If you the hotel in connection with a round trip bay, it is recommendable. 2 weeks only hotel we would too long been. The rooms are very different. Have after a long discussion got an other room the bathroom was much bigger, however nevertheless getting very old. The hotel complex was against well maintained and very presentable. Especially the many plants and the direct breakfast at the beach. In all, we were with the hotel satisfied. read more

Nice hotel directly at the beach. To watch out one should only, because it's very old and new rooms. The new rooms are very nice, a so-so you can at the front desk complain and then move to stay. Else everything super, delicious and big breakfast, pleasant staff, nice surroundings. read more

The Griya really has the most beautiful beach at the whole promenade of sanur.
The complex is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is OK but also not very varied.
The food in the restaurants is for the standards already expensive. A tip from us, if you in front of the hotel at the main street to the right runs, around 10 minutes away on foot, a small night market from approximately 18:00 opens, we enjoyed every evening at the local stalls eaten, as the food about 1 euro cost and sow was more delicious. 2 weeks every ... evening and nothing with the stomach had. Even fish we have eaten.
When you the hotel to the left runs, about 10 minutes the Hardy, a big shopping center, where you can buy everything, from food to souvenirs.
Our excursions when we made booked the in front of the hotel stands. A daytrip for 30 euros and a 2 day trip to lovina with night for 90 euros. This trip I can only recommend. read more

Successful holiday. Staff for breakfast a little sleepy, they had to more often to tea or coffee questions. Massage right at the hotel good but outside the hotel complex a lot cheaper and also well. If you out of the hotel left's a small supermarket and something further away the Hardy ( shopping center). Smaller nice Souvenir shops along the street. You could eat at the best opposite the hotel in the Mona Lisa or in the rib currency steak. Delicious and very cheap. read more

beautiful offering a clear view area and if not straight a few Australians occupy it is nice and quiet. The rooms are clean the service is good. The beach is directly at the area- however you should know, the ebb and flow to prevail, so that also times without bathing fun factor needs. The breakfast is OK but objectively speaking no scream. Outside the resort very good and cheap eating and drinking. In a 3 story department store, you can get the whole things buy, you on vacation great finds and at home in the old-clothes bag sticks.- ) ... land and people who want to discover can be at home under
Balifahrer. COM the German speaking taxi driver Gede rent. The man is cheap, runs everywhere back said a lot and you can really fun urgently RECOMMENDED

The hotel complex is very nicely laid out and really clean. It is also no'giant hotel', the rooms are in individual houses with 4-8 rooms divided. All in all has the hotel only good 80 rooms. Our standard room was very spacious and very clean. In the the entire area and the hotel's own beach section was the whole day in between anytime again clean. We always had the impression, that the staff around the hotel of the guests hard-working is. The breakfast was more than enough and diverse. Over the new year were many Australians there, but the did ... not bother us. Essentially no Russians! You'll in general there luckily only rarely encountered.

Following a trip to Austalien and a small round trip by Westbali, we have this hotel for 1 week for swimming and selected.
it was our third stay in sanur, however the first in Griya santrian.
the well-kept hotel, with direct access to the beach, has about 100 rooms in various categories, 3 pools and 2 restaurants, it is getting a bit old, but quite OK one.

The griya santrian is a rather traditional hotel in comparison to the most hotels in sanur. We have only booked breakfast and are evenings generally in the surrounding pub eat out. The breakfast was very diverse and one had a very wide choice. Something for everyone.
The beach is ok. Unfortunately we had the bad luck the during the day always low tide was and the water late afternoon again came. That was somewhat annoying, if you like in the sea bathe. But since the pool only by a small way separated from the beach is, you could walk there ... be avoided. Overall the hotel is absolutely recommendable. read more

Super friendly hotel, awesome location! So-so beach. For bathing are one of the three great pools better than the sea. Staff was very, very friendly. Hotel is rather quiet. Suitable for couples and families. The age average was over 35 years. Nothing for party vacation. Location right on the beach. Breakfast was nearly directly at the sea. Large bar directly at the pool with ocean view. Fantastic. read more

What we in the santrian experienced, was not previously read reviews.
After our arrival, we en room, this might in the 60. years ago and since the not reconditioned (mold in the bathroom, etc.) We are immediately to the front desk and asked a different room. We were also given, we did not have a reason to call. The people knew probably, that the room it was terrible and had it just try us sell, the 2. room was not up to the, what we had booked, and was dirty and smelled, so we actually still times change. Then ... it was ok, but the hotel could the first two days not get. Generally on Bali noticed, that room the same category very different standards. I would like the widely differing reviews.
Bali is a great island, but you should definitely the higher categories book. read more

