Hostel Funny Farm^{(0 stars)}

The hostel was for the price (30 €per person and breakfast) very good. The room (family room for four Perersonen) was equipped with a bathroom (that was eventually re-decorated). Overall the whole facility was built in the early years, 70er, but it was clean and functional. The remote control of the tv klobige reminded me of my childhood. The breakfast was good and plentiful, they took it together with the guests of the hotel in a nice house, the earlier a ballroom was. We ate in the restaurant one evening, it was OK. The large halls of the hotel are ... all beautiful, there is a great deal of lamps and parquet flooring, wooden panelling and wall painting in Art Nouveau style. The hostel and hotel is located in a landscaped park with pool. The slide constructed seems very dangerous, which also on the warning label is written on. In fact, our son hurt themselves easily and then no longer up. Our room had a beautiful view of the virgin (the mountain), the hotel is on the way to grindelwald, from where you can take tours in the mountains. Overall I would recommend the hostel traveller, perhaps on their clean, but not perfectly furnished rooms is important (and perhaps spend little time in the hotel).
