The inselhof consists of several free-standing buildings with a terrace or balcony. In addition there is the main building with a reception, spa and restaurant. The complex has an older substance. A majority of individual houses, rooms and the restaurant have already newly renovated. read more

    We had a room with kitchenette in a from the outside not renovated house. The inside of the hotel was but everything is renovated and clean. The romos and the bathroom were very spacious. The kitchenette consisted of a sink, hob, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans. Appropriate cleaning material was available. Soap and shower gel are available. In the winter well heated. In the summer you can have a nice directly in front of the rooms in green surroundings sit. Only the lock stashed.

    There is an à la carte restaurant and a restaurant for the half board guests. In the summer you will find a large terrace for. We an offer with half board and you can say, it was worth it. The breakfast gave everything which to it belongs. Sausage, cheese, fish, salads and warm dishes (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, buletten), cereal, juice from the automat, coffee and tea. At a window seat one had a wonderful view on the Baltic Sea. The as a part of the half board meals offered was really good! Every evening there was a hot and cold buffet. You could choose between 2 were main components, side dishes and vegetables choose. There were ochsenbäcken, zwiebelrollbraten, rabbits and different fish dishes were offered. The offered soup and the desserts were always delicious. In addition there was still a small cold buffet. A big compliment to the kitchen. All dishes were always delicious! Half board was definitely worth it!

    The welcome and the check in were very fast and not really personally. Details the hotel were not explained. The check-out very friendly and the lady very pleasant. All found staff were always friendly. At the room cleaning it gave nothing to complain about.

    There is a spa area with a sauna, kühlbecken, infrared cabin, relaxation area and 20 square meter jacuzzi. In this you can manually different jets on. One was defective with us. From the pool you had a magnificent view on the backwater. The spa is only in a package including. Otherwise you will have to pay a fee. Massages you can also be booked. A small fitness center is available.

    In the smallest seaside resort usedoms zempin is the inselhof, directly at the achterwasser. Surroundings of of nature and away from a major street you here your peace. The beach is in about 10 minute walking distance otherwise there are within the place not much to see.

We wondered before the vacation different reviews the inselhof-now understand we are. There is on the complex already renovated houses and even which in old condition, which then also room without balcony or terrace, so a room we had - unfortunately. The room was clean, but very small and simply furnished, the bathroom also tiny. The hotel offers no Wi-Fi and in the rooms is no front desk (neither cell phone or private stick). Apart from that beautiful Inselhof in a great location with beautiful restaurant, very good staff and always friendly. Who would like well meals, there is in ... good hands. The island liked it, we will be back. read more

Good hotel complex,8 case modern houses, very good breakfast and food, gladly again. Very nice environment, small fishing harbor at the achterwasser. Short walk to at the beach the Baltic Sea. read more

The design of the room leaves much to be desired! No fridge for beverages and food, no hair dryer, age TV without Kabel eins, Vox and DSF and so on Video text was also not possible! About the program missed! Over internet not to mention! Lawn chairs were also not available. If the hotel management these shortcomings, and commitments on the reservation does, we will definitely come again. read more

The grounds and the related individual houses make a rather shabby impression. At our room 81 in the house 8 was the door lock was very hard and the wooden door starts now slowly lack of care to expire. read more

    Rooms were okay. However also nothing more and not less. Beds very soft (2 weeks I would not want to sleep). Small kitchen with 2 burners and sink and fridge projects and various cooking utensils. Shower was in some areas fully black mold, towels were from peculiar material, which was not dried. No terrace. A plastic table and a few chairs were in the grass in front of the room.

    We passed, in the hotel besides breakfast something to eat. The breakfast was ok., In the restaurant ran very many exchange students from Eastern Europe around, the hard-working. The employees were not really very friendly, except for one older lady, the constantly tried was, the dishes to complete. Saturday has a wedding took place. On second day we return to the area next to the sun terrace, sat down. Of al we after coffee asked us very brisque told, that we in the wedding company reserved room sit. When I asked, where it is, said the lady; we have extra chairs here before provided. Now, this was a explanation. Chairs in the course mean: reserved for the wedding company! In other accommodations writes one signs and know the guests respectfully back. In the other room there however many still dirty tables, the not or only after asking again cleaned. Actually not understandable, this to staff...

    The front desk ( if you this way) is the path to the restaurant. When we arrived, was a employee and apprentice present. The trainees would greet us friendly. Completed our dates with geb. -date etc. Directly noisy the other waiting guests ( nothing discretion). The gentleman said quite noisy; you have the internet booked, guests are kindly requested to settle immediately the bill (as I have in a hotel have never experienced something like that). You pay in the restaurant was only after eating. A bill was not automatically distributed, we then later from his colleague on demand expressed get. A briefing was limited to the mention of the times.

    Located actually beautifully at the achterwasser, in front of the main building there is a beautiful lawn, but access to the water mostly by high reeds not possible, these is however pure nature- no disadvantage. Is located in a cul-de-sac, therefore very quiet.

