Once Sensimar - never more Sensimar!

Time to 2 - time for pleasure - time for relaxation!? But not here. We exactly this philosophy of the hotel chain selected, because we, together with our two young adult children in the high season were traveling, on the occasion of a birthday! What was most annoying is the alleged buchbarkeit of hotels from 18 years! At least half of the mostly eastern european guests with the children arrived, only the few 'stupid german' Were, as advertised, about 18 years old. I think the an absolute impudence. You cannot with excuse, that 2 weeks before departure, a mail to ... the travel agent has been sent with the note, that it 'a few' may, that children in this hotel are present. We have nothing against children, but i do, however, when i for stupid selling. We scarcely 3.800,- Euro paid for a week, as should the promise of provider probably be included! read hotel review

    Rooms are great, newly renovated. The bathroom is tiny small however all in all ok. The noise from the outside is despite the good soundproofing the windows unfortunately to hear. The balcony we could not use, since the various discos and nightclubs a relaxed enjoy the Sea view not allowed. Our maid was great - thank you!

    The main restaurant was like in a station concourse with the accompanying noise level. The tables were sloppy cleared and mountains there were often at the places the waiter on. The table wine was always too warm and, at least the red wine, unenjoyable. We had decided, despite the big heat, on the outdoor terrace capacity to take around this noise to be missed. Despite the all in all, reasonable food were 'special' dishes such as lamb, calamari, etc. Already 1 hour after the opening of the restaurants in the evening and were not refilled. Not on request. The rest of the food was, the lunch already knew or in any other 3.5 star hotel. The breakfast was usually only a coffee machine which to larger lines led. The children, which should not be present, could of course in the restaurant do what they wanted, without diaper race and next to the tables of the other fellow guests pee! None of the waiters or the management of the parents apart (here customer clientele see as mentioned above) felt responsible. In the specialty restaurant 'Kulinarium' we were able to have a very nice evening the 2. visit, as' compensation ' for our complaint thought was, a disaster. The ordered food was incomplete and the 'atmosphere' of the terrace was unfortunately nothing desired. According to the waiter was in this evening ' big Boss' along with family here (possibly owners?) The kids had the terrace as a playground and the standing piano as a musical instrument. We complained of course with the waiters, but what shall i say? It was, and is clear, that against the own ' boss' very poor little is.

    Our waiter in the restaurant was super friendly and nice. (outdoor terrace) the rest of the staff at the bar and the pool bar tried hard, but often annoyed and the large number of guests not cope. The drinks at the Bars often watered down and inedible, the cocktails were all right and tasted all terrible. Only water, beer, Cola was enjoyable. The staff spoke only very little english which always misunderstandings led. The best one was to, if one its beverages got, this was probably also intends to staff to save. On the first evening i was from a, obviously volltrunkenen guest summarized rauszuzirkeln troubled. On my loud complaint with guest and waiters told me the latter only with 'he's drunken!' And it then still a beer!. Without words - interested simply not.

    The beach is an impertinence. The beach chairs and mats dated and damaged. The staff at the beach tried overlooks but unfortunately often guests, which the reserve the chairs, but didn't belong to the hotel. We had 2 days (of 7 days) no space on the beach and had a pool. Apropos pool area: there is certainly no joy and pleasure on a wall to stare. The pool is nestled between the hotel and berlin wall, without plants and green and the accompanying jacuzzi was of course from the parents with children as kinderpoolersatz use. Thank you!

    The hotel is situated in the middle of the noise various nightclubs, discos and bars. One can be private word on the outdoor terrace, or on the balcony (we had a room with a sea view) Not understand. Even with the windows closed, the noise level was incredibly noisy, there is no change in another hotel part. The 'good' location for shopping and to the beach is through the Loudspeakers and the 'Ballermann' scene not be enhanced.

The 1.0 suns relate to the fact, that it is a Sensimar should be. It is definitely not, only about 15% of the guests are Sensimar guests, the rest were guests with their families arrive, what also certainly has its appeal but in a Sensimar in my opinion nothing lost.     Bathroom very small, the cleanliness and the condition rather bad. Air-conditioning partly very loud, door partly leaked. Equipped with water digester, coffee and dte well.

    Surely taste question, we very much value on good meal and were a bit disappointed. Especially desserts we in the Turkey especially love were rather weak. Meat often noticeably cheap. There was always something, something you could eat and there were also really delicious things. Cleanliness in the restaurant a catastrophe.

