Very friendly, helpful and above all competent staff. The complex is very central in the town, at the but nevertheless sufficient peace to offer. In the rooms it was from the heat almost unbearable.
No air conditioning

Have 10 days family vacation respectively beach vacation made.
Hotel was for value for money is very good.
Except that no air conditioning available, otherwise everything was as described.

Our apartment was clean and tidy. TV with flat screen and different German speaking program. The guests were too many English, all very quiet and tidy. Many families with children.
The Wi-Fi connection in the apartment was good, sometimes, mostly evenings, really bad. In spite of the central location and the proximity to airport ( about 4 kilometer) it was at night on the complex very quiet.
We were self provider and on the complex nothing eaten. However in the restaurant may also self provider for 6,50 Euro have breakfast or lunch.
The restaurants there are in my opinion ... very good value for money. For example in a Chinese restaurant you could for 6,95 Euro per person at the buffet use and all delicious things, as much as you wanted.
Basically we liked the place very much. The prices for two loungers and sun screen at the beach is 10,- €. You can on the beach promenade to arecife on foot March or by bicycle drive (about 10 kilometer).
What I missed a little, is the view of the sea, but that was noisy brochure not promised. Altogether offers the apartment complex in my opinion great value for money. read more

After our ' Stammanlage ' by a large Spanish hotel chain in a all inclusive-complex converted, we after a other apartment complex looked back. Because of the location and the very good review we opted for the Barcarola and in no way disappointed been. On the contrary, this complex was in a better level the previous. The apartment is-until on the somewhat small bathroom- generous, really clean and obviously newly painted (no instruction on 'imposed' mosquitoes). The integrated and very well maintained kitchenette and large fridge with freeze-hurries complete the great full picture from. All necessary utensils are appropriate number ... available, as well as coffee machine and toaster. Another surprise expected us by the pool: no reservation of the pool chairs with towels. We hope, that this furthermore remains. The location this complex is also great, short walks to the supermarket, to 'hawaiin ice teas to live hawaiin bar' and to the restaurants. Although you can hear the traffic at all, it is on the contrary even very quiet. What we liked, there were many birds on the complex. Especially the small green parrots are nice to see. Obviously you did in the palms also nesting sites. All together us this complex very good. The check in ( very friendly and German) in the morning at 9:00 o'clock was not a problem, around 9:45 we had our key from the room and were short time later by the pool. We were about 15 years in Barcarola club, then by far the best apartment complex in Puerto del Carmen, so that we with rather geimschten feelings flying, since we do not certainly know when the complex last renovated. The apartments are very well maintained, however we cannot understand why the renovation the bathrooms omitted in furthermore the cumbersome solution bath tub with shower and curtain are left? The was but our only criticism, the outdoor facilities are beautiful, the apartment was quiet (block f ), the breakfast rather simple, unfortunately very oriented to ... the British customs, whereas the British apparently the largest percentage of the guests bodies, at least it was during our travels so. read more

We, married couple in the sixties was the third time in the area Barca RoLa. The complex is located extremely centrally located and nevertheless quiet on the beach street av de Las Playas. This street in this area in the meantime a one-way street and therefore querbar. Barca RoLa offers only breakfast in, in the afternoon to small Snacks by the pool. We had without breakfast booked. In Barcarola we 56+43 years from the first day to the last day very felt at ease. Which outstanding is, is the cleanliness and the central location. Each staff here is friendly and helpful. We would love to come back, because the the best plant is, in Puerto del Carmen has had booked. Plant is suitable for wheelchair. Apartment unfortunately not, since no showers available are. I decided on the basis of the ruling on holidaycheck for those Barca RoLa Club and the clearly confirm! The complex is really nice laid out, has a pleasant atmosphere and is not as close as other like sardines. Everything clean and with a super friendly, helpful staff. A restaurant in the true sense of the word does not exist, but a wide breakfast buffet (which was a bit of a 'meat annoying' was) and a good range of things by the pool. Adjoining at the complex there is a good Italian restaurant. The location is great -in the middle ... of everything and yet very quiet. In front of the hotel the street had been and we have nothing heard of it. Because of the street construction works also the bus station moved-otherwise it would be right in front of the former. We also have the terazza and tried-excellent da Vinci recommended! (and two restaurants, the no ' Anmacher ' in front of the door-which speaks for itself) as the tip and the taberna Nino in the Calle de Tanausu (near tourist information center) add. There is a wide range of Spanish TAPAS imaginative north and delicious wines found. read more

If you wanted a quiet holiday in a central location you want, I can only recommend the club Barcarola.
The hotel is located right on the mile, yet it is very calm. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
The staff is super friendly and will help you as quickly and as best it can. We had a problem with our remote control, 1 hour after it was immediately replaced.
On arrival we got a fruit basket, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water as a gift, which I found to be very friendly guests. ...
Overall a great holiday and we would gladly come again. read more
