A beautiful hotel with minor defects.
The reception is in the morning exceptionally helpful and nice. The nachmittagempfang not can say.
On a request to help a problem left the young blond lady simply with the gooey words
'not now'
So if you a problem then please in the morning clear up, the nice lady in this period helps you definitely further.
The waiters for breakfast and during dinner is always very friendly and ready to help been.
The rooms were with very much love tidy and every time with fresh towels mistake. (1st floor)
In short: the privately managed ... hotel is furnished with a lot of care, mostly friendly, and helpful.
Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small but that is in Italy everywhere so.
But we can to definitely recommendable.

Were more than satisfied with the hotel. The bathroom was certainly not the newest, but it was every day tip top cleaned. Service and food were top. Shops 2 minutes away. Beach right next to the pool. Will definitely go back there again! read more

We stayed over the weekend in the hotel oxford and were very satisfied! The room was very clean the bathroom very big and also very clean! We had room with breakfast - the breakfast buffet was great - much selection ( fresh fruits, eggs, different bread, sausage, cheese etc.) really great-) the hotel is directly at the beach and in a few minutes you can reach the 'mall'! Location is simply top-) the only downside is the one at the beach the loungers allocated. That means no matter wether one of the first or the last is ... you can not select! Apart from that the hotel is very recommendable!-) read more

For a vacation with small children optimally, proximity to the ocean/beach and pool is very good (short distances) highly recommended.
We stayed as a Childless couple 2006 have been and with two small children this year for the first time in the vacation and we were still very impressed. If it is possible we will again 2012. read more

We stayed at the August 2010 for twelve days in Hotel Oxford. We had a double room with an extra bed. The rooms are very small, just as the balcony is very small. The food was okay, but you got no matter what main course was ordered to all the same side dishes. Likewise one could not at the dim dessert buffet. The starters or salad buffet were empty things not refilled. I have seen nowhere. The location of the hotel is great. Except for some little restrictions at the food and when it comes to the rooms you can ... recommend this hotel for a beach holiday. read more

We had a double room with connecting door to
a supposedly the room did not have a single room. Bathroom, air conditioning. Because you had to constantly second opened the window around the temperature bearable possible to have, since there was still warm water lines which run through the floor addition heat the room well. The open window has the disadvantage that one of eight o 'clock until 20 o' clock what can smell it in the neighbor hotel to eat. The size of the room was typical Italian, very small. The small bathroom is clean, but in my opinion also urgently in need of renovation.
The food (half board) is served in a very cramped dining chairs, which the charm of a cafeteria provides Italian. So is the food, it is okay, but nothing special. The breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea, the environment
very nice. Unfortunately the offered food and drinks was not disappointed. The breakfast buffet is complete, the juice and the coffee you yourself some coffee machine, that's what it also tasted. The same selection of fruit (only melon) and cereals is very disappointing.

This vacation was great. We have been coming here for many years and are always thrilled. The people are friendly, the complex clean and nice. The food tasted very good to us. In this hotel you could relax super, enjoy and relax.
It is very kid friendly and the location is perfect.
The food was excellent every day and cleanliness was very important in this house.
We have been coming already for the fourth time here and enjoy every day.
The pool area and the beach were very clean and nice, for children there is a playground on the beach and a small children's swimming pool.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were cleaned every day and were very clean.
What bothered us a bit disappointed was the size of the room, it was only about 14 square meter large (we were told at the time of request).

We especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. Moreover, we found the location of the hotel was excellent.
The food and drinks speak every taste. Unexpended bottles were not again the next evening well chilled available.
The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. The hotel we can recommend this place wholeheartedly. read more

The hotel is right on the beach and close to the 'longest pedestrian street in Europe' but it was still quiet. We had a room with a direct ocean view. But also from the balconies of all other rooms you can see the sea. The beach is clean and middle June was not crowded so that we the beautiful pool only once used. Beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach were inclusive. The location one can select oneself at the check-in and has every day ' its 'chair again.
We had booked half-board. The really rich breakfast buffet was the ... dinner menu. It is open daily from five different appetizers and main courses to be selected. Needless to say, the salad and vegetable buffet and the selection of desserts. All of the dishes were delicious and freshly prepared. The drink prices are moderate (0.5 liter of house wine 4.50 EUR, 1 liter of mineral water for two EUR).
The Venetian style equipped rooms are daily thoroughly cleaned.
Especially to be highlighted was the friendliness of all the staff of the hotel. It shall be applicable from the first e-mailkontakt with the reservation over the welcome and the service during the stay to check out. We were always treated friendly and accommodating. You could feel that the hotel is family and the boss, which by the way constantly on the ground, the motto is: 'a hotel in all things not only in one or two'.
We enjoyed it very much and we will definitely go back soon as many of the guests with which we talked. read more

We stayed for ten days in the hotel Oxford. The food and beverage choices were impressive. We felt very comfortable in this hotel, which was safe even at really good staff. Friendliness and willingness to help in this hotel No imperfect. If we can certainly come again and then again so correctly. There was no single reason for complaint.
Since we were not our first time at the Lido we were, they were really four stars. read more