We can only recommend this hotel to anyone, it is very beautiful location, direct long, but the beach is very well maintained! In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you will find plenty of very good restaurants. The breakfast in the hotel left nothing to be desired and we were always served with a smile from the staff. The whole atmosphere is very, very friendly, whether it is now the cleaning staff, or the gardener, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk, everyone always had a few nice words for us and were very helpful!
It was certainly not ... the last time in Griya santrian! read more

The hotel is obviously already something older. The grounds were often and well maintained, but the building itself partly in need of renovation. A new building is built, the noise was unacceptable, however. The shower in our Deluxe room was mold. Televisions were crt monitors. Our authentic posted for the airport shuttle was not arranged, we only learned the Rückreisetag on request. The dirty table cloths in the restaurant was changed only on our request. The beach is cleaned every day. On the bottom of the water but there are grass and sea urchins (-> swimming shoes required). read more

A very nice and well-kept hotel area. The lobby is currently under construction, what but not to damage leads. We had actually booked a garden wing room, then in the beach wing but had been upgraded. Advantage: one is within a few steps at the pool, in the restaurant and at the beautiful sandy beach. If you want something more: the Deluxe room are great! The standard room are OK but also. Very large, air conditioning has worked, the refrigerator is large enough, in the bathroom you could see from the one or the other, that the room was already ... a few years on the embossment have.
The staff smile all day and actually all very reliable. If you want to eat a snack for lunch, and must wait a few minutes to-is just Bali ☺ Otherwise you will be efficient-if reserved beach chairs at the pool there wasn't more free just five steps you must go further to the sea ☺ Towels were sometimes something dirty. It is at the pool and umbrellas/shade trees so you always. The bar is great, as you sit and have a cocktail in the pool while sipping can. Be careful sunburn ☺
The prices of Bali OK for. it is but it was much cheaper. About 2.50 beer, cocktails to five euro, gin tonic six euro. Lunch-snack about five to six euro. Please note: on the prices in the menu still comes tax and service!
We had only breakfast and the was also a good thing! The hotel restaurant brings very good food-but it is in sanur plenty of restaurants, you can visit the evening. The Swabian restaurant on Italian to Japanese: there is really everything with and very, very tasty! Main courses to six/eight euros. ATM 50 meters in sanur it all. The cheapest supermarket is Hardys supermarket. Definitely also in the third floor-and here it is really good prices souvenirs!
Furthermore, we have made a massage in the hotel-hour cost almost twice as much as at the beach (about 15 euro)-are clear but also the professional! It is also free internet access, a tennis court and you somewhere also can borrow at the pool also free books. The water sports on the beach offers are quite expensive for Bali.
In front of the hotel you raised is also of drivers, the day trips offer. We have made a tour with Kim, the on holidaycheck also already described. Unfortunately it has 24 years old a Honda, at our tour stopped ☹ In addition comes, that Kim has fixed routes and not really on our wishes. We didn't want somewhere overpriced carvings or coffee shop. He has appealed but still a stop. Kim spoke a few words German. Tour cost about 40 euros per day.
Tip: have we with our second tour nyoman Suarsana made! The is really a blast. Super funny. Very hard. And he has made actually everything, what we wanted ☺ It is only english speaking taxi driver, and-has but a few good stories on stock and for a day, it requires about 30 Euros-you can but still something act! Its number: 081,338,730,550. A greeting says, if you book at him!
One Bali top tip: definitely take a trip on the gili Islands (in Lombok) the is a paradise. More beautiful beaches and clearer water have I had rarely seen! Best Perama boat book. The passage of Pedang (about 1 1/2h) after Bai Tranwangang including transfer costs gili hotel about 75 euros per person (gili cat is more expensive!) there can one for about 25 euro the night or exclusively rent a bungalow in the H-rooms: 50 Euro per person the night-huge bedroom and bathroom, including living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, fridge and its own private jacuzzi mega in the room. Hip is with many young people-if you like it quiet from ten minutes with the boat on there gili Meno. There is almost nothing and you can depend on a hammock on the beach! A snorkeling tour has with us just 6.50 per person-3 times 30 minute. Snorkelling. The trip takes four hours and 1/2 drive is all three islands and snorkeling with huge turtles. A once in a lifetime experience!

A nice hotel right on the beach. The bungalow room are spread throughout the garden. It gives in the plant several pools and enough beach chairs opportunities.
The room is appropriately furnished and have either a balcony (room on the first floor) or a terrace (room on the ground floor). The breakfast buffet is OK. Because you are right in sanur is, you are self catering-it is also good a large selection of local.
We have enjoyed our stay at Griya santrian. In the port we started has run private with augustinus hutapea Bali round trip. read more
