The hotel was wonderfully situated on the level, it is well communicated with the public transportation. For families with children there are larger room a little 'separated'. The hotel is very clean, the staff, as well as the reception absolutely friendly. About the breakfast buffet i can only a 'super' express. A little negative we noticed the many screaming kids in the ' erwachsenenbad'. Actually harm, because there is a separate children's pool! read more

    Regarding our room (suite) i can't report anything negative. Nice, spacious, quiet, and a beautiful view into the distance (mountains). A small welcome we got a variation of fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mandarins, etc.). On the beds is sleep. There has been no carpets in the room (so very good for people with allergies), but underfloor heating ☺

    The breakfast buffet was perfect! It has something for everyone: a lot of cereals, various sorts of bread, warm weggli, sweets, wide choice at hard cheese/soft cheese, various sorts of meat, smoked fillet and the enclosed sauche, dip-sauce and cucumbers and peperonistreifen, eggs. Who wants, can also omelets to order. It has enough of everything. The beverages brought. Since it was a very hotel that is friendly with children is, it is quite noisy in the dining room (children quängeln etc.) The prices for the 3 integrated restaurants are mediocre. A bit overpriced, partly as we it us in the Switzerland are used.

    The friendliness and helpfulness at the front desk is great! You feel good and is already at the start with various information 'overwhelmed'. A small floorplan you get, this is the 1st time definitely not needed, since in the hotel everything well described. We had no complaints.

    I would unfortunately not so positive things to say: We felt something else under ' experiences' imagined. It has a children's slide and the possibility for a ' ausschenschumm' is. But if you not only splash would like to, but also really swim, finds in the crowded pool simply no possibility. It has water jets, which are through the small children use (and that, although there is a child basin gives). Some bather was bothersome, that the small from the edge into the water jump. For the larger offers the hotel transferred for billiards, ' töggelikasten ', Bowling at. Also there was a bar (we didn't visit). It has a climbing wall, and it is the possibility from various indoorsport.

    We traveled with the own car for a weekend arrived. The location is very good, there are trip possibilities in the proximity. Really great skiing/sledding. Restaurants you don't have to search, there were 3 in the Swiss Holiday Park. As already mentioned above is the hotel also easy to reach with the bus.

Peaceful location a little off the beaten path on raised bergterrasse, with wonderful view in the surrounding mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Chargeable, compulsory garage (chf 9 a night) and à-la-carte restaurant in the main building, to that lots of small außenhäuser. Theme park (water park, sauna, Bowling, pool, buffet-restaurant), conference center, small shop and EC-bancomat right over the street. Wi-fi (4 hours free) on the hotel area and in the rooms. read more

Was our first ladies spa weekend. Already when booking we were advised the same on the way there. Traveled in the evening on, and could still in the restaurant dishes. The visit to the restaurants alone is already very recommendable, great service, quick preparation and above all great food. The baths are very clean kept. The roman-irish-hot spring is a highlight. The ambience is excellent. After a 2.5-hour stay, was relaxed as never before! We recommend the hotel to 100% further! read more
