Apartments building conveniently located in the city centre, close to Avenida 9 de Julio - central thoroughfare and to Teatro Colon. Our studio on the upper floor of the building was equipped with all necessary amenities: electric hot plate, refrigerator, coffee-maker, air-condition. Furniture was not new but acceptable. Air-condition - noisy. A large balcony opened over city and provided much sunlight and a good view, as there were now other floors above ours. Hotel elevator was small and creaky.
Reception staff was ready to reply all our inquiries.
We booked this accommodation via internet with an agency which provided a ... good discount and were therefore satisfied with chosen property for a short stay in Buenos Aires. I consider this apartment hotel as a good choice for economical stay in the city centre. read more

The pictures published for this hotel look much beter than reality does. The carpets are the dirtiest I've seen in a long time, so even though other things were OK, the impression was't too good. The rooms are big and have a good kitchinette. The bathrooms I saw were fairly new and clean. The corridors and some rooms have a very impregnated cigarette smell. They don't have a single baby cot in the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a cafeteria. They give you a voucher to eat two croissants and coffee at the coffee next door. The location of the ... hotel is good, just three blocks from Sta. Fe Avenue, a very nice shopping street.
I think that for the price the quality could be better. Don't book directly, it's much more expensive than through webpages.
I lived in Buenos Aires and know the city well. Next time I will book somewhere else. read more