Despite demand purchase of the voucher, whether pets are allowed was due to our dog a 'special' wash will be charged. Because it allegedly no ' hundehaus ' is. The hotel is 3 stars and ready! Who three stars bay, get exactly the, what he would expect. The food is whereas a star more value. Both the choice at the breakfast, as well as the offered dishes evenings or lunch are super reasonable prices. We booked through Expedia, the instead of two adults plus child only two adults forwarded had. Nevertheless we got on site immediately and without further complications a larger room included extra bed. The beautiful beach is at least 1 kilometer away, the all hike however nothing constituted. The hotel itself included very nice terrace idyllically ... situated on the lagoon achterwasser, the area invites you to go for walks. The hotel's wellness area is very attractive, but unfortunately all day and not by the hour to book, as well as relatively expensive. Much to complain about is, that both internet ( Wi-Fi as well as internet-stick ), as well as Cell phone reception is disastrous. Only with luck at full moon and in the appropriate body it is at all possible, a text message to send away. This should nowadays not more! In sum we would probably nevertheless here again, because the value for money is all in all okay. read more

On arrival in the bathroom hair on the floor, mattress worn, blinds broken, dirty mugs (2 times), bad cream, rolls Sticky ( at 7:30 o'clock), food only sometimes delicious. In the restaurant is a great play area for children, there were 3-4 car seats the from time to time in the peak season were out of print. Playground well I would like to say the hotel is not good, but on the other side is still one of the is better around lengths! Handynetz O2 and E-plus only on the balcony. The hotel consists of a very nice main building, in which the restaurants, the front desk and the spa area are accommodated, and several 'buildings'. In the buildings are several units, partly. Ground level and partly. Without a balcony. The furnishing not equivalent to a German four star hotel. It is very functional and basic. The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the terrace ( with a view of the achterwasser Bay ) is very good. The staff are very friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately the food is below ground. From the 2, with the half-board selection of meals, we chose ... always the evils and were regularly disappointed. Even with the candlelight-dinner we left the fillet of fish go back. As the number of tourists increased and evenings buffet gave, were the quality and the selection not better. The hotel is very much off the beaten track and without a car you were in a fix. To the beach it are about a kilometer through the town on foot. In the place there is very little to see. The pizzeria at the crossroads we can recommend. read more

Overall we were pleased with the hotel, even if the prices during the season, if you are not a deal has, in my opinion a bit too high. You can eat with half board as much as you want. I think the prices for the a la carte food is a bit too high. The hotel is right on the beach, so it was great! You don't have to go far, in order to jump into the water, but you could jump into the sea in front of the breakfast. The rooms are also completely in order and sufficient, although ... a room for three people but could be a little bit bigger. We will, volt A. for the off-season, recommend. read more

We were three years ago already there once and it was actually quite nice. This time we were given the same condo like then and it was disappointing. The two-sweater (6Personenwohnung) was very dirty and absolutely run down. The apartment was on the whole very Reno storage such renovation. The on-site play area for children weren't there or not usable. The dinner was mostly cold. Catering equipment partly over days on the floor. The area is definitely not the high price. We won't go again and we will recommend them. read more

In the autumn it is nice-well-equipped, Feng-Shui principles helps equipped sauna area. Children are welcome. Great view of the eight water from Z. 52 and the restaurant. They should just surprised us, that we are in favor of a new towel every sauna and our note, we could use our times, with a colleague at the front desk (not all) in amazement, irritation was almost. Apart from that, everything was great, gladly anytime again. read more

Location of the hotel is very nice. From here you can go on lots of excursions by bike or car. The rooms are big enough-only the tv is too small and because it depends on the ceiling, the television is exhausting. The food in the restaurant was with our elected half board except for a few drawbacks good. Nice staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Requests or comments were dealt with quickly. Overall, highly recommended. read more

Everything was okay, nice staff, coffee in the morning cold however problem-free exchanged, the mattresses were hard to get used to, the room and bathroom clean with extra cleaning, bike carport usable for free, a hotel to be recommended. read more

There is rooms with en suite facilities and free holidays usable fridge. Convenient for self-catering is also the jointly used in making the individual houses. Of the 14' tv is not up-to-date anymore and the fact, that the food and Wellness always go out must, like certainly not all. The evening buffet is not convincing, the selection was large, but the quality is not convincing. (for example, casserole with noodles, potatoes, rice-on the same crowd!) the breakfast is but nothing to complain about. All in all, I believe that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. read more

The A-twin room (number 54) is big enough for two people. Cheap is the kitchenette in the entrance. The advantage was also be present of crockery, cutlery and Coffee Maker. read more

The best is the quiet location of the house, except the accordionist in the morning didn't bother us. The rooms were clean, not loud, in the style of the achziger 's furnished and equipped with a kitchen, which had everything we needed. The tv is very small. Please note: the 2-room holiday apartments are hard for four adults, as advertised in the brochure, suitably, because there is only one bedroom. The other two live with and without closets. Therefore, there is no common Aufentshaltsraum and only 1 closet. Per person a larger towel provided. There are few possibilities for hooking. ... The balcony was large and had a table, four chairs and a clothes rack. The staff were mostly friendly. The restaurant is smart and highly recommended. Conclusion: for a short trip with a car or bicycle suitable. read more