    Lackluster staff at the pool bar, here i would recommend self-service. Possible without a problem, as the lady either not as is or inside at their cell phone plays. On the terrace of the restaurants makes sahan san great service, there is also some few staff the really good service afford. The mass attracts here unfortunately the score down. Room cleaning sloppy (1st floor the worst part), guest relations manager is friendly but unfortunately incompetent.

    Positive: the centre of Kemer is within walking distance and offers really eclectic shopping. The location on the harbour gives a fantastic view from the roof terrace or the balcony. Unfortunately all rooms loud. If it weren't for the road is, it is the surrounding hotels or clubs. On the other side loud basses restaurants or the private beach of the hotel. If you are on night life is cares not, for a Sensimar where peace for those seeking relaxation couples advertised is unfortunately not at all.

This hotel is not comparable to Sensimar in Side-Kumköy or with the beautiful Sensimar Belek-bogazkent. Hotel so far in order, great location, a bit older, in the lobby broken chairs!. The rooms have been renovated and nicely, mini bath. Restaurant getting quite old with old furniture. The chairs in the cord down, tablecloths partly worn. The old tiled floors needed an intensive cleaning: sticky, dirty! Food was very good, tasty, tasty fish, lots of fruit. Unfortunately too many eastern european (and also turkish) families (we were 5 days before departure TUI told, that children in the hotel!). Beach i personally ... loved it, crystal clear water, the beach chairs were partly in the sand or on a wooden deck. At the beach bar great view of the sea. Unfortunately no toilet. In the calistabar in the nearby moonlight park are soft drinks including, to sit is highly recommended. Also highly recommended, the massages in the moonlight park (in covered small schilfhütten ). On the first day we were disappointed, probably our expectations were too high. All in all it was us then but good. read hotel review

A successful bath vacation in a nice and quiet hotel. The dishes were adequate (however no pork). Beach chairs at the beach always some free but only shingle beach, what the walk is not suitable. This is the obvious' moonlightbeach'-where for all inclusive guests the beach chairs can be used, limited. Enough shopping possibilities and for strolling nearby. The turkish copies are too far inflated prices, and action is not enough (only the supposedly rich russians buy enough a). A nice beach holiday. read hotel review

    The food was absolutely wonderful, all freshly prepared and varied. Our favourite place to eat was in the open-sided dining area next to the gardens. We dined in the a la carte restaurant one evening and the views across the marina were beautiful.

    The private beach is a few moments’ walk through landscaped gardens and there’s no shortage of sun beds and shades. We had lovely sea views from our room on the fourth floor with towering mountains to the left and the marina to the right.

Now already in the Sensimar for the 3. time Kemer and it was definitely not for the last time. The good standard kept. All staff is very friendly and at all times cooperative. The food is varied and tasty, if you didn't find something, also know at home not what he eat. The audience is mixed ages. The hotel is simple fantastic! Paonorama -world-class (mountains and sea) wow All employees are very friendly and accommodating and to have also always a real smile - you feel good straight away welcome Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner-here be satisfied (so a wide selection and tasted arranged, that one had to often not at all white, with which you first start) The location is ideal to into the city shopping to go, also the beach is just a stone's throw away This hotel we could to recommend 100% Thank you dear Sensimar-team! Was thrilled by the great and nice atmosphere! The staff is very accommodating and really friendly! There you feel comfortable! For 2 women is the bathroom a bit small, however the rest of the hotel makes good! Was completely a really great vacation! Will definitely come again! read hotel review

I was with 130 participants in a seminar dg seminars and it was just amazing how helpful courteous and polite the complete staff and the management their use tatigten. The hotel is very beautiful. It is located next to the marina and from the room we had a excellent view of the mountains, as well as the beautiful and clean sea! The bathroom is the only thing i too small found apart from that everything was spick-and-span. The staff in the restaurant, as well as in the bar were helpful and one could always english or german. :-) i will definitely be back! :-) read hotel review

I've now been to the x. times in Sensimar Kemer, always an experience. It is now my 2. few. The peace and quiet, the panorama, mountains and sea, great. In september i come. Again. Thank you very much to the pleasant staff. read hotel review

