the competence of the bed. read more

We had booked a room with old murals historic, although generous, but with black, technoiden furniture, rather oddly occurred. The breakfast was charged extra, should, in our opinion, but should be included. The price of the food in the hotel-very clean-restaurant seemed to us over the top, but one recommended a cheap and very good bordeaux. All in all, over 600 CHF for one night with dinner just a bit too much, especially since the November, in the dead season. The hotel should definitely weekend-packages, which were cheaper. We would all quality of service offered-not in this hotel. read more
