The 5 * spa -hotel lies somewhat outside from Sandanski, very peaceful area. The rooms are huge and modernly furnished. Also the bathroom is big enough and has both bath tub, as well as separate shower stall. Room to the side of the road are without a balcony. Rich breakfast buffet. Big clean pool with enough chairs and sun screens. read more

Very nice and neatly arranged hotel area with friendly staff. Every request was handled as soon as possible! Very clean! The cleaning staff always at work! Breakfast is VERY VERY GOOD!!!! The guests were mostly Bulgarian rich or Greek ( the among other things were sometimes very loud)! Very beautiful garden area! read more

    Very large and very clean!Only drawback were the bed mattresses the were hard and the pillows! Small patio but very nice view of the Gebirgsfluss! Everything looked new!

    There are two restaurants in the hotel!One "Mediterranean" for breakfast and dinner, and "Balkans" with a la carte- very, very good! Not good value for Bulgarian standards but very good food!!! With a good tip (min. 5 Lev=2.5 EUR) you will also "good" next time!

    Very nice spa and wellness area! We had the RELAX package and could use everything (sauna, fitness, as well as indoor and outdoor pool)! WiFi internet for free!

    Location of the hotel was very nice in the green! Behind the hotel a ravening river (sounded like the Niagara falls :)). here (spelling) should be aware that the "brand Article' so really are like the stories of The Muenchhausen! Entertainment was in Sandanski for young people ok! Not very expensive or as compared to German standards - cheap!

The rooms are large, well equipped and very clean. These are cleaned twice a day - every morning and night. The hotel staff were very friendly. Almost all of them spoke English. I especially love about the spa area. In the town is a short walk away (takes less than 30 minutes). read more
