A very good hotel with friendly and helpful service.
Very good parking spaces right at the house.
The town of malcesine is about 6 kilometers away. It can on a way directly at the sea was pretty good.
A bus stop is not far from the house away.
The parc Hotel Eden absolutely recommend. read more

Rather for quiet vacation without fancy ways to spend your free time, you can see from the kitesurfing from.
A renovation would the hotel good.
Freshly prepared courses during dinner and more choice at the breakfast buffet would price level rather justify.
The of written review always only a subjective view the location.
On the basis of the existing reviews the hotel you can comparison and therefore are too negative
Reviews in my opinion only with the value for money to justify.
On the whole the holiday was as in evaluation site described.
I would therefore this hotel, in spite ... of the Restrictions, recommend it. read more

The staff was merely the volume of the main road between hotel and lake, as well as the parking spaces in the underground garage and on the parking lot.
Very nice accommodating staff, good breakfast buffet.

We paid for one night - booked over a travel portal in the double room with an extra bed for a 7-year-old child about 200 Euro. For this the room was at least for 20 years not more renovated, the furniture rocked, the balcony a narrow Zementwüste with ugly plastic furniture. All this is, additionally in the peak season, but not for this price. The beach is through a dark, with booming music exposed to noise room to reach. The garage parking spaces are extremely tight, with a slightly larger Audi there was extremely much trouble, from the garage again ... out to come. For us it was very annoying - especially after extremely beautiful hotels in the Cinque Terre and in Florence. The photos in the portal were very good - correspondingly large was the disappointment. read more

For a short break the hotel is suitable.
Friendliness, service and cleanliness were very good.
The food was however varied, but the taste was somewhat improved.
The location of the hotel is quite a way out; after malcesine or Torbole are both a few miles to go
( there is also a bus connection).
But you can directly from the hotel from beautiful on Lake Garda walk along.
Pool was OK, but a little apart from the hotel; on the lake was a Pebble beach.
We have the 4 days stay enjoyed, but would no longer want to stay. read more

Very nicely located hotel with attentive serving staff. It is somewhat outdated.
The zwembadgedeelte and the roof should be more attention. (Makeover necessary!)
It would be beautiful, if the beach chair mattresses by the pool the inclusive offer of the hotel belong would.
The repetition of the menu ( half board) after a week is not very imaginative.
The breakfast buffet against is very plentiful and varied.
For surfer and kite surfer highly recommendable. read more

For the price money is OK!
Since we were out for the whole day and only for sleeping in the hotel were, it was reasonable.
Man must say, that at that point in time, we were there only 5 rooms were occupied.
We only breakfast additionally booked and were satisfied. However no large variety offered, which of course also to the low level occupancy the room could be. read more

Directly at the busy noisy main street located hotel with a great view. The hotel is as a starting point centrally located. In the house is a bicycle-and a Kitesurfverleih. The staff are friendly and attentive. For cleanliness is respected. Again I would this hotel not book. The mattresses are hard, you could not get a good night's sleep, it is noisy on the whole house. Breakfast is not worth mentioning, the coffee ebon and the roll stale. There was a small TV with 3 German channels.

We have found that, here in the reviews has been specified. The room was very nice, clean and changed the towels every day. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast is enough, as it was later in the evening, return to the hotel. The shuttle to malcesine, goes every hour, is very recommendable. From there you can take the ferry to different locations. The view of the lake was gorgeous and we could even see the fireworks in Limone. The hotel is just down the road, but you get used to it and it is therefore not so annoying. Parking spaces are ... available, but you have to do quite large cars in the parking space to come. The hotel is in my opinion to be recommended. However, if you're a beach holiday and party planning to use the hotel area, you should look for a hotel, which offers more. For an active vacation, however, it is very suitable. You can easily by car to Torbole, Riva, malcesine, etc. also to Verona, as it was not very far. The signage is quite good in Italy. read more

The view from the balcony is spectacular, but the beds and the rest of the room unfortunately not. Also I would not again half board, but not more than breakfast, the the food unfortunately very unimaginative and tasteless was. The location of the hotel is not bad since you with a bus every hour runs very good for malcesine comes, and also otherwise bus service has. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a gorgeous getaway, the we love to have been extended. The view from our balcony has us simply blown away. The staff was very nice, and we have us very probably felt. We were without a car, why us the location of the hotel is very good gefallenhat. As a starting point for excursions on the one hand by the shuttle, the us for a euro to malcesine brought, from where you can visit almost each start. On the other hand access to beach because of the unkomlizierten. But also the regular bus stop is in the immediate ... vicinity. We had half board and were with the food was very satisfied. Good friendly, not so large (34 rooms) hotel with familial atmosphere. We spontaneously booked a week before and have only good things to say.
By bicycle is malcesine within a half an hour away. Was to have the bikes. Otherwise you can get yourself very well relaxed is something for all leisure activities, combined with a little initiative; o) hiking, swimming, cycling, surfing, kite surfing etc..

For us as a couple was it a very nice break. The hotel is indeed something away from the village and harbour (district navene) but with the car to reach everything is good. Garage and parking are available free of charge. The food (we had half board) was very tasty. It was salad from the buffet and each evening you could choose between three and three main courses and desserts.
The room was very large, everything was pleasant clean, even the bathroom was for a 3 star hotel very well maintained.
All in all a successful holiday and very to ... be recommended. read more

A very well-kept small hotel, but very badly soundproofed room has. Conversations in the next room and hallway could hear you. The bath vent was directly on our balcony of the room next door, this was also still broken and made loud noises. The furnishing was very much endeavored hotel orders to the problem. a very large roof terrace, however a something better in the condition certainly would have been more welcoming. For children is in the hotel and in the immediate vicinity nothing was offered. The pool is very beautiful next to the hotel, with enough beach chairs and ... the beach it is only a few metres from the hotel. At the beach is very beautiful and newly made. read more