The gorgeous area of the hotel, surrounded from the Taurus, with the clear water, marina to the right side, make from the hotel a small oasis of wellbeing. As repeated repeat offender we again very nice and above all relaxing days in the Sensimar Hotel spent. All of the staff at the hotel, from the management ( thanks for everything), over the waiters, to guest service are always interested in the guests beautiful day of vacation to give and always have an ear to lend for small but also large wishes. Also complaints always professional and always on full guests-satisfaction ... done. So astonished we are here on the negative reviews, the issue the warrants asked is' these were guests really in the Sensimar Kemer? Or is it just the something to moan about and always unsatisfied are'. Therefore: no the restaurant was dirty, (who this into question represents should then a tour of the restaurant and the kitchen make and then have a voice, more cleanliness is not) more the waiters or other staff were unfriendly, the food was always varied, tasty (who this a problem should then perhaps his personal chef carry forward), on the drinks and cocktails we had nothing to complain about. And the already often mentioned noise isn't available, it is certainly not dead silence like on a desert island, but you can also without further to ten to bed and the open window sleep. Perhaps they should also consider, that one on vacation and therefore a lot a relaxed and casual see. All together we super great days and can this hotel without doubts to further-recommend. Therefore very large praise and thanks to the entire Sensimar team and of course hats off! read hotel review

No comparison the Sensis in Spain and Canary Islands. Here must clearly be improved. Especially: no cats in the dining room, Electrical outlet in the bathroom, variety and choice of food! read hotel review

A wonderful and well-kept complex right next to the sea and super short walk to the great shopping, the each woman's heart more highly to strike leaves. The view from the balcony breathtaking, the rooms clean and spacious, one had enough storage space, and we thought, on arrival, we found our dream hotel had! We had booked all inclusive and we were looking forward to 'consume'. The other guests liked us, it was the age well mixed, many germans, a few swiss, a few french and no russians. The beer very tasty and had a good temperature. Sounds still quite ... promising! read hotel review

    The room, as already mentioned, was large, with plenty of storage space, with us everything worked, and it was clean. Air conditioning those only warm air, other as already described. The balcony very nice with a table and chairs and the magnificent view.

    The food was a total failure, because here too, was saved. Nothing against local products, but then lower quality, no way. Am at the sea and get the cheapest fish, the market so there, probably in barrels on the cheap imports. Actually, it was always the same, except for the theme night. Meat was scarce or, if for offer, a zusammengekochtes something, if you increase you were doing something wrong! Wine and the beer tasted great, the comb was a pleasure, but only of which life is also not!

    The spa was so dark, that i got anxious. The pool was mini, but very well maintained, the 'lifeguard' a nice and hardworking chap. The pool bar was in october closed, that was a real pity. The pool was a week our oasis, since hardly anyone used, there are good smell and was quiet.

    One minute to the beach, 5 minutes to the shopping and 1 hour to the airport. The location great. We're sorry, but it is in the evening and at night, until the early morning so terribly noisy, because of of the hotel night clubs, the partly open air are, that you really the whole night suffers from. The balcony doors close wonderful and swallow a lot of noise, and with air-conditioning everything would be great, but it was in october sadly saved, the klim was only between 15. and 17. hours. At night we had to the doors close and were then in your own juice. Without cool, but with a lot of music! The beach was okay, the beach bar also, but unfortunately it smelled the same on the first day like rotten eggs at the beach, so we at the pool fled. Before we have the reason the gestankes seen, in other words a blockage of a tube directly at the beach; there was a tray, the overflowed and its content directly into the sea drained. ( a grünbraungelbe sauce... Disgusting! Thus had the sea done for us.

We were to second time in a Sensimar in Turkey - the first time we were in side-this time we have us for the Sensimar in Kemer decided. With our next trip we would however the hotel in side prefer, since we unfortunately the last week got, in which the Sensimar in Kemer was open-so unfortunately after the first 2 days the food extremely down and it was in the whole hotel a kind of ' departure mood' noticeable-instead of almost every day the same serving, would have the hotel management maybe better on a small menu-selection expected-a small menu ... with 5-6 main courses would perhaps have been more appropriate. Otherwise was at the beach bar next door daily from 10 o'clock the music extremely aufgeedreht -this was somewhat annoying. The staff were very friendly and has very much can - very nice & friendly treatment of the guests. Otherwise was the area really wonderful - when you a room with a view of the sea bay, you not only a sea view, but also on the taurus. Perhaps we Sensimar Kemer another opportunity to a other time of year-after a visit before a few days would however the Sensimar in side was satisfactory, since it simply the better choice acts. read hotel review
