We had a king suite with half board for 229 € a night booked. The suites are located on the executive floor on the 3. floor. Contrary to the website is the garage parking not free, but with 10 € per day will be charged. Access to the executive lounge should also again with 40 €daily gilt are.
We can the holiday check award not understand, there was no help with the luggage, nor us our rooms shown.
The suite consists of 2 small rooms, through a sliding door separated. The bathroom is very small. It would have been better ... a large shower to build than a mini shower and a mini bath tub.
Overall the hotel is a through out walls split concrete block.
Breakfast is quite simply, different types of sausage, the swim in grease, canned fruit and an inedible coffee.
The dinner buffet was not much better, pork in sauerkrautsaft, fertigknödel of which still folienreste hung, for children tk nuggets and totally überw��rztes vegetables.
The bathroom is ok, however nothing more. The hotel you can in the winter hardly use, since the water too cold. Inside are also only the hot tubs really warm. The wanted tropical flair by a lot of advertising hoardings destroyed.
It is perhaps the largest bathroom europe's, but certainly not the most beautiful. Who for example the thermal spring in Erding, or the alpamare in Bad Tölz knows, the road to Prag save. read more

We were now already for the 3. time, in the distance of a year here to wochendkurzurlaub on the occasion of one kindergeburtstages. First the positive thing: it is circa 110 Euro a night and family including breakfast over TUI Germany still affordable. The bathing temple is included and the food in the bathroom cheap. We have as a family there noon, afternoon and dinner in about 7 different self service -restaurants for about 30 Euro together to eat and drink. The bathroom from 10 to 22 open, in the last hour, very romantic with candlelight by the pool! Our ... kids really liked it, also, because it children's entertainment and a free Playstation gave. Now the negative: we were not allowed to point 13:00 on the rooms what is understandable and the late check out of 12:00 payable is however i do not understand it we not already into the bathroom and the luggages brought to the room! That would be perfect free service! The reasonably priced food in the badrestaurants is dearless on the plates clapping without the photos large in the bathroom see gemüssegarnitur and much smaller portions. This is something that we have already experienced better but half board for us is also no alternative, because we us again move and at least 3 hours beach holiday give away. Furthermore it is quite expensive and nothing special tasty, loud guests. To a nice day and a short night we are looking for ' 4 star plus' sunday breakfast (7-11) gone. It is opposite the previous years so much in the quality went back. There is no organic corner more. There are no fresh fried eggs or creative omelet in the front area baked only flummeries (crepes?) The coffee came from the machines and will no longer be brought to the table, the service-apprentices make a shy and bored impression. Neither our table the next table were in 3 hours once cleared and the, although the restaurant only half was filled. There was no freshly squeezed juice/ fresh fruit salad only a couple carelessly decorated fruits and canned fruit! The great actually visible children's play area at the restaurant with strohdeko tucked away so that we parents with small children of breakfast table unfortunately not more visible! A great shame! So we recommend the hotel nevertheless further on young families, the a beautiful bath weekends afford but want definitely not for guormetessen. We had new year's eve prgoram booked, but had whilst checking out 150,-€ per person.
This price was not in the catalog and also in no relation to the offers (drinks extra).
So be careful in the book. read more

The water in aquapqark way too cold (except in the whirl pool, unfortunately always over-crowded
The staff speaks neither german nor english.
The food and unfortunately also mostly only lukewarm. Rather cold.
If loud reservation between 3-course menu and buffet should be able to choose, but rejected and there were for two days the same dinner.
Except for 2 cobwebs (hung certainly already longer time on the ceiling ) the hotel was, as well as the aquapark very clean.
The bartender at the bar was desperately swamped. For a delicious cocktail to get at least one wait up to 20 ... minutes to bring it possibly in is possible to be able to enjoy (about 30
Seats).
Do not think, that we have a 2. to cestlice will be.
For families with small children it is but nevertheless a short trip worth it. read more

Big hotel with very nice rooms.
The hotel entrance to the bathroom was very good, you had to not out of the house and so the annoying change save. The indoor pools with various slides were great for children and adults. The sauna area is very nice and clean been. Something there for every taste.
Food was rather mediocre but one was full. No wide choice, not even christmas something special, quite on the contrary, the food is you ran out. The people the at 20 o'clock ate, got only hendlhaxen and salad. However, the per person 52 Euro have ... to pay. After a complaint was the boss of the hotel very generous and paid a fraction.
Staff were very friendly and hard-working, but totally understaffed, especially in the service noticed that one everywhere.
A big minus is the whole itinerary of Neckermann Reisen. According to the description would be the entrance to the bathroom and spa free, than the confirmation came, there was no entrance. Have called, the lady assured me, that is inclusive, if it in the whole itinerary is available. When i on the day of traveling reaffirmed to have wanted, that is, i got the information: 'no the entrance is not inclusive', which advised to review, because it is impossible sunday We have again 100 Euro ones for the entrance. So when booking please be careful.
Plus from the hotel, a free city tour mit rep, because the holy night the bathroom it was, as well as the transfer to the u-bahn to Prag is free of charge. Discounted day passes for Prag you get at the front desk.
Despite some glitches, we would stay here again if we go back Prag visit. read more

A beautiful, relatively new hotel on the outskirts of the town from Prag. We booked it mainly because of the attached aquapark, in the (from the hotel free borrowed) bathrobe on foot reached. We had (only ) overnight stay with breakfast, what qualitative and quantitative not from the chair crack, but it was all right. The hotel, the rooms, and the attached pool are very clean. Highly recommend is with a visit to the city of Prag the from the hotel offered free bus shuttle service to the next metro stop (opatov). A day pass for the subway and all ... other public transportation in Prag we bought for 110, -kroner/person (circa 4,50 Euro) at the front desk and were very well advised. The subway runs every few minutes and Prag as a city you definitely have to see. The area around the seat (hradschin) is for those, the old architecture in good condition like, simply wonderful.
2 smaller things we had at the hotel to complain about.
Once the immediate vicinity (approximately 200 meters) to the highway, so we early involuntary woken up and therefore in the next night the window closed stopped, as well as the much too small breakfast room, where you partly had to wait and then placed. The days began thus definitely not so, as you on vacation would have gladly, but everything else (for example free car park in the garage, friendliness of the staff, helpfulness, foreign languages at the front desk, and so on) this' flaws' again. read more

It was a great short family vacation. Room was all right. Breakfast in the restaurant very good. Food in the bathroom was all right (could be better in terms of variety, taste and the heat of the dishes). The slides are just brilliant (our kids always please it). A hotel which fun with a direct access in the complex.
Rooms meet maybe not quite 4 star but good three stars it is. The service is without criticism well. The food, typical cz, very solid but good.
Merely the A-/ exit of the parking garage you should its vehicle dimensions' know. Otherwise eternized you, as many drivers a, at the corners and walls. With a suv resembles it already one trick. But there is also a parking garage, unfortunately you must then a few meters (2 minutes ) on foot recline. read more

A large, but clearly arranged hotel with cheerful atmosphere. On three floors are located in two wings the rooms. For a longer stay is the room with the extra bed a bit cramped, as well as the cabinet capacity. This didn't bother us any further, if you like we only for sleeping there is. The breakfast buffet is varied, something there for every taste. The hotel while we were there with changing tagungsgruppen occupied, otherwise couples and families.
