We want to spend in a hotel near centre but not more than 60 euros, because we only had three days and wanted to see more of the city. This hotel was reasonable in the context, the location was fine.
Location: with a quarter of an hour drive to/dam Ku nothing to brag about but for Berlin still acceptable. Front desk: friendly and helpful help
Room: a bit dated. Condition of the Mobels good but not up-to-date. Otherwise with plenty of space, large double bed, Klammotenschrank, Schreibtish, tv. Separate bathroom with mirror, hair dryer, shower and toilet. They set importance ... on cleanliness obviously, room cleaners lunch and is good. But we had no mini bar and no telephone. Room didn't have a balcony.
Assessment: simple hotel without any luxury and without Schnickscnak, was for the three days really good read more

short stay with 3 family members in 2 double rooms. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Beds were very good. Bathroom was large and very clean. In this price range thoroughly recommended! read more

Michael was oh so no problem. Then when we arrived there very rude lady at the front desk. They gave me the key from the room.
1. No towels available
2. Bathroom with ancient rusted shower
third demand where you can eat only the response 'whatever you go down the road as it is sometime what!'
fourth after I had slept there was the result of three flea bites I have had!
the fifth worst hygiene stocks therefore inflow
... The next morning the hotel without breakfast leave immediately after showers!

This hotel we will certainly not more visits.
The rooms were very dirty and noisy. The bathroom and the room was not cleaned during our stay and trash can not empty made.
The bathroom has no windows and a fan. The hair dryer was broken.
With a bit of luck you can even take a warm shower but. But we should not complain about the bathroom, because we had one. Most of the rooms in this hotel are without private toilet and bathroom.
The staff can only speak broken German and place without knocking into the room.
The breakfast is ... okay, but we did get much better in the same class.
There are various types of cereal, tea, juice, a bit of sausage and cheese and breads.
What is positive, is quiet and green location. read more

We liked the hotel. The only flaw is the stairs over three floors, because there was no elevator in the house, with many Stuffen you should expect, so no hotel for the handicapped. A secure parking space directly af behind Hoff of the hotel is very good. We were with child (2 years) and were satisfied. Good location, because it is right in the green quarter wundercshoenen Lankwetz, quiet evenings without stress we enjoyed walking. The room would be okay for two people, with the Kinderbettche but it was a bit cramped.
Otherwise simple lay out and I think the ... distance to the city center. We have been coming here for six years in the summer nacheiannder to Berlin and already have allegedly better hotel in de middle had, but we were unhappy, as cost of rooms is in the summer too high. Gaby found in Gotland have cheap internet, to breakfast in the hotel we did without. After consultation could abstelen as our car without any cost directly at the house. A good budget Hotel. read more

We only stayed one night in this hotel and will certainly stay again no further!
Here the price/performance ratio not at all. Lousy breakfast (buffet!) with hard, back up rolls and a stale bread! Cheap sausage and boring slices of cheese from the discounter! No butter and hard, cold eggs! Coffee from thermokanne inedible!
Bathroom was clean, but shower was hardly possible. Luke warm water only after about five minutes, then suddenly very hot and not adjustable! The sink was absolutely no hot water! For 75 €per double room per night! read more

After 2009 we'have stayed, there was no question again to book.
The disappointment was big! In our room was not too big a third bed, it was more than close in the room. The standard of cleanliness of the restaurant was found deficient. Hard rolls, fresh coffee only to ask three times, the cheese platter was three days old geleichen stocked with cheese, boiled eggs not fresh, no butter. Complaints pointless, no German staff to see.
We are not allowed to receive you more than a guest. read more

The Gotland was recommended to us by a friend, the travels of Berlin.
Very quiet hotel in the south-west of Berlin. In less than 15 minutes to Potsdamer Platz with the S-Bahn easy to reach.
The room was adequate in size and very clean.
Small breakfast buffet was not outstanding but with carefully presented and delicious. Here you can stay good.

There were some shopping options near the hotel. A very warm welcome and easy check-in, besondrs the quiet location of the hotel was ideally SES lost. We had a 2 bed room with shower and toilet in the room, the cleanliness was nothing to complain about.

The hotel Gotland in steglitz district has been a good experience, the location is quiet (no matter in Berlin)
Accurate clean condition of the room and bathroom, breakfast was more than adequate. Car parking, we even got free of charge.
The ratio of price/performance ratio is very good.
If it remains will be back next year we'll be back. read more
