Unfortunately we had a problem and that the shuttle bus, although on the homepage free is, but a little cost has. Otherwise we were allowed our luggage not carry forward! When I the problem with the bus driver wanted to discuss turned this I in the middle of the sentence the back (!) and the lady from the reception and the CEO of treated us disrespectful and rude, so right from the top down!
The hotel has our vacation totally ruined and has several Dispute caused! read more

For a city break of up to 4 days I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel lies rather off the beaten track, what we was known. ' nevertheless ' with the tram to the center to drive, offers although the tram to, is however in the summer months not really recommendable. If you in the morning already 32 degrees and you want the city to look at, one is glad, (the 600 meters from the to the hotel linear distance) didn't have to walk. The shuttle bus drives regularly, ( hourly) but if you don't on time bay, you can ..., if you bad luck has, also hour wait. The pool is only available from 10:30 A. M.-19:30 hours. Definitely not an advantage. Probably we had we also the bad luck in not renovated section to stay. The carpet in the hallway was full of stains. The room, as well as the bathroom in need of renovation. For breakfast one had the feeling you are in a disco. Nothing against music in the early morning, but something silent in the background would be a good thing. This hotel is for business people very much more suitable and should be represented. read more

The cleanliness and the breakfast were great. Also the rooms and the service were optimal. The only thing shortcoming of the hotel is its location far outside, but with the shuttle bus, the one on the day before to sign up and the per drive 1. 50 euro cost it has gone well. We were all very satisfied. You could even ARD and ZDF welcome. Unfortunately, there was no in-room safe. Nevertheless we would all ( 8 persons) recommend the hotel. read more

We were from the hotel, the peaceful location and the quality the food was very good.
Unfortunately the hotel was actually only with the shuttle bus bus reachable, since the only street to the hotel without sidewalk but with unübersichtlichem transport equipped. With darkness impossible to celebrate.
With the shuttle bus bus however everything was very quickly and uncomplicated.
The staff were very accommodating. read more

Except for a staff little interest in guest. Sanitation rooms not clean. Wonderful restaurant terrace with a view of a large park. Very peaceful location. No direct bus connection. read more

We were there for two July 2010.
When we arrived we were right in our room without any problem has, however, prevailed stress at the front desk and the man was very rude and we got unkoperativ! (the other staff members were friendly!)
well, the room was nice and clean, every day there were fresh bed sheets and hand it is wiped etc. Is the pool with towel service and very quiet and quite clean. The breakfast is fabulous, really left nothing to be desired, very large great buffet! In the evening they were happy to have a great start ... into the day, you can have breakfast outside as well as inside and also on request fresh coffee in the pot of coffee instead of a machine! Fresh juice, Wholegrain products and assorted, fruit, scrambled egg, bacon etc. The shuttle bus was always on time from! Children were very welcomed, especially a friendly breakfast staff throughout the stress omitted alberte with small. On the whole a great hotel, a little getting old (but more restored! Pool is already renewed!) but clean and tidy/clean! Would stay in this hotel again at any time because the pool offers pure relaxation with sunbathing and swimming noodles in contrast to the hot city life. read more

Who does not intend vacation with its Rome necessarily to visit the city but at the pool, for that is absolutely suitable this hotel rather lies. In addition there is a beautiful Fitnessraum. The rooms are roomy and clean. Who would like to spend however gladly its vacation period with Sight Seeing, which must take first stressige 1,5h transfer (ever 30 min control rooms/driving/footpath into the town center) with that to much to small shuttle bus on itself - if one at all a place gets and its life worth is not much… If one has pitch and if ... the wrangling loses around one of the 16 places, one can wait either 1h or pay 20 € for a taxi. to foot or with bus/course one cannot leave the hotel. In addition there are no purchase possibility/restaurants in the proximity. A meal in the restaurant is not recommended because of price/quality. More badly than the made too expensive dinner is however the breakfast: Beside juice from syrup concentrate gives it matschiges scrambled egg and not always at its own table; Coffee one bring along best even, because avails themselves one here not. Friendliness in this hotel is generally smallwritten particularly. Neither with greetings nor with the departure cordialness is to be expected. read more
